EFTA01433023 is a one-page customer-list printout headed “2018,” Bates-stamped EFTA01433023–EFTA01433024; its second page carries no data, only a footer reading “For internal use only.”12 The page itself does not name the institution that produced it. It lists 33 customer rows under column headers reading “GCIS Customer Number,” “Customer Name,” “Risk,” “Type,” “Latest KYC Case #,” “Trust Client,” “Client Since Date,” “Relationship Customer Number,” “Relationship,” “Office,” “Customer Owner,” “YTD Revenue Sept 2017,” “Avg CBV Jan - Sept 2017” and “Due Date Month End / Year,” and it names the same person, Stewart Oldfield, as “Customer Owner” of every row.1 This page treats the list as Deutsche Bank’s own on that basis: Oldfield is identified elsewhere in the release as a director in Deutsche Bank’s wealth management group, and this printout’s own Bates run sits between two copies of a “RM0082289 Daily Deposit Report” already documented on this wiki, run for Oldfield’s relationship-manager code, and an internal Deutsche Bank Wealth Management/DB Securities Inc trade-confirmation email copied to Oldfield, all bearing consecutive or near-consecutive EFTA numbers to this one.345 None of that is stated on the face of this document, which this page does not otherwise correct or supplement.
None of the four documents cited above says who compiled this particular list, under what policy or on what date; the list itself carries no signature, memo text or date more specific than the year “2018” printed at its head and the “Due Date Month End / Year” column, which runs from May 2018 to October 2018 across its rows.1 It is a database extract, not a memorandum, and this page does not treat a value in one of its cells as a record of anyone deciding anything.
Epstein’s own row
Jeffrey Epstein appears once, under GCIS Customer Number 483289: Customer Name “Epstein, Jeffrey E.,” Risk “H,” Type “Individual,” Latest KYC Case # 1790655, Client Since Date September 12, 2013, Relationship Customer Number 483290, Relationship “Southern Financial Relationship,” Customer Owner Stewart Oldfield, YTD Revenue Sept 2017 $20,037.23, and an Avg CBV Jan–Sept 2017 the sheet prints as $3,145,379.6052355557, a figure this page rounds to the cent ($3,145,379.61) rather than repeat the spreadsheet’s own floating-point tail; Due Date Month End/Year August-18.1 The “Risk” column carries one of three letters throughout the sheet, H, M or L, and the document does not define them anywhere on this page; “High,” “Medium” and “Low” is the ordinary meaning of such a code in bank risk-rating practice, and this page asserts no more than the letter printed.1 Nothing in this document explains why Epstein’s row carries an “H,” what the rating is meant to measure, or when it was assigned; nor does anything cited here record a response from Epstein, or from anyone else, to the rating.
The rest of the “Southern Financial Relationship” group
Twenty further rows on the same page carry the same Relationship Customer Number, 483290, and the same relationship label, “Southern Financial Relationship,” as Epstein’s own row.1 Nineteen of them are organizations: Southern Trust Company, Inc.; Zorro Management, LLC; J. Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation, Inc; Hyperion Air, LLC; Butterfly Trust; JEGE, LLC; Neptune, LLC; Gratitude America Ltd; Mort, Inc; LSJE, LLC; Southern Financial LLC; The 2007 Jeffrey E. Epstein Insurance Trust #3; NES, LLC; Plan D, LLC; The Haze Trust; JEGE, Inc; Jeepers, Inc; Prytanee, LLC; and Darren K. Indyke PLLC. All of them, apart from Indyke’s firm, are already documented on this wiki, on Bank Records of the Epstein Entity Network or on their own entity pages, and not further detailed here.1 Eighteen of those nineteen carry Risk “H,” matching Epstein’s own row; the sole exception is Darren K. Indyke PLLC, rated “L.”1
The twentieth row in the group is an individual, not an organization, and the document redacts the name: GCIS Customer Number 489505, Customer Name blacked out in the image, Risk “H,” Type “Individual,” Latest KYC Case # 1790724, Client Since Date December 13, 2013, Relationship Customer Number 483290, Customer Owner Stewart Oldfield, YTD Revenue Sept 2017 $67.00, Avg CBV Jan–Sept 2017 $7,542.39, Due Date August-18.1 The redaction is in the production itself, not applied by this wiki. This page does not identify this person and does not supply a role, gender or any other attribute the document withholds; nothing cited here says who they are, why their row sits inside the same relationship group as Epstein’s own accounts and entities, or what the “H” rating on their row is meant to measure.
The rest of the page
The remaining eleven rows fall under four further relationship groups with no connection to Epstein shown anywhere in this document. One is a single individual client rated “H,” the same letter as Epstein’s row. The other three, all rated “M,” cover a second individual and seven family trusts and holding entities under one relationship code, a family holding company under a second, and a third individual under a third.1 This page does not name or itemize any of those clients further: the point of citing them at all is that Deutsche Bank’s own internal list groups them, by relationship manager, on the same printed page as Epstein’s accounts, and rates them differently, a routine customer database, not a document about Epstein’s network. Leon D. Black, already documented on this wiki, also appears once on this same printout, but under a separate relationship, “Elysium Management Relationship” (Relationship Customer Number 483288), not inside Epstein’s “Southern Financial Relationship” group; his row also carries Risk “H.”1 Black’s financial relationship with Epstein is documented at length on Leon Black, not repeated here; this document does not connect the two men, and this page does not either: it records only that the same bank employee, Stewart Oldfield, is listed as both men’s Customer Owner on the same sheet.
What this document does not show
This is a computer-generated customer list, not a memorandum. It does not name whoever set any of its Risk values, cite a policy under which the letters were assigned, or give a date on which any classification was made; the only dates it carries are a client’s “Client Since Date” (when an account relationship began, not when it was rated) and a “Due Date,” which this page reads as the reporting period the row’s revenue and balance figures cover. A risk rating recorded in a spreadsheet cell is the bank’s own internal classification of a customer, not a finding about that customer, and this page does not treat it as one.
