On this pageNothing here is a finding of wrongdoing against anyone named

Jared Kushner is an American real estate executive who was senior adviser to the President from January 2017 to January 2021. He does not appear in this release as a correspondent of Jeffrey Epstein: no document read for this page was sent by him, was sent to him, or records him speaking. What the release holds instead are documents in which other named people and institutions acted with reference to him, and those documents are the subject of this page. They are an FBI interview report of July 2019 recording a Deutsche Bank compliance officer’s account of a case she opened on an account she said he owned; Deutsche Bank’s own internal approval and exception records, in which Kushner-named clients and the Epstein relationship pass through the same small group of control officers; three copies of a September 2019 message inside the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York that refers in passing to an existing “DB/Kushner UMR”; and a short run of messages in Epstein’s own mailbox in which his correspondents, and once Epstein himself, treat the Kushner family’s finances as a subject.23657

Nothing on this page is a finding of wrongdoing, against Jared Kushner or against anyone else named on it. Where the material is a witness account rather than a record of an act, this page says so in the sentence that carries it.

The FBI interview of a Deutsche Bank compliance officer, July 2019

On July 12, 2019, three days after Epstein’s arrest, the Federal Bureau of Investigation interviewed Tammy Hill-McFadden at its Jacksonville, Florida field office and recorded the interview on the bureau’s form FD-302, entered on August 21, 2019.8 The form describes her as having over eighteen years of anti-money-laundering and know-your-client experience, beginning at Bank of America in Jacksonville and continuing at Deutsche Bank from 2008, where she became a KYC Manager and then, in 2014, an AML Compliance Officer working with private bank clients.89 Her lawyers, Kristen Doolittle and Brian McCafferty, were present; the names of the Assistant United States Attorneys and of the interviewing Special Agents are barred in the released copy.8 The form carries the bureau’s standard legend: “This document contains neither recommendations nor conclusions of the FBI.”8

The report is a record of what a witness told the FBI. It is not a finding by the FBI, and the release carries no response to it from Deutsche Bank, from Kushner Companies, or from any of the individuals it names.

Five of its seven pages concern her account of internal friction at the bank. The fifth page turns to Kushner:2

“In or around late 2016, HILL-MCFADDEN came across an LLC account, REAL CONTRAD, LLC (REAL CONTRAD), owned by JARED KUSHNER (KUSHNER) as part of a case. The majority of the transactions were in crypto-currency and she was unable to validate the origination or the recipient of the funds. It was easy to determine the activity was suspicious and there was an issue. REAL CONTRAD appeared to be paying an employee in crypto-currency. HILL-MCFADDEN thought the activity was mind boggling and she had never seen a flow like that. She examined the July and/or August 2016 activity.”

The page goes on to record what she says happened to the case. She notified her supervisor, Sheri Quigley, about the activity, was instructed to write a case narrative, wrote it, and sent it; Quigley “determined HILL-MCFADDEN’S claims were unfounded.”2 She came across the name of a Russian individual, searched for him, and found a website that “appeared to be made up,” with no photograph and an avatar in its place, listing him as an employee of Real Contrad with what she described as a bogus job description; she then checked one of Kushner’s own websites and found the man was not listed as an employee there.2 She continued to press Quigley, who “instructed her to speak with the RM, a woman named ROSE (ROSE).”2

The sentence that carries the outcome begins at the foot of the fifth page, “Typically, when potentially suspicious activity was brought to the attention of the RM, they used the information they knew or had to look into the”, and completes at the head of the sixth, which then continues:210

“They were not supposed to contact the client or ask them questions related to the activity. It was the RM’S duty to monitor the due diligence of their client’s. However, in this situation, the RM contacted KUSHNER’S company and was provided information about the person receiving the crypto-currency. All of this information was documented. HILL-MCFADDEN recommended the associated accounts be closed. SALIT and QUIGLEY were involved in all REAL CONTRAD email discussions. After that, the case was closed.”

The same page states that she did not know whether Kushner or Donald Trump were among the 102 politically exposed persons she had earlier found sitting in deferred status in the bank’s monitoring system, and that “A few days after HILL-MCFADDEN raised concerns about the KUSHNER accounts,” a human resources officer told her Quigley wanted to meet with her.1011 The form, read at the image at 300 dpi, records that she was terminated in 2018 and that she filed complaints against the bank with OSHA, FINRA and the Securities and Exchange Commission, but did not sue.1012

The relationship manager is given in the report only as “a woman named ROSE (ROSE).”2 The final page, turning to Epstein, states: “The EPSTEIN RM was (ROSE).”12 Those two sentences are the whole of what the document says on the point. The report supplies no surname for ROSE, and this page does not supply one.

The same page carries her account of the Epstein relationship, which she raised separately: that it appeared to her Epstein sent wires to young women, “perhaps in their twenties,” and to a woman in France who owned an art gallery; that “The entire Jacksonville, FL team wanted to terminate the relationship with EPSTEIN”; that in 2015 she emailed Quigley asking to have that work redistributed; and that Quigley “replied that EPSTEIN served his time and the accounts were not closed at that time.”1012 It adds that in or around late 2016 an internal suspicious activity report was filed on “EPSTEIN’S lawyer, DARIN MCINKE.”12 That is the name as the sheet prints it, and it is reproduced unrepaired; a second document in the same run, a set of handwritten notes of the same interview, has not been read at the image for this page and nothing is quoted from it.1213

“REAL CONTRAD” appears nowhere else in this release. A search of the full-text index for “Real Contrad,” for “Real Conrad,” for “RealContrad,” for “Contrad LLC,” and for “Contrad” alone returns, for the first, only the two pages of this FD-302; the bare “Contrad” returns seven documents, of which the other six are a photo-editing manual’s menu command, three unrelated filings in which a damaged extraction has turned “contract” or “contracts” into the same string, a foreign-exchange statement column heading, and a law firm’s name.14 No document read for this page corroborates the entity’s existence, its ownership, or the transactions described, and this page does not assert that any of them occurred.

Deutsche Bank’s own records

The release carries a run of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management Americas internal records in which Kushner-named clients and the Epstein relationship pass through the same handful of control officers.

On December 14, 2016, Cynthia Rodriguez, an assistant vice president at Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, circulated a request headed “APPROVAL NEEDED: High Risk RUSH KYC Case 01696913,” seeking executive committee approval for Zorro Management, LLC “under the Jeffrey Epstein relationship,” a U.S. Virgin Islands entity for which Epstein wanted a checking account opened before year end.15 The form, read at the image at 200 dpi, gives the relationship manager as Stewart Oldfield, the relationship as existing since August 26, 2013, and the holdings as twenty-one deposit accounts, three money market accounts, five brokerage accounts and one custody account across multiple entities, with total assets under management of $224mn.15 Its “Reason for High Risk” field sets out the 2004 Securities and Exchange Commission action and Epstein’s Florida sentence, and records that “These alerts were previously approved by senior management and AML Compliance.”16

The next afternoon Patrick Campion forwarded the request to two colleagues and asked: “Can you folks remind me, wasn’t this name going to WMRRC recently. I remember our discussing it.”3 Kimberly Hart, Managing Director and Regional Control Officer for Wealth Management Americas, replied at 14:14:20 that afternoon:3

“No — I do not remember any recent discussions regarding Jeffrey Epstein. The only recent matter was Kushner and the rep risk associated with his father who was convicted of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion and witness tampering. Could you be thinking of that?”

The message gives the client no forename. It identifies him only as a person whose father “was convicted of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion and witness tampering,” and this page does not supply the forename the message withholds. What the sentence establishes is narrower and is worth stating exactly: on December 15, 2016, the officer responsible for reputational risk in Deutsche Bank’s Wealth Management Americas business could not recall any recent discussion of the Epstein relationship, and the recent matter she could recall was a Kushner one.

“WMRRC” occurs once in the entire index, on this sheet.17

An earlier record from the same bank puts the two names on one internal report. Two reports whose third heading line reads “Temporary Exceptions- Domestic”, dated April 1 and May 1, 2014, are reproduced on the second and third printed sheets of one document.1819 The columns, printed as running text on both sheets, are case number, customer number, customer name, customer record type, relationship number, customer owner, exception expiry, days overdue, reason for exception, and three trailing fields.18 The April 1 sheet carries a row for “Two Hundred Lafayette LLC,” customer owner Rosemary Vrablic, expiring May 2, 2014, whose stated reason reads: “Temporary Exception granted to: 1. add address and nature of business for i) 200 Kushner Member LLC and ii) JJMC LLC iii) perform RDC and PCR for i and ii above 2. add name of owner of JJMC LLC to KYC AND perform PCR and RDC for them.”19 Immediately above it on the same sheet is a row for “Black, Leon D.,” customer owner Paul Morris.19 Kimberly Hart’s name stands in the same trailing field on both rows.19 The May 1 sheet carries the row “Epstein, Jeffrey,” customer owner Paul Morris, whose reason concerns “a corrected copy of the POA Form granting Mr. Indyke authority to act as agent on Mr. Epstein’s personal account”; the trailing field on that row reads “Brian M. Biggar.”18

The producing party’s redaction of this run is not uniform. On one row of it, internal bank identifiers that are barred on every other row of both sheets print in the clear.1819 Those identifiers are not reproduced here and the row is not located here; that suppression is this page’s, not the producing party’s.

Three further Deutsche Bank client inventories in the same run carry Kushner-named entries, none of which names Jared Kushner: “Kushner, Murray” as an individual client with Rosemary Vrablic as customer owner and a relationship date in December 1988; “M.Kushner Investment Fund, LLC,” also under Vrablic; and a 2018 review list carrying “Kushner, Murray” and “M.Kushner Investment Fund, LLC” again.202122 These are tabular extractions and the column associations above were read at the image only for the two exception sheets; the three inventories are cited for the fact that the names occur in them and for nothing further.

The release also carries the Justice Department’s own press summaries of outside reporting on the bank. A Bureau of Investigation news digest of August 2020, held in three copies, reproduces a New York Times report that Deutsche Bank “has opened an internal investigation” into Rosemary Vrablic, “the longtime personal banker” of Donald Trump and Jared Kushner, over a 2013 transaction in which she and two colleagues bought a Park Avenue apartment from a company the Times said Kushner held a stake in.2324 That is a press digest quoting a newspaper, and it is cited here as such.

The September 2019 SDNY message and what “DB” is not settled to mean

On Monday, September 16, 2019 at 3:50 p.m., a message went out inside the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York whose body, in full, reads:6

”███ requests Urgent report on the DB part of Epstein case (or the Epstein part of DB. This could be separate UMR or tagged onto the DB/Kushner UMR, depending on how we see it—is it part of pre-existing DB SAR investigation or separate? Please let me know how you plan to proceed. Thanks”

The message survives in three copies in this release, two of them re-sent within the next twenty-four hours by recipients sorting out who should have received it.62526 On the copy read at the image, the first word of the body is covered by a black bar, so the sheet does not say who requested the report; this page assigns the request to nobody. The block character in the quotation above stands for that bar and is this page’s mark, not a character on the sheet. The sender’s line prints the surname “Strauss” with the forename barred, and the signature block at the foot of the message prints, in the clear, “Deputy United States Attorney / United States Attorney’s Office / Southern District of New York,” with the name above it and the telephone number below it barred.6 No further identification is offered here.

“UMR” is expanded elsewhere in the release. An attachment to an August 2019 message in the same office carries “urgent_matter_report” in its filename, and a January 2020 exchange records the reply “Done. Urgent report filed 2020-01-49427.”2728 The reports themselves are set out on a form addressed “TO:” over the two lines “THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL” and “THE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL”, above “FROM:” over “UNITED STATES ATTORNEY”.29 Three days after the September 16 message, an out-of-office auto-reply in the same office answered a message whose subject line was “UMR - Epstein/DB.”30

What the September 16 message does not do is expand “DB.” The sentence as printed reads “the DB part of Epstein case,” “the DB/Kushner UMR,” and “pre-existing DB SAR investigation,” and supplies no expansion for any of the three. Two other documents in the release bear on the question without settling it, and each is a different kind of evidence.

The first is Epstein’s own. On July 20, 2017 at 11:27:58 +0000 he wrote to the New York Times reporter Landon Thomas, in a message whose subject line, read at the image at 200 dpi, is empty rather than barred:4

“ok article on deutsch bank and donald. , and then another on kusher and qatar. . dont tthe reporters speak to each other . ?? qatar is the biggest shareholder in DB. db is donalds funder. . donald goes after qatar for terrorsim against the advice of tillerson and state . ie DB ? :)”

The message is in four copies.4313233 It is quoted as printed, including “deutsch,” “kusher” and “terrorsim.” In Epstein’s usage here, “DB” and “db” plainly mean Deutsche Bank: the sentence that follows calls Qatar its biggest shareholder. The message is also the only place in the release where Epstein is recorded proposing Kushner as a story subject to a journalist, and it is invisible to every search for the correct spelling of the surname.

The second is a Justice Department message of August 5, 2020, whose subject line is “Report for ODAG- DB,” whose attachment is named “2020.08.05_Deutsehe_Bank_Urgent_Report.docx,” and whose covering text reads “This is MLARS’s draft UMR on the Deutsche Bank.”34 There, in the same office’s urgent-report vocabulary, “DB” in a subject line and “Deutsche Bank” in the body name the same thing.

Neither document is a statement about the September 2019 message. One is a private correspondent writing two years earlier; the other is a different report, on a different matter, eleven months later. What they establish is that “DB” meaning Deutsche Bank is ordinary usage in both the Epstein correspondence and the Department’s urgent-report traffic. What was actually in the “DB/Kushner UMR,” when it was opened, and what became of it are not stated on any sheet read for this page, and this page does not infer them.

The July 20 message was not the first time that month Epstein put Kushner and Qatar together. Nine days earlier, on July 11, 2017 at 14:42:23 +0000, he sent a message with no subject line to “Jabor Y.” whose whole body is a link and a clause: the link is to a Vanity Fair article whose address ends jared-kushner-qatar-666-fifth-ave, and the clause reads “and as you see they are going after family first.”35 A second copy survives in which quoted-printable damage has broken the link to jared-kus=ner.36 The sheet was read at the image, and no e-mail address from it is reproduced here. That message does not use “DB”, and like the two documents above it is not a statement about the September 2019 message. Who “they” and “family” are is not stated on the sheet, and this page does not supply either.

Searches of the full-text index for “DB/Kushner” return the three copies of the September 16 message and nothing else; for “Epstein/DB,” six documents, of which the auto-reply above is the only one whose text prints the string; for “UMR” together with “Kushner,” the same three copies.37 No document read for this page records a reply to the September 16 request.

In Epstein’s mailbox

The release carries a short run of messages in which Epstein’s correspondents treated the Kushner family’s finances as a subject.

On Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 7:20 a.m., Richard Kahn of HBRK Associates Inc. sent Epstein a message whose subject line reads “Kushner Companies | Deutsche Bank | Kushner EB-5” and whose body is a single link to a trade-press report that prosecutors had subpoenaed Kushner Companies’ Deutsche Bank records.7 The link as printed on the sheet carries a broken character in the word “deutsche,” which is on the face of the document and is reproduced unrepaired.7

On February 28, 2018 at 8:53 p.m. Epstein sent Kahn a New York Times link on Kushner, Apollo and Citigroup loans; Kahn replied at 02:02:55 +0000 the following morning with five words: “not great for Josh or APO..”38 The message names neither of the two in full, and this page does not resolve either reference.

On Friday, September 1, 2017 at 6:19 a.m., Terje Rød-Larsen forwarded Epstein a Bloomberg graphic under the subject “Fwd: Kushners’ China Deal Flop Was Part of Much Bigger Hunt for Cash,” itself forwarded to him the previous day by Morits Skaugen.39

The fullest of these is an exchange with Michael Wolff. At 3:28 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, Wolff wrote to Epstein under the subject “Question…”:405

“As far as I can tell the Kushner’s had only a small amount of equity in 666 Fifth. So how vulnerable would they be if it went down? Most of the reporting seems to assume they would go down with it. But how if their equity piece was small? Views?”

Epstein’s answer, timestamped 19:36:15 +0000, is one sentence: “I don’t know I thought the debt was cross collateralized. Ie other assets support the debt so house of cards.”5 The reply’s own header is the only zone-labelled time in either copy; a second copy of Wolff’s question prints its send time as “7:29 PM” with no zone, which agrees with the reply’s UTC offset and not with New York local time, and the quoted header inside the reply renders it as “3:28 PM,” a third value this page does not reconcile.405

Wolff’s Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House is in the release as a page-by-page scan, and one of its pages quotes Steve Bannon on Charles Kushner: “And he’s frozen on 666 [Fifth Avenue]… . [If] it goes under next year, the whole thing’s cross-collateralized … he’s wiped, he’s gone, he’s done, it’s over… . Toast.”41 That book was already in print when Wolff put his question to Epstein: the release’s own copy of its front matter gives 2018 as the year of first publication, in the United States and in Britain, and the exchange above is of February 2019.41 So the order runs the other way round from the one a reader might assume. The release carries no document showing that Epstein’s answer reached any book, and this page does not assert that it did; what it records is that a journalist who had already published a source’s line about the building being cross-collateralized asked Epstein how exposed the family was, and got an answer using the same word.

One further document is set aside here rather than used. A scheduling message sent to Epstein on November 20, 2011 by Ian Osborne proposes a change of time and says “We want to see David Blaine and also the Kushners tonight, if possible.”42 The message names no individual Kushner, and this page does not treat it as a reference to Jared Kushner.

The Kushner who is a correspondent is not Jared Kushner

The claim in this page’s first paragraph, that Jared Kushner is not a correspondent in this release, was tested by a search that could have refuted it. Every one of the 510 documents carrying the surname was scanned for an occurrence of “Kushner” inside a From:, To:, Cc:, Bcc:, Sender: or Reply-To: field, and for any occurrence followed within forty characters by an ”@”. Seventeen such occurrences were found, in six documents, and none of them is Jared Kushner.43

Three are Joshua Kushner. On December 7, 2013 at 01:59:20 +0000, Jes Staley forwarded Epstein a thread under the subject “Fwd: Re:” with the note “Here you go. Are u around this weekend.” and the attachments “Oscar_slides.pdf” and “ATT00001.htm.”44 The forwarded thread begins with Staley’s message of December 3, 2013 12:24 p.m. to Joshua Kushner, “That was great. I look forward to getting the deck.”; Kushner’s reply at 2:50 p.m., “Thank you for your time Jes. We really enjoyed it as well. As discussed Mario will send along the materials that we presented.”; and Mario Schlosser’s message to Kushner, copied to Staley and to one further addressee whose name is barred, “Jes, here are the slides we used this morning, plus some additional slides with a bit more context.”44 Two other documents carry Joshua Kushner on the recipient line of unrelated business threads.45

The other three are Sarah Kushner, an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York, who appears as sender or recipient in office correspondence of 2020 and 2021.46

The New York Observer

Two documents already cited on Ivanka Trump’s page record Kushner acting in his own name, as the publisher of the New York Observer. An invitation emailed to Epstein on February 27, 2013 states that “Jared Kushner, New York’s youngest powerhouse publisher, is celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the New York Observer,” and carries beneath its signature the byline “Jared Kushner, Publisher” beside “Joseph Meyer, CEO.”47 A September 2010 invitation list forwarded to Epstein carries a couple’s entry reading “Mr.& Mrs. Jared Kushner ( Ivanka Trump )” with tags including “OWNER,” “NY OBSERVER” and “PUBLISHING.”48 Both are treated in full on that page and are not repeated here.

What the counts are made of

The release’s Kushner counts are large and most of the volume is not about him. The figures below were measured on the full-text index on September 13, 2026, counting distinct document identifiers, with no result limit and no scoping by dataset.1

querydocuments
"Jared Kushner"216
Kushner (surname alone)510
Kushner AND Epstein161
"666 Fifth"160
Kushner AND "Deutsche Bank"80
"Kushner Companies"23
Kushner AND "666 Fifth"16

The surname population falls across exactly two identifier prefixes: 348 documents numbered EFTA, and 162 numbered HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_.1 Of those 162, 119 come from two Michael Wolff books held in the House Oversight production: 109 in the identifier run https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_019874 to https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_020139 , which is Fire and Fury, and 10 in https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021120 to https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021142 , which is Siege.49 Every one of the 119 is a one-page document, and the endpoints of both runs are book pages: front matter, body text and index.49 One hundred and seventeen of them hold a single book page each, with a median text length of 2,951 characters; the remaining two are container rows holding a whole book in one row, of 679,525 and 95,233 characters, and nothing on this page is quoted from either.49 Twenty-three per cent of the surname population is therefore two books, mostly scanned a page at a time.

The 294 documents that carry the surname but not the phrase “Jared Kushner” were enumerated by reading the text around every occurrence. Of these, 90 are further Wolff book pages; 30 carry the name of Tony Kushner, the playwright, all of them copies of one 2013 message listing him among people who had agreed to appear at a seminar; 14 carry Josh or Joshua Kushner; 4 carry Charles or Charlie Kushner; 5 carry Ashton, 4 Lawrence, 3 Harvey and 3 a “Dr.” Kushner; and the rest carry the surname alone, in press summaries, news digests and forwarded articles.50 Eighteen carry no occurrence of the exact-case form “Kushner” and were reached only through the index, which is case-insensitive; all eighteen carry the name in some case form, nine of them in capitals and nine in lower case: four Palm Beach property tax rolls listing “KUSHNER JAY &” as an owner; three documents naming Harold S. Kushner, author of When Bad Things Happen to Good People; one FBI case reference to a “KENNETH KUSHNER”; the table of contents of Siege, whose tenth chapter is titled “KUSHNER”; a message about “Josh kushner” in lower case; and eight in which the name survives only inside a news URL.51

The "666 Fifth" population is the clearest case of a count that is not a subject. Of its 160 documents, 132 have every occurrence of the phrase inside an address block, and the address is almost always that of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, later Norton Rose Fulbright, whose New York office stood at 666 Fifth Avenue and which acted for Epstein on an estate matter; the rest of that bucket is Millennium Partners’ letterhead, an Aaron Faber wire instruction, and two other firms at the same address.52 The rule used was that a document falls in the address bucket when every occurrence of “666 Fifth” in its text sits within 150 characters of a New York postal form or the building’s ZIP code; a random sample of fourteen of the 132 was read by hand and all fourteen were letterhead or a wire-instruction address.52 That leaves 28 documents in which the phrase is something other than a line in an address block, and every one of the 28 is accounted for: nine are copies of a single forwarded complaint about Brookfield’s Apollo financing of the building; six are messages arranging a meeting at 4:30 p.m. on August 16, 2012 at the address, which is the law firm’s office; four are pages of Fire and Fury; two are the Wolff-Epstein exchange quoted earlier; two are the July 2017 forward of the Vanity Fair piece quoted above and its second copy; two are collections and estate letters whose signature block the rule did not catch; one is a handwritten contact-book line carrying the same firm’s address in mangled form; one is a real-estate news forward; and one is an FBI confidential-source report.52

So the brief’s suspicion that the building might be the stronger subject does not survive measurement: the tower generates 160 documents because a law firm’s letterhead sat in it, not because the release documents the deal.

Searches run, and what they did not return

Every search below was run against the full-text index, scoped to the text column, counting distinct document identifiers.

  • Spelling. scripts/ocr_variants.py generates no damaged forms for “Kushner” or “Jared Kushner,” because the name contains none of the glyph pairs that generator has measured. Twenty forms were therefore built and run by hand, and sixteen of them returned nothing: six word-break forms ("Kush ner", "Ku shner", "Kus hner", "Kushn er", "Kushne r", "K ushner"), all zero; seven damaged forms, Kusbner, Kushnen, Kuslmer, Knshner, Kushuer, Kushrer and Kushrier, all zero; and "Jared Kush", "Jarod Kushner" and "lared Kushner", also zero.53 The four that returned anything are these. "J ared Kushner" returns 2, and neither is what the form was built for: one is the container row holding the whole of Fire and Fury, where a drop capital at the head of a chapter separates the initial, and the other is the message described above in which Epstein sent Richard Kahn a New York Times link, where the separation falls inside a damaged URL.38 "Jarred Kushner" returns 1. Kusher returns 5, and four of those five are the July 2017 message to Landon Thomas quoted above, which no search for the correct spelling reaches.53 The prefix query Kushner* returns 513 against 510 for the bare token; the three extra documents carry only the plural “Kushners,” and one of them is the Rød-Larsen forward cited above.5354
  • “Thomas Bowers.” One document. It is a Deutsche Bank staff directory listing, on which the name occurs in one line giving a staff number, a work e-mail address and a business unit.55 The sheet carries nothing else about him, and this page makes no statement about him beyond that.
  • “Scott Bessent.” Two documents. One is an FBI threat-intake record concerning a threat made against three named individuals; the other is an FBI daily news briefing of November 10, 2025, in which the name occurs in a wire item on an unrelated matter. Neither concerns banking, Epstein’s finances or Kushner, and this page makes no use of them.56
  • Andrew Farkas. "Andrew Farkas" returns 2,522 documents, far more than Kushner himself; Kushner together with Farkas returns 36. Of those 36, 32 are copies of a single mass-forwarded complaint whose text concerns Michael Farkas, a different person, and in which the names “ANDREW/Jonathan Farkas” appear in one line of the same complaint;57 the remaining 4 are Palm Beach property tax rolls in which a Farkas and a “KUSHNER JAY &” appear as separate property owners on the same roll.58 None of the 36 records any transaction, communication or relationship between Jared Kushner and Andrew Farkas, and this page asserts none.
  • A response. No document read for this page carries a statement, letter, denial or explanation from Jared Kushner, from Kushner Companies, or from counsel for either, on any matter described here. The disconfirming document would be a letter or e-mail on Kushner Companies letterhead, or a message from a lawyer identifying himself as acting for Kushner Companies, responding to a bank or to the government. Searches for "Kushner Companies" (23 documents, all read), for Kushner together with subpoena (9), and for Kushner together with SAR (4) returned no such document.59 Those searches use words that do not appear in the assertion above and could have falsified it.

  3. Kimberly Hart to Patrick Campion and Andrew Gallivan, December 15, 2016 14:14:20 -0500, replying to Campion’s forward of 1:40 p.m. the same day. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01398718 p.1. Read at the image at 200 dpi. Five contact values on the sheet are blacked out by the producing party, counted at the image at 400 dpi. No contact value from this sheet is reproduced on this page, whether the producing party barred it or not. The released text layer reads the inner subject line as “Far:” where the sheet prints “Fw:”. 2 3 4

  4. “jeffrey E.” to Landon Thomas, July 20, 2017 11:27:58 +0000; the subject field is empty, not barred. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01039987 p.1. Read at the image at 200 dpi. The released text layer capitalises the sender’s display name to “Jeffrey E.” where the sheet prints “jeffrey E.” No e-mail address from this sheet is reproduced here. 2 3

  13. Handwritten notes of the same interview, fourteen sheets, carrying a header “Tammy” and, on the following sheet, a header the released text layer renders as “Kusher.” https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00128973 pp.9-11. UNVERIFIED at the image: the released text layer of these sheets carries a machine-generated transcript of the handwriting appended after the raw extraction, and nothing on this page is quoted from it. A second, nineteen-sheet set of notes from the same interview is at https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00128994 p.1.

  14. Searches of the full-text index for "Real Contrad" (2 pages, 1 document), "Real Conrad" (0), RealContrad (0), "Contrad LLC" (1 page, 1 document), and Contrad (8 pages, 7 documents). The six that are not this FD-302 are https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00577879 p.73, a photo-editing manual whose menu command reads “Modify>Contrad…”; https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01079628 p.5, https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01102103 p.1 and https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01277061 p.23, in each of which a damaged extraction has turned “contract” or “contracts” into the same string; https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01492498 p.1, a column heading on a foreign-exchange statement; and https://epstein-data.com/EFTA02767221 p.8, where the string is part of a law firm’s name. UNVERIFIED at the image; cited for the occurrence of the string only. The row at https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01277061 p.23 is a container row rather than a single sheet, and nothing here rests on its text layer beyond the occurrence of the string.

  17. A search of the full-text index for WMRRC returns one page in one document, https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01398718 p.1. The release does not expand the abbreviation on that sheet or on any other, and this page does not expand it.

  18. Deutsche Bank; two of the sheet’s three heading lines, joined here by a slash, read “All Temp Exceptions Overdue” and “Temporary Exceptions- Domestic (All Overdue) 5/1/2014.” The third stands between them and is a spreadsheet header artefact, &"Arial,Bold"&12DECEMBER 2009. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01398920 p.2. 19. Deutsche Bank; two of the sheet’s three heading lines, joined here by a slash, read “All Exceptions Due In” and “Temporary Exceptions- Domestic 4/1/2014.” The third stands between them and is the same spreadsheet header artefact, &"Arial,Bold"&12DECEMBER 2009. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01398920 p.3. Read at the image at 300 dpi. Both sheets print the spreadsheet as running text rather than as ruled columns; the column order given in the body is the printed header order on the sheet itself. In the quoted reason, the sheet wraps the word “business” across a line break as “busines” and “s for”, without a hyphen; the quotation above joins the two halves and does not otherwise alter the line. 2 3 4 5

That sheet carries “FROM:”, “UNITED STATES ATTORNEY” and “SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK” on three separate lines, joined here by spaces, and does not carry the “TO:” lines quoted in the body, which are cited separately.

  29. An urgent report of May 2021 on an unrelated matter, reproduced inside a message of May 20, 2021 12:30:21 +0000, showing the form’s own addressing. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00029185 p.1. The sheet prints the link as a live URL ending jared-kushner-qatar-666-fifth-ave and the words after it with the spacing reproduced above; the released text layer renders the sender’s domain with an “rn” for the “m”, and the sheet is followed here. No e-mail address from this sheet is reproduced here.

  36. A second copy of the same message, in which the quoted-printable encoding has damaged the link twice over, to jared-kus=ner and jared-ku=hner, and “going after” to “goin= after”. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA02644077 p.1. UNVERIFIED at the image.

  40. Michael Wolff to Jeffrey Epstein, “Question…”, send time printed as “Tuesday, February 19, 2019 7:29 PM” with no zone given. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA02633562 p.1. UNVERIFIED at the image. This copy carries quoted-printable damage on the face of the sheet (“am=unt”, “dow=”, “ho=”). 2

  41. Michael Wolff, Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, held in the House Oversight production as a page-by-page scan. https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_020096 p.1. UNVERIFIED at the image. The bracketed insertions are the book’s own. The book is identified by run, not by anything printed on that sheet: the sheet falls inside the identifier range https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_019874 to https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_020139 , whose first row is a container row holding the whole book, and that row carries the Fire and Fury contents list (“1. ELECTION DAY … 22. GENERAL KELLY … EPILOGUE: BANNON AND TRUMP”) and the copyright page reading “First published in the United States in 2018 by Henry Holt and Company / First published in Great Britain in 2018 by Little, Brown”. The same Bannon passage appears in that container row. A full-text search for "cross-collateralized" returns fourteen pages in thirteen documents; the only two in the House Oversight production are this sheet and that container row, and neither the phrase nor the passage occurs anywhere in the https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021120 to https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021142 run, which is Siege. 2

  42. Ian Osborne to Jeffrey Epstein, November 20, 2011 10:17:44 p.m., subject “timings.” https://epstein-data.com/EFTA02023017 p.1. UNVERIFIED at the image.

  43. The scan covered the text of every page of all 510 documents returned by text_content:Kushner, matching, case-insensitively, any line beginning with From, To, Cc, Bcc, Sender or Reply-To followed by a colon and, within the next 120 characters of that same line, the string Kushner; and separately any occurrence of Kushner followed within 40 characters, on the same line, by an at-sign. Seventeen occurrences in six documents: three documents carrying Joshua Kushner and three carrying Sarah Kushner. A header-field occurrence of “Jared Kushner” would have refuted the claim; none was returned. The test cannot reach a header in which the name is barred, or one in which the extraction has destroyed it, and the claim is bounded accordingly.

  44. Jes Staley to “Jeffrey E. Epstein”, December 7, 2013 01:59:20 +0000, “Fwd: Re:”, forwarding a thread of December 3, 2013. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00706434 p.1. Read at the image at 200 dpi. The sender’s address, the two inner correspondents’ addresses and one Cc name and address are blacked out. The sheet prints the attachment as “Oscar_slides.pdf”; the released text layer prints “Oscar slides.pdf”, and the sheet is followed here. 2

  49. Identifier-range enumeration of the 162 HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_ documents in the surname population: 109 fall between https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_019874 and https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_020139 , and 10 between https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021120 and https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021142 ; 43 fall outside both. All 119 carry total_pages = 1, and text lengths run from 283 to 679,525 characters (median 2,951); exactly two exceed 20,000 characters and are container rows rather than single sheets. The four run endpoints, described from their sheets. HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_019874 is the front cover of Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House — title, subtitle, a photograph of Donald Trump and “MICHAEL WOLFF”, with no body text — read at the image on 2026-09-14; it is also one of the two container rows, and an earlier version of this footnote described it as the “ALSO BY MICHAEL WOLFF” front-matter page, which is what its merged row begins with and not what its sheet shows. The second endpoint is an index page; the third is the title page of Siege: Trump Under Fire; the fourth is a body page headed “MICHAEL WOLFF a SIEGE.” Those three are described from the text layer and were not read at the image. 2 3

  50. Classification of the 294 documents carrying Kushner but not "Jared Kushner", by reading the text around every occurrence: 276 carry the exact-case form Kushner and 18 do not. Of the 276, the preceding token was Tony in 30 documents, Josh or Joshua in 14, Charles or Charlie in 4, and a form of Jared in 1; 211 carry only bare-surname occurrences, of which 83 are Wolff book pages. The forename groups are not exclusive, and the bare figure is not their complement: three documents carry two of the listed forenames each, so the eight groups given in the sentence above hold 64 memberships across 61 documents; and the 211 is a residue measured against every forename rather than against only the eight listed, so a document carrying some other forename, Sarah Kushner for instance, is not counted as bare. Counting the residue against the identifier ranges instead, 90 of the 294 are Wolff book pages and 29 further book pages fall inside the full-name set, which is the 119 given above. A phrase search for "Tony Kushner" returns 30 documents.

  51. The eighteen documents carrying no occurrence of the exact-case form Kushner, and the group each falls in. Every one of them carries the name in another case form, which is how the case-insensitive index reached them: the first nine below print it in capitals and the last nine in lower case. Palm Beach property tax rolls carrying “KUSHNER JAY &” as an owner: https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_016552 p.1 , https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_016695 p.1 , https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_016696 p.1 , https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_016698 p.1 . Harold S. Kushner, author of When Bad Things Happen to Good People: https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01621151 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01618259 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01460984 . A “KENNETH KUSHNER” in an FBI case line: https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00173312 . The contents page of Siege, whose tenth chapter is titled “KUSHNER”: https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021121 . A message about “Josh kushner” in lower case: https://epstein-data.com/EFTA02504998 . The name surviving only inside a news URL: https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_027829 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01612954 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01615966 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01621193 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA02514347 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA02514367 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01214266 , https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00870585 . The six groups are 4, 3, 1, 1, 1 and 8 documents and sum to eighteen. The four tax rolls are container rows: their first row runs to between 225,318 and 2,357,962 characters and is not a single sheet, so nothing here rests on their text layer beyond the occurrence of the string.

  52. Decomposition of the 160 documents returned by "666 Fifth", re-derived 2026-09-13. Rule as applied: a document falls in the address bucket when every occurrence of 666[\s-]+[Ff]ifth in its text, its pages concatenated in page order, has within 150 characters either side the building’s ZIP code 10103, a “New York, New York” or “New York, NY” string, an “Avenue, New York” string, or the phrase “Registered Limited Liability”. 157 of the 160 are reachable by that regex, and it puts 130 of those in the address bucket and 27 outside it. The three the regex does not reach print the phrase in full capitals and were read by hand: two are address blocks, https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01197500 p.1 (Arete Strategic Development) and https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01299665 p.1 (Golub Capital), and the third is the page of Fire and Fury quoted earlier, https://epstein-data.com/HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_020096 p.1. Resulting split: 132 address bucket, 28 not, and the 28 are itemised in the body. The rule turns on one document only: applied to each sheet separately rather than to the concatenated document it returns 129 and 28, because https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00854266 carries a law firm’s signature block broken across a sheet boundary, with “666 Fifth Avenue” at the foot of one sheet and the rest of the address on the next. Of the 28, three are on reading still address matter that the rule’s markers miss: two collections and estate letters whose signature block is broken across a line, and a handwritten contact-book line at https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00191467 p.96, which sets “Futbvht Jawokskl” and “666 Fifth Ave. (w)” on two lines, joined here by a slash, and is the same law firm’s name and address mangled in the extraction. Fourteen of the 132 were drawn at random and read, the bucket sorted by identifier and sampled with random.Random(666).sample: all fourteen were letterhead or a wire-instruction address. The named occupants at that address in the address bucket are Fulbright & Jaworski LLP and its successor Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, Millennium Partners, L.P. and Millennium Management LLC, Arete Strategic Development, Golub Capital, and the Aaron Faber gallery. 2 3

  55. "Thomas Bowers" returns one page in one document, a Deutsche Bank staff directory listing at https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01478778 p.14. UNVERIFIED at the image. The name occurs in one directory line on that sheet.

  56. "Scott Bessent" returns two pages in two documents. The first is a one-page FBI threat-intake record, https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00161527 p.1. The second is a sixteen-page FBI daily news briefing of November 10, 2025, in which the name occurs on its printed p.4 inside a wire item on an unrelated matter, https://epstein-data.com/EFTA01655495 p.4; that document carries no part of the threat record. UNVERIFIED at the image; both cited for the occurrence of the name only. Neither is cited elsewhere on this page and nothing is drawn from either.

  57. One of the 32 copies of the forwarded complaint. https://epstein-data.com/EFTA00010819 p.86 (“In addition to that name Farkas: ANDREW/Jonathan Farkas”) and p.104 (“AML red Flags”).
