EFTA00364043 is a one-page email thread from August 25, 2014 in the Department of Justice’s Epstein release (Data Set 9). It contains Jeffrey Epstein’s instruction to his accountant and pilot about paying for a charter flight for Gary King.1

At 11:26 am Epstein wrote to Richard Kahn and an address printed as “lvjet”:
lets orgainze the jet for gary king he can pay 11.6 we can arrange to pay through two diffent entities 10 4 please call his gyy chris khoury
At 11:52 am “lvjet” forwarded the message and asked, “who is Chris Khoury? and who is Gary King, lol see message from JEE.” An unidentified correspondent replied to Visoski at 11:57 a.m. Eastern; the header reads only “15:57:24 +0000” (UTC), and this document’s own earlier messages, stamped locally at 11:26 am and 11:52 am, place the reply there: “not sure on Chris Khoury! Gary King is running for Gov. of New Mexico! He has an early meeting in Washington DC on Sept. 9th.”1
Context
The message preceded the operator’s written quote of $22,060.90 by sixteen minutes.2 Chris Khoury was the campaign’s finance director.3 The campaign’s First General report, filed September 8, 2014, records $5,200 contributions from JEGE, LLC and Maple, Inc dated September 1; its Second General report, filed October 14, 2014, records a payment of $22,060.90 to the operator dated September 5.45
