Bella Klein is a named correspondent inside Jeffrey Epstein’s New York office who, across at least fourteen years, was the person two banks wrote to when they needed an instruction, a confirmation or a signature on the accounts of Epstein, of his companies, and of Ghislaine Maxwell. The release holds the letter in which JPMorgan Private Bank sent her the Power of Attorney forms to add Harry Beller as an authorised signer on the New York Strategy Group and Ghislaine Maxwell relationship accounts; a JPMorgan customer file that records her as an authorised user on a Maxwell account; the exchange in which a JPMorgan vice-president asked her who owned Epstein’s business accounts and restructured the fee arrangement across them after she answered; and, at the far end of the record, wire instructions and wealth-management correspondence in her own name at Deutsche Bank in 2017 and 2019.

The page for Harry Beller covers his power of attorney over Epstein’s accounts at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, and the 2013 instrument by which it was granted. It does not carry the 2005 letter below, and that letter is about a different set of accounts. This page begins there.

Nothing on this page is a finding of wrongdoing. Where a document records a bank’s own conclusion about her, it is given here in the bank’s words and attributed to the bank.

October 19, 2005: the Power of Attorney forms

The earliest document read for this page is a single-sheet letter on JPMorgan Private Bank letterhead, dated October 19, 2005, from an associate at the bank’s Newark, Delaware office.1 It is addressed to the office, not to a principal:

New York Strategy Group Attn: Bella Klein 457 Madison Avenue, 4th Floor New York, NY 10022

Its reference block carries two lines, “New York Strategy Group Accounts” and “Ghislaine Maxwell Accounts”. The salutation reads “Dear Ms. Klein:”. The body is four sentences and a list:

“Enclosed are the Power of Attorney forms requested to add Harry Beller as an authorized contacts/signers to the above referenced relationship accounts at JPMorgan.”

Five bulleted instructions follow, and they are worth setting out because they say what the bank expected the office to be able to do with the enclosures: have the specified authorised signers or accountholder initial the line to the left of the section being granted to the Attorney-in-Fact; have the Attorney-in-Fact sign where indicated; have the Attorney-in-Fact sign the signature card; have the specified authorised signers or accountholder sign and have their signatures notarised where indicated; and return the completed documentation in the enclosed envelope. The associate closes: “I have indicated the places requiring your attention with stickers and highlighting.”1

Three things stand in that letter and none of them is decorative.

The bank sent the instrument to her. The forms that would give a third person signing authority over two sets of accounts were mailed to Klein, at an office address, with the completion steps written out for her and the places to sign flagged in the physical envelope. She is not a copy recipient; she is the addressee and the person told what to do.

The requester is not named. The forms are “the Power of Attorney forms requested”, in the passive, and nothing on the sheet says by whom. The letter answers a request it does not attribute.

The accounts are two groups, and one of them is Maxwell’s. The reference block does not say “Jeffrey Epstein Accounts”. It says New York Strategy Group and Ghislaine Maxwell. Whatever else the office at 457 Madison Avenue was, it was the address to which JPMorgan sent instruments concerning Ghislaine Maxwell’s banking.

Account references appear on this sheet and are not reproduced here.

What JPMorgan’s own customer file recorded

The 2005 letter shows JPMorgan writing to that office about a group of accounts the bank itself labelled Ghislaine Maxwell’s. A JPMorgan internal customer record says what Klein’s own standing on one of them was.

The bank’s “KYC Profile” for the customer Ghislaine Maxwell carries a section headed “Related Customers & Account Controllers”, under the instruction “Identify the controllers of the customer’s account(s)”. Two individuals are listed. One is Bella Klein. Against her name the form records “Controller Type: Individual”, “Full Legal Name BELLA KLEIN”, “Party Role in Reference Data: Non-Customer / Related Party” and “Account Role: Authorized User”, with one linked account.13

The second individual on that sheet is named too. This page does not name that person: they are a private individual against whom nothing here is alleged, and there is nothing on this page for a name to stand beside. Klein herself is named because she is the subject of this page and is named in the clear on document after document across the record it reports.

The account number is masked by the bank itself on the form, and no part of it is reproduced here.

What the record therefore holds is this: JPMorgan, in its own customer file for Ghislaine Maxwell, wrote down that a member of Jeffrey Epstein’s office staff was an authorised user on a Maxwell account. That is the bank’s classification of her, made in the bank’s own compliance paperwork.

March 2007: an exception, and where the exception was routed

On March 7, 2007 an associate at JPMorgan named Maria A. Hornak wrote to Klein under the subject “CC”:

“There are a variety of cards available. Once you have the application complete, we will need to submit a ‘special consideration form’ along w/ the application to ask for an exception. Therefore, fax me the app upon completion.”2

Fourteen minutes later, by the two quoted headers printed one above the other on the same sheet in the same form, Klein forwarded that message to Richard Kahn under the subject “FW: CC”. Kahn replied the following day, “Please call me with any questions. Thank you,” over a signature block reading “Rich Kahn / New York Strategy Group LLC / 457 Madison Avenue / Fourth Floor / New York, NY 10022”. Hornak then forwarded the chain onward inside JPMorgan with an attachment named “JE - Chase Credit Cards.xls”.2

None of the quoted headers on that sheet states a time zone, so no clock time is given here; the fourteen-minute interval is the difference between two headers of identical form on one sheet, and the dates are the dates the sheet prints.

The sheet reaches the release as an exhibit: it carries the caption of a Southern District of New York docket, a filing stamp of July 25, 2023, and a deposition exhibit sticker.2 Two things follow from the content. The office was applying for business credit cards on which the bank expected to have to ask for an exception, and the person the bank corresponded with about it was Klein. And the address on Kahn’s signature block in March 2007 is the same 457 Madison Avenue, fourth floor, to which JPMorgan had addressed the Beller forms seventeen months earlier.

July 2009: the bank asks who owns what, and she answers

The fullest institutional sequence in the documents read for this page runs across two days in July 2009 and survives in two separately produced copies.

On July 28, 2009 Janet E. Young, a vice-president at JPMorgan Private Bank in Newark, wrote to Klein about service fees on a group of Epstein business accounts, saying that the bank would like to look at grouping the accounts together for compensating balances, and asking her to “confirm who is the owner of the account (s)” and to add any accounts owned by Jeffrey Epstein that the bank had missed.14

Klein answered the same day with a list, and the list has two owner headings. Under “Owner Jeffrey Epstein” stand The COUQ FDN, Inc., Hyperion Air, Jege, Inc, Lyn & JoJo LLC, NES LLC and Zorro Trust. Under a second heading, “Owner Ghislaine Maxwell”, stand Air Ghislaine Inc and I-Correct Com LLC.14 The entity names are given here as that sheet prints them. So Klein answered the bank’s ownership question by naming Ghislaine Maxwell, and not Jeffrey Epstein, as the owner of two of the entities on the bank’s own list. The same reply survives elsewhere in the release on a copy that reaches it as a re-render of an extracted text stream rather than as a photograph of paper, on which the entity names print misspelt and the indentation is not recoverable;3 the sheet cited above is a photograph of paper, and both headings and the entities under each of them stand on it in the clear.

What can be observed is what the bank did with the names. Young’s own restatement of the list, sent the next day to Klein, Harry Beller and Rich Kahn, carries eight names under the heading naming Jeffrey Epstein as owner (the C.O.U.Q. Foundation, HBRK Associates, Hyperion Air, JEGE Inc, Lyn & JoJo LLC, NES LLC, Zorro Trust and New York Strategy Group), and Air Ghislaine and I-Correct Com, the two entities Klein had placed under the Maxwell heading, are not among them.15

Between those two messages there is a short exchange that survives on a photographic sheet. Young wrote:

“Bella,

Can you please confirm the ownership of HBRK Associates and New York Strategy Group? It appears that Jeffrey Epstein is the owner, but please confirm.”

Klein’s reply, one line, stands above that message on the same sheet, which reads bottom-up:

“confirmed”4

The two quoted headers, printed one above the other on that sheet in identical form, stand two minutes apart. Neither states a zone and no clock time is given here.

Then the bank acted. Young’s message of the following day, addressed “Bella, Harry and Rich,” reads:

“In consideration of Bella’s request to minimize the monthly service fees on the above referenced accounts, we can arrange to link all of the above accounts for pricing. The average monthly cash held in each of the accounts will be eligible to receive a fee allowance (earnings credit) to offset applicable transaction fees charged for services incurred. When we link all accounts for this pricing arrangement, only one account will be debited for fees accrued in all of the accounts. Linkage of accounts for pricing will not eliminate monthly service fees, but will minimize them. Please advise on which account should be debited for any potential fees each month.”4

Klein answered that question too, naming the account to be debited; the account number is blacked out on the copy that carries her reply, and nothing of it is reproduced here.15

Read as a sequence rather than as three emails, that is a named institution changing the fee structure of a set of accounts, doing it at the request of a named person, doing it on an ownership map supplied by that same person, and asking her which account to charge. It is the clearest example in these documents of what she actually did: she was the office’s authority of record on which Epstein entity was which, and the bank treated her answer as the answer.

The office’s own address on one piece of the bank’s paperwork is 575 Lexington Avenue. JPMorgan’s completed computer-checks order form for the account of JEGE LLC, ordering 250 blue cheques with the billing charge waived and shipping overnight express, gives the shipping address as “HBRK ASSOCIATES / ATTN: BELLA KLEIN / 575 LEXINGTON AVE 4TH FL / NEW YORK, NY 10022”, and two further forms in the same run carry the same block.11 That form bears no single date: it carries a printed date at its foot and hand-dated processing stamps three years and five months after that. It fixes an address and not a moment, and nothing on it places the office at 575 Lexington in July 2009. What it does record is that blank cheque stock for an Epstein company was sent to her by name.

December 2010: “Bella, Harry and Rich”

Two separately produced copies of one short chain, both read at the image, record Klein asking for time with Epstein himself.

On December 14, 2010 Lesley Groff wrote to Epstein:

“Bella would like to set up an appt with you …now you have Bella, Harry and Rich who would all like to meet with you! Maybe have them all come at 1:00 on Thursday?”16

Epstein answered, in full: “ok”.16 Groff replied: “Great. I will confirm”.17

That is Groff’s account of what Klein wanted, not Klein’s own words, and it is given here as Groff’s. What it does establish is the grouping: by the end of 2010 the three people the office’s bank had been writing to jointly since July 2009, Klein, Beller and Kahn, are the same three who wanted a meeting with Epstein, and Groff assumed Epstein would know who they were from first names alone.

The clock on that chain, and how it is fixed

This exchange also settles, on this production and with seconds of precision, the question of what an unlabelled Sent: field at the head of a message means here.

Epstein’s “ok” appears twice. On one sheet it is the topmost message, and its unlabelled Sent: field reads Wed 12/15/2010 12:26:57 PM.16 On the other sheet the same message is quoted inside Groff’s reply, and there its header reads Wed Dec 15 07:26:57 2010.17 The seconds are identical, so it is the same message; the difference is exactly five hours; and December 15 falls in Eastern Standard Time, five hours behind UTC.

So on these sheets the zoneless field at the head of a message is UTC and a header quoted inside a message is local time. Epstein answered at 7:26:57 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, not in the early afternoon. Groff’s own reply, whose top-of-message field reads 1:07:03 PM, is therefore 8:07:03 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, forty minutes and six seconds after his “ok”, and the message they are both answering, quoted on both sheets as “Tue, Dec 14, 2010 at 4:47 PM”, is a local-time attribution line and reads as sent late on the previous afternoon.

Where clock times appear elsewhere on this page, the zone is either printed on the header itself or the time is not given.

2012: what the office called her, and a French annual general meeting

Two documents from 2012 reach her in the ordinary course of the office’s business: one from inside the office, one from a lawyer in Brussels.

On June 27, 2012, on a sheet carrying the zoned RFC header Wed, 27 Jun 2012 16:18:17 +0000, a correspondent in Epstein’s office whose name, address and signature the release withholds wrote to a vendor about the cleaning of apartments at 301 East 66th Street:

“Hello Mary. Please send your invoices to Bella in our accounting department at the below address:

HBRK Associates Attn: Bella Klein”

The postal lines beneath that, and the direct telephone line given for her, are blacked out on the sheet.7 Klein is copied on the message. That sentence is the closest thing in the documents read for this page to the office stating her function in its own voice, and it is one clause long: she is in accounting, and invoices go to her.

Five weeks earlier a lawyer had written to her about a building in Paris. On May 14, 2012 Marie-Joseph Experton, who signs “Avocat au Barreau de Paris établi à Bruxelles”, wrote to Klein and Darren Indyke together under the subject “EPSTEIN / Meeting May 30th 2012 - 22 avenue Foch”:

“Please find attached the letter received by SCI JEP for the annual general meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 30th, 2012, as well as a power of attorney to be signed by Mr. Epstein and to be returned to my attention in Brussels to enable me to attend the meeting.

I will send you an English translation of the letter and a summary of the enclosures in order to get voting instructions from Mr. Epstein.”12

That message reaches the release inside a forward sent by Indyke on May 22, 2012, whose own header reads Tue, 22 May 2012 15:40:44 +0000 and whose body is one line: “Please also print these attachments. Thanks.” The recipient of Indyke’s forward is blacked out and is not identified here. The original message’s header states its zone on its face, “May 14, 2012 3:49:43 PM EDT”.12

Two named attachments are listed on the sheet: a PDF whose filename runs together an abbreviation for a convocation and one for May 2012, and a Word document. Neither was produced with the message. The second and last sheet of the document is blank apart from its own release stamp.18 So the convocation letter and the power of attorney that the avocat says she enclosed are not in this document, and this page says nothing about their contents.

What the sheet does establish is that when a French lawyer needed a power of attorney signed by Epstein so that she could attend a property meeting on his behalf, she addressed the request to Klein and Indyke jointly, and expected voting instructions to come back through them.

2017 and 2019: Deutsche Bank

At the far end of the record Klein is doing the same work at a different bank, and this time the documents are hers.

On July 27, 2017 she wrote to Vahe Stepanian at Deutsche Bank, copying Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, under the subject “Enhanced Ed wire”:

“Vahe,

Please process the attached wire

Thank you, Bella”

Stepanian answered: “Received Bella. I will call Darren to confirm and we will process in the morning.” The topmost line on the sheet, written from a mobile handset, reads “Call me on my cell”.5 Neither of the two time fields on that sheet states a zone and no clock time is given here. The attached wire is not part of the document.

That short exchange is the shape of the thing in four lines. The instruction to move money originates in the office and is signed “Bella”; the bank’s own answer routes confirmation to Indyke; and Kahn is copied. Nobody at the bank asks who she is.

On February 6, 2019, six months before Epstein’s arrest, she was in correspondence in her own name with Brigid Macias, an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, copying two further bank staff, under a subject line naming an LSJE account, masked by the sender to its last four digits, and “3 wires”. Macias’s reply, which is what the sheet carries, reads:

“You are very welcome.

For wires we process on our end, NON USD wires we do not need an intermediary bank. For USD wires going to overseas accounts, yes we do.

I do not believe its any different if you are processing a wire from Online Banking yourself.”6

The release produces one sheet of that thread, and it begins in the middle: the body of Klein’s own message is not on it, only the tail of her signature. So what she asked is not in the document; what she was told is. Read in reverse from the answer, the questions put to the bank concerned whether an intermediary bank was needed for non-dollar and dollar wires abroad, and whether that changed if the wire was pushed through online banking by the office itself; but that is a reading of Macias’s reply, not a quotation of Klein, and the sheet does not carry her words.

A telephone number on that page is not reproduced here.

The subject line reads “LSJE” at the image where the extraction of the same sheet reads “LSE”. Quotations here follow the image.

What the banks wrote down about her

Two bank documents in the release are about Klein rather than addressed to her, and both are the institution’s own product. Each is given here in the institution’s words.

Deutsche Bank’s Exhibit O. A spiral-bound internal report on the Epstein relationship, stamped “CONFIDENTIAL – PURSUANT TO FED. R. CRIM. P. 6(e),” carries a table headed “Exhibit O: Payments to Epstein-Affiliated Individuals & Entities (Not Onboarded by Deutsche Bank)”. Its first row is hers. The bank records six payments to her across two Epstein accounts, three totalling $215,000 from Southern Financial LLC and three totalling $27,900 from HBRK Associates LLC, both paid to JP Morgan as beneficiary bank, and adds: “The wire details for two of the payments totaling $200,000 from Southern Financial indicate that the payments were ‘Loan(s).’”10

The same cell carries the bank’s background note, and it is worth marking what kind of statement it is. The bank did not consult a personnel file; it looked her up:

“A LinkedIn profile belonging to Bella Klein indicates that she has worked as an accountant and ‘assistant controller’ at HBRK from November 1999 until the present. Her profile describes HBRK as ‘a financial advisory firm servicing high net worth individuals with assets in excess of $1 billion.’ Klein describes her duties as ‘manag[ing] all operational day-to-day activities for “high net worth individuals.”’”10

That is Deutsche Bank reporting the contents of a public profile. It is evidence of what the bank recorded, and of the date from which the profile said she had been at HBRK; it is not a document she signed and this page does not treat it as one. Account numbers appear on that sheet and are not reproduced here.

A FinCEN BSAR transcript. A Bank Secrecy Act suspicious activity report transcript filed by TD Bank records that on April 1, 2019 an account, whose number the filing bars, was credited by what the filer calls a suspicious wire transfer of $1,060,880 from a Morgan Stanley account held in Klein’s name as trustee, followed on April 16, 2019 by an $82 wire from the same account. The same narrative records that she “is also listed as a contact for HBRK Associates Inc in TD Bank on-boarding documents”, and then states the filer’s own finding about her: “Bella Klein also maintains personal accounts at TD Bank, however no suspicious activity was detected in those accounts.”19

The account credited by that wire is not identified here; the filing bars its number and this page does not supply an owner for it. The word “suspicious” in that narrative is the filing’s own characterisation, and the form’s closing legend says what weight it carries: reports filed under the Bank Secrecy Act “must be treated with particular care given that they contain unsubstantiated allegations of possible criminal activity, akin to confidential informant tips.”19 Account numbers and a residential address appear on that sheet and are not reproduced here.

A JPMorgan Chase suspicious activity report covering 4,725 wire transactions between 2003 and 2019 lists “BELLA KLEIN” among some sixty named persons and entities party to those transactions.20 That report is a bank filing and not a finding about any person named in it; the same document is already cited on ten published pages and its contents are not restated here.

New York Strategy Group, the office on the letterhead

The entity through which the 2005 letter reached her has no page of its own on this wiki, and this page is not a substitute for one. What the documents read here establish about it is narrow and is recorded for context only.

New York Strategy Group LLC used 457 Madison Avenue, Fourth Floor, New York, NY 10022 as its address in 2005 and in 2007.12 In July 2009 JPMorgan Private Bank asked Klein to confirm that Jeffrey Epstein was the owner of both HBRK Associates and New York Strategy Group and she answered “confirmed”; the bank then listed New York Strategy Group with Lyn & JoJo LLC, NES LLC, Zorro Trust and four further accounts as the group it proposed to link for fee purposes.415 Searched by phrase against the corpus full-text index, which covers the EFTA, HOUSE_OVERSIGHT and DOJ-OGR productions, the string “New York Strategy Group” returns 2,984 pages; a sample of that return is dominated by repeated bank-statement headers and entity balance listings, which is why no section here rests on the size of that number.21

What these documents do not establish

Her job title. No document read for this page carries a signature block of hers with a title on it, and no instrument of appointment, engagement letter or personnel record was found. Three descriptions exist and each belongs to somebody else: an unnamed office correspondent’s “Bella in our accounting department”7; Lesley Groff’s “assistant accountant”, given to the FBI in 2021 in a description of the office as it was when she arrived in 200189; and Deutsche Bank’s report of what a LinkedIn profile said10. This page uses none of them as her title.

Who employed her, and when that changed. The 2005 letter reaches her at New York Strategy Group; a June 2012 email from inside the office directs a vendor to her at HBRK Associates, and a bank form that fixes no single date gives HBRK Associates as her shipping address. No document read here records a transfer, and the two entities were addressed together in the bank’s own fee grouping. Employer is an attribute, and nothing here is supplied beyond what a document states on its face.

What she was paid. Deutsche Bank’s Exhibit O records six payments to her from two Epstein accounts and says two of them, totalling $200,000, were marked in the wire details as loans.10 No payroll record, employment agreement or invoice of hers was read for this page, and the Exhibit O figures are the bank’s tabulation of wires, not a statement of remuneration.

Whether the 2005 Power of Attorney forms were ever completed. The letter enclosing them is a one-sheet document and no executed form, signature card or notarised page connected to it was found in the release. What the record holds is the bank sending the forms and the instructions; whether they came back, and signed by whom, is not established by anything read here. Harry Beller’s own page cites a separate, later JPMorgan durable power of attorney, executed in June 2013 and concerning Epstein’s accounts; that instrument is eight years later and is not this one.

Who requested those forms. The letter’s own sentence is in the passive and names nobody.

Who in fact owned the entities named in her July 2009 list. She supplied a list of names to a bank in answer to a question about ownership, and on the photographic copy of that reply the names stand under two owner headings. That is what Klein told the bank; it is not a finding by this page about who owned anything, and no title document, register entry or corporate filing for any of those entities was read here. What the bank did next, restating the list the following day under a single Epstein heading that omits the two entities she had placed under the other one, is reported above as the bank’s own act and nothing more.

The scale of the rest of the record. Searched by phrase against the corpus full-text index, “Bella Klein” returns 19,691 pages and “Klein” returns 22,555.21 Twenty sheets across seventeen identifiers were read at the image for this page, chosen because she writes, signs, is formally addressed, or is the subject of an institution’s own record on each of them. A large part of that return is copy lines on other people’s correspondence and repeated bank-statement headers. Nothing on this page is a statement about the remainder, which has not been read.

Bella Klein and Janet E. Young are named in the clear. A black bar stands across part of the sheet. Nothing in the text above is quoted from this sheet: the wording of Young’s question, the entity names in Klein’s reply and the structure of her list are all taken from the photographic copy cited beside it. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:29Z, 200 dpi: Bella Klein, Vahe Stepanian, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn are named in the clear; every email address in the header block is blacked out, and the two lines of Klein’s own signature beneath “Bella” — a line above a “Tel:” field — are blacked out. Neither the quoted attribution line nor the quoted “Sent:” header states a zone, and no clock time is given on this page for this document. The wire referred to is an attachment and is not part of the document. The sheet carries a Deutsche Bank confidentiality legend twice and the stamps “CONFIDENTIAL - PURSUANT TO FED. R. CRIM. P. 6(e)” and two production numbers besides its own. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01368983 p.1. 2 3

  6. Email, February 6, 2019, on a subject line beginning “Re: LSJE” and ending “3 wires,” with an account reference masked by the sender in between which is not reproduced here. A single sheet beginning mid-thread: it opens with the closing lines of Bella Klein’s own signature, then carries Brigid Macias’s reply quoted with the attribution line “On Feb 6, 2019, at 9:51 AM, Brigid Macias wrote:”, her signature block, and at the foot the quoted header of Klein’s message of the same morning to Macias copying two further bank staff. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:30Z, 200 dpi: Bella Klein, Brigid Macias, Stewart Oldfield and Bradley Gillin are named in the clear; every email address on the sheet is blacked out. Macias’s signature block gives Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, 345 Park Avenue, 24th Floor, New York, with a business telephone and fax; the firm and address are quoted here and the contact values are not. A telephone number on this page is not reproduced here. The subject line reads “LSJE” at the image; the extraction of the same sheet renders it “LSE.” The body of Klein’s own message is not on this sheet. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01388431 p.1. 2 3

  7. Email, “Cleaning of Apartments at 301 East 66th Street,” carrying the RFC header “Date: Wed, 27 Jun 2012 16:18:17 +0000,” from a correspondent in Epstein’s office to a vendor, copying Bella Klein and others. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:35Z, 300 dpi: the sender’s name and address are blacked out in the “From:” line and again in the signature at the foot, and no role, employer or gender is supplied for that person here; the “To:” line is blacked out; Bella Klein is named in the clear in the “Cc:” line and in the body. The postal address lines beneath “Attn: Bella Klein” are blacked out, as is the direct telephone line given for her, and neither is supplied here. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00410317 p.1. 2 3

  8. FBI form FD-302a, continuation sheet of the proffer of Lesley Groff, July 23, 2021, sheet 2 of 9. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:40Z, 300 dpi: the sheet is a photograph and reads, in the clear, “The accountant was ERIC GAINEY (GAINEY), who had an assistant accountant BELLA KLEIN (BELLA). The trader was HARRY BELLER (BELLER),” and, later in the same paragraph, “The controller was EMAD HANNA (HANNA). When GAINEY left, he was replaced by RICH KAHN (KAHN).” Five names on that sheet are blacked out and none of them is identified here; no role, employer or gender is supplied for any of them. The extraction of this sheet renders Harry Beller’s parenthetical as “(SELLER)”; the image reads “(BELLER).” The description is Lesley Groff’s account of the office, given in an FBI interview; the document’s first sheet, cited separately below, states the circumstances of that interview and carries the form’s standing legend, which does not appear on this continuation sheet. The sheet carries the stamp “SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE ORDER PARAGRAPHS 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, and 17.” https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01246216 p.2. 2

  9. Same document, first sheet of nine, FBI form FD-302, “Date of entry 09/24/2021,” recording an investigation date of 07/23/2021 at New York, New York and a drafting date of 08/03/2021. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:53Z, 300 dpi: the sheet is a photograph and opens “LESLEY GROFF, date of birth (DOB) [blacked out], was interviewed pursuant to a proffer agreement,” names her attorney in the clear, and blacks out the two Assistant United States Attorneys, the Special Agent present, the drafting agent, her date of birth and a word describing a family member; none of those is supplied here. The form’s standing legend at the foot reads “This document contains neither recommendations nor conclusions of the FBI.” The sheet also records that Groff resigned in July 2019 and had started working for Jeffrey Epstein in February 2001, and that she interviewed “at 457 Madison on the 4th floor.” Nothing on this sheet concerns Bella Klein; it is cited only for what kind of document this is. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01246216 p.1. 2

  10. Deutsche Bank internal report on the Epstein relationship, sheet headed “Exhibit O: Payments to Epstein-Affiliated Individuals & Entities (Not Onboarded by Deutsche Bank),” carrying the document’s own page number 34 and the stamp “CONFIDENTIAL – PURSUANT TO FED. R. CRIM. P. 6(e).” Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:41Z, 300 dpi: the sheet is a photograph of a spiral-bound printed report. The first row of the table is Bella Klein’s, in the clear, and gives two payment lines — three payments totalling $215,000 and three totalling $27,900, beneficiary bank JP Morgan, against the Epstein accounts “Southern Financial LLC” and “HBRK Associates LLC” — with the account numbers beside those entity names blacked out. The background cell is quoted in the text as the bank wrote it. The extraction of the table’s right-hand columns is damaged where the production’s black bars cut through them, so “Southern Financial LLC,” “HBRK Associates LLC” and the figure $215,000 will not resolve against an extraction of this sheet; all three are legible on the image. That cell also carries the bank’s inference about her national origin, drawn from the same profile; it is a personal attribute derived by a bank from a social-media page and is not reported here. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01681865 p.33. 2 3 4 5

  11. JPMorgan computer checks order form for the account of JEGE LLC — 250 blue cheques, product DLT104, starting number 401 — over “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS / Send Computer Checks / 2 DAY DELIVERY,” “BILLING: WAIVE CHARGE,” “SHIPPING: OVERNIGHT EXPRESS,” and the shipping address “HBRK ASSOCIATES / ATTN: BELLA KLEIN / 575 LEXINGTON AVE 4TH FL / NEW YORK, NY 10022.” Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:46Z, 300 dpi: the sheet is a photograph of a completed form. Bella Klein is named in the clear in the shipping block; two bank staff are named in the clear in handwritten “VERIFIED BY” and “PROCESSED BY” stamps, each initialled and dated by hand. The printed account name reads JEGE LLC at the image where the extraction of the same sheet renders it “LEGE LLC.” The form carries two dates and no single date is given for it here: the printed date at its foot reads 12/15/2009 and both hand stamps read 5-31-13. Nothing on the sheet dates the shipping address to any earlier period. Routing and account numbers on this page are not reproduced here. Two further single-sheet forms in the same run carry the same shipping block. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01583612 p.1. 2

  12. Darren Indyke, “Fwd: EPSTEIN / Meeting May 30th 2012 - 22 avenue Foch,” carrying the RFC header “Date: Tue, 22 May 2012 15:40:44 +0000,” forwarding a message from Marie-Joseph Experton whose own header reads “Date: May 14, 2012 3:49:43 PM EDT” and whose “To:” line names “Bella Klein” and “Darren Indyke.” Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:30Z, 200 dpi: Darren Indyke, Bella Klein and Marie-Joseph Experton are named in the clear; the recipient of Indyke’s forward is blacked out and is not identified here, and every email address on the sheet is blacked out. Indyke’s signature block prints his firm’s address, telephone, direct line and fax; none of those values is reproduced here. Experton subscribes herself “Avocat au Barreau de Paris établi à Bruxelles.” Two attachments are named in the header block. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00412805 p.1. 2 3

  13. JPMorgan “KYC Profile,” section “Related Customers & Account Controllers,” for the customer Ghislaine Maxwell, under the instruction “Identify the controllers of the customer’s account(s).” The sheet cited carries the document’s own “Page 2 of 8.” Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:39Z, 300 dpi: this copy reaches the release as a re-render of an extracted text stream rather than as a photograph of paper, with the production’s black bars re-applied over the customer-identifier fields, so those fields are barred. Bella Klein is named in the clear, with “Controller Type: Individual,” “Party Role in Reference Data: Non-Customer / Related Party” and “Account Role: Authorized User.” One other individual is listed in the same section; that person is not named on this page, because they are a private individual against whom nothing here is alleged. The linked account number is masked by the bank on the form itself and no part of it is reproduced here. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01481252 p.2. 2

  14. Email chain, “RE: Fee Billing - Ownership of Accts. question,” a photographic sheet carrying its own page number 3, with Bella Klein’s reply of Tuesday, July 28, 2009 listing account owners at its head and, beneath it, Janet E. Young’s message of the same day to which it replies. Read at the image by the fixer at 2026-09-09T20:18Z, 200 dpi: this sheet is a photograph of paper. Klein’s list stands on it under two headings, “Owner Jeffrey Epstein” and “Owner Ghislaine Maxwell”, each set in regular type with its entities beneath it in bold and a blank line between the two groups; the entity names are given in the text above as this sheet prints them. Bella Klein, Janet E. Young and Mary C Casey are named in the clear; both “mailto:” strings are barred. Account references and a bank fax number print on this sheet and are not reproduced here. Neither “Sent:” header states a zone and no clock time is taken from either. The extraction of this sheet is damaged in the quoted clause, where “(s)” reads “Is)”, so that quotation will not resolve against an extraction; it is legible on the image. The sheet carries the stamp “Confidential Treatment Requested by JPMorgan Chase” and one production number besides its own. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01583745 p.1. 2

  15. Same thread, second sheet of the six-sheet run, carrying at its head Bella Klein’s reply naming the account to be debited, and beneath it Janet E. Young’s message of Wednesday, July 29, 2009 to Bella Klein, Harry Beller and Rich Kahn, “RE: Fee Billing - linkage for pricing,” with the eight account names listed under a heading naming Jeffrey Epstein as owner. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:36Z, 300 dpi: this sheet, like the rest of its run, reaches the release as a re-render of an extracted text stream and its extraction is damaged; entity names are given in the text in their conventional spellings and are not quoted from this sheet. The account number in Klein’s reply is blacked out. Bella Klein, Janet E. Young, Harry Beller and Rich Kahn are named in the clear. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01594981 p.2. 2 3

  16. Jeffrey Epstein to Lesley Groff, “Re: Bella Klein,” with Lesley Groff’s message of “Tue, Dec 14, 2010 at 4:47 PM” quoted beneath it. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:36Z, 300 dpi: Jeffrey Epstein and Lesley Groff are named in the clear; Groff’s address is blacked out in the “To:” line and again in the quoted attribution line. The unlabelled “Sent:” field at the head of this message reads “Wed 12/15/2010 12:26:57 PM” and states no zone; the copy cited in the next footnote fixes it. An email address prints in the confidentiality notice at the foot and is not reproduced here. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01830944 p.1. 2 3

  17. Lesley Groff’s reply of the same day, “Re: Bella Klein,” reading “Great. I will confirm,” quoting Epstein’s message immediately beneath with the header “Sent: Wed Dec 15 07:26:57 2010” and, below that, her own message of December 14. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:37Z, 300 dpi. Set against the sheet cited in the previous footnote, whose unlabelled top-of-message field gives the same message, to the second, as 12:26:57 PM, this pair fixes the zoneless field at the head of a message on these sheets as UTC and a header quoted inside a message as Eastern Standard Time, five hours behind, in December. Lesley Groff and Jeffrey Epstein are named in the clear; a block in the quoted attribution line is blacked out. An email address prints on this sheet, in the header and in the confidentiality notice, and is not reproduced here. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01831672 p.1. 2

  18. Same document, second and last sheet. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:31Z, 200 dpi: the sheet is blank apart from its own release stamp. Neither of the two attachments named on the first sheet was produced with the message, so the convocation letter and the power of attorney the message describes are not in this document. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00412805 p.2.

  19. FinCEN “BSAR Transcript,” narrative sheet carrying the document’s own page number 25, within a Bank Secrecy Act suspicious activity report filed by TD Bank. Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:41Z, 300 dpi: the sheet is a photograph. Bella Klein is named in the clear, as are Darren K. Indyke and several Epstein entities. The number of the account credited on 04/01/19 is blacked out, as is the number of the Morgan Stanley account held in Klein’s name as trustee and one further identifier; none is reproduced here. Further account numbers and a residential address on this page are not reproduced here. The narrative’s own characterisation of the wire as “suspicious” is the filer’s, and the sheet’s closing legend states that reports filed under the Bank Secrecy Act “must be treated with particular care given that they contain unsubstantiated allegations of possible criminal activity, akin to confidential informant tips.” That legend is set in small type and its extraction is damaged, so the quoted words will not resolve against an extraction of this sheet; they are legible on the image. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01656524 p.25. 2

  20. JP Morgan Chase Bank NA and JP Morgan Securities LLC suspicious activity report, SAR 31000154806804, reporting 4,725 wire transactions totalling $1,081,819,653 between 10/01/2003 and 07/22/2019 and naming, among the current, former and non-customer persons and entities party to them, “BELLA KLEIN.” Read at the image by the writer at 2026-09-09T19:46Z, 300 dpi: Bella Klein is named in the clear in that list, as are Jeffrey E. Epstein, Ghislaine Noelle Marion Maxwell, Harry I. Beller, Darren K. Indyke, Richard David Kahn, HBRK Associates Inc and New York Strategy Group LLC. Some twenty further entries in the same list are blacked out and none of them is identified here. The filing states its own reason at the foot of the paragraph: to report wire activity consistent with negative media involving alleged sex trafficking of minors and allegations that Epstein misappropriated funds while employed as a money manager, the use of multiple accounts, the high-risk jurisdiction of the Russian Federation, and Epstein’s status as a politically exposed person. A suspicious activity report is a bank filing and not a finding about any person named in it. This identifier is already cited on ten published pages of this wiki and nothing is taken from it here beyond the presence of her name in the party list. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01648787 p.1.

  21. Searched by phrase against the corpus full-text index, which covers the EFTA, HOUSE_OVERSIGHT and DOJ-OGR productions, on 2026-09-09. “Bella Klein” returns 19,691 pages; “Klein” returns 22,555; “New York Strategy Group” returns 2,984; “Attn Bella Klein” returns 7; “Dear Ms. Klein” returns 2; “Bella Klein” together with “Power of Attorney” returns 11, and “Bella Klein” together with “attorney-in-fact” returns 1, which is the 2005 letter cited above. The variants “Isabella Klein” and “Ms. Bella Klein” return nothing; “B. Klein” returns 19. Counts are of pages whose extracted text matches, so they are counts of what survived extraction and not of what is on the paper. 2
