Petra Nemcova
what this page is about, and what it is not
This page records what the released Epstein files show about a model and disaster-relief philanthropist, and about the children’s charity she founded, and it stays inside that. It is not a biography. Her modelling career, her public life and the work of her charity outside these files are matters this page describes only where a document in the files describes them. She is not accused of anything here. Proximity to Jeffrey Epstein in a document set is not participation in anything, and nothing below should be read as an accusation.
The released files show two things about Petra Nemcova, and they point in opposite directions.
The first is a payment. On 8 September 2006 the C.O.U.Q. Foundation, the private charitable foundation through which Jeffrey Epstein made his grants, paid $100,000 to Happy Hearts Fund, the charity she signs herself the founder and chair of and which rebuilds schools for children after natural disasters.3 The gift is recorded in two separately produced records of Epstein’s own accounts, which agree on the date and the amount. One of the two, a cheque register, also gives a cheque number; the tax return carries no cheque number at all.56
The second is a mailing list. Between June 2013 and December 2015, nineteen pieces of bulk promotional and fundraising e-mail connected to her, to her charity and to her candle company reached Jeffrey Epstein. Fourteen of them print one of two recipient addresses that appear in his files; on the other five no recipient address is readable. They were sent through a commercial mailing platform to a list, and the first of them says, in the platform’s own boilerplate, exactly why his address was on it: “You are receiving this email because you are a contact of Petra Nemcova of the Happy Hearts Fund.”10
Between those two things there is almost nothing, and the gap is most of what this page has to report. Nearly seven years separate the gift from the first mailing. In that interval the release holds one message of November 2010 in which Epstein is reaching toward her charity through a third party, and one gala invitation of May 2012. There is no reply from her to him, no message from him to her, no second gift, no acknowledgement of the first, no meeting, and no record of anyone at the charity knowing who was on the list.
The payment
The C.O.U.Q. Foundation’s Form 990-PF for the tax year 1 March 2006 to 28 February 2007 carries a schedule headed “PART I, LINE 25 AND PART XV / CONTRIBUTIONS PAID”, listing every contribution the Foundation paid in that year under four columns: Date, Name, Amount, Purpose. The fourteenth row reads:5
9/8/2006 Happy Hearts Fund 100,000 Unrestricted
The schedule’s twenty-six rows total $1,186,000. Two rows above Happy Hearts Fund sits the Institute of International Education at $100,000; the row immediately below is the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund at $50,000. Four gifts on the schedule are of $100,000 and two are of $150,000, so the payment to Happy Hearts Fund is, with three others, the second-largest single contribution the Foundation made that year.5
A second and separate record of the same accounts confirms it. A cheque register headed “COUQ - 2006” gives the payment method, date, cheque number, payee and amount for each gift made in calendar 2006. Its row reads: Check, 09/08/2006, 2371, Happy Hearts Fund, 100,000.00. The register’s calendar-year total is $958,000.00, against the return’s fiscal-year total of $1,186,000. The two documents cover different twelve-month periods and are not in conflict.6
What the record does not put beside it. No document read for this page records what prompted the gift, who asked for it, whether anyone at the charity knew who the donor was beyond the name on the cheque, or whether the gift was acknowledged, returned or retained.8 Nor does this page set the date against Epstein’s criminal chronology, which no document cited here establishes.11
The gift is not matched by a second one. The Foundation’s contributions schedule for the year ending 28 February 2007 names Happy Hearts Fund once. No other contribution to it, in any year, appears in anything read for this page.7
November 2010: one line, and a misspelling
The single document in which Epstein himself is recorded reaching toward her charity spells her name wrong, which is why no search for her name finds it.
On Monday 22 November 2010 at 5:07:13 PM a message was sent to Epstein’s [email protected] address under the subject line “Poppy Cotterell”. Its body, in full, is:2
Poppy Cotterell would love to hear more and be introduced to Dr. Merrell and his alternative medicine for children charity…Poppy also said she wrote you a letter and you should receive in a couple of days or so. (also let Poppy know you were trying to reach her regarding Petra Nemkova’s charity event for children)
The ellipsis is the sheet’s own and marks nothing omitted by this page.2
Three things are worth separating in that parenthesis. It is the only document read for this page that records Epstein attempting to make contact in connection with her charity, rather than receiving something from it. It records the attempt as having been made through a third party rather than directly. And it does not say that the attempt succeeded: nothing read here records a reply, a meeting, a ticket, a table or a gift arising from it.
The surname printed on the sheet is “Nemkova”, with a k. The image confirms it: this is what the writer typed, not a scanning error. The practical consequence is that the document is unreachable by any search for the correct spelling, and it was found only by enumerating the words the search index actually contains.1
The doctor it names. The physician the sheet calls “Dr. Merrell” is Woodson Merrell. Nothing read for this page records Nemcova, or anyone at her charity, having any knowledge of this message.8
Cannes, May 2012
Epstein’s files contain the invitation to “Carnival in Cannes”, a gala for Haitian relief held at the Agora Pavilion of the Cannes Film Festival on Friday 18 May 2012 at 9:30 p.m. The card names three beneficiaries, “J/P HAITIAN RELIEF ORGANIZATION”, “ARTISTS for PEACE and JUSTICE” and “Happy Hearts Fund”, and lists five hosts: “Sean Penn · Paul Haggis · Petra Nemcova · Gilles Jacob · Thierry Frémaux”. Its event chairs are given as “Bryan Lourd · Senator Chris Dodd · Roberta Armani”, and it is co-sponsored by Chopard. Tables are priced at $100,000 for twelve, $75,000 for ten and $50,000 for ten.12
Nothing read for this page shows that Epstein attended, bought a table, bought a ticket or responded. The invitation’s presence in his files shows that it reached him; it shows nothing else.1
Two and a half years of bulk mail
From 26 June 2013 to 10 December 2015 the release holds nineteen pieces of mass mail connected to her. Fourteen print [email protected] or [email protected] in a recipient field; two print a recipient name and no address; and on three no recipient address is readable. Of the two addresses, only [email protected] is tied to Jeffrey Epstein’s name by a document cited on this page.13 Every one of them was sent through a commercial campaign platform. They are, in order:

All times above are the times printed on the sheets, and they are UTC. Two of the 26 June 2013 mailings establish that for the whole run: one carries an explicit “+0000” header and the other a bare label one second apart from it, so the bare labels on these sheets are not local times.30
The first exchange is the one that says what the relationship was. At 17:56 on 26 June 2013 the same message went to both of Epstein’s addresses.1014 It reads:
Dear friends,
I’m updating my addresses book. Could you send me your info please, so I stay connected with you? Please visit the link here.
Thank you so much for your time. :-)
Lots of love, light and laughter Petra
Beneath it, the platform’s own boilerplate states the basis on which it was sent:10
You are receiving this email because you are a contact of Petra Nemcova of the Happy Hearts Fund.
Forty-six minutes later a correction went to both addresses, in capitals: that the address it had come from was not a new address of hers, and that she was using it only “TO AVOID SPAM AND GETTING MY MAIL BOX OVER FLOWN - WHILE UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFO”.15
That is the shape of the whole run. It is a contact list being maintained, and both of those addresses are on it. Three times the same message went to both of his addresses within seconds: at 17:56 and again at 18:42 on 26 June 2013, and at 23:11 on 23 September 2013. That is what a mail merge over a list does and not what a person writing to a person does.
The gala, and the honoree
The longest and most substantive of the mailings is the one of 8 May 2014 at 02:05, subject “10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY HAPPY HEARTS FUND GALA.” It opens “Hi sunshine,” and continues:22
It is hard to believe that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the devastating 2004 tsunami which I was blessed to survive, therefore it will be an extra special gala. We will celebrate the 85 resilient disaster-proof schools that have been rebuilt and the happiness that they have brought to 46,000 children in seven countries that have been impacted by natural disasters. Our goal is to open our 100th school by December 26th 2014, on the day of the anniversary
Beneath the message the same sheet reproduces the invitation itself, in display type:22
Lifetime Achievement Award Honoree
BILL CLINTON
FOUNDER OF THE CLINTON FOUNDATION
& 42nd PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
For his leadership and life saving work ensuring that children and communities are not forgotten after disaster strikes
The message’s own paragraph on the honorees names Bill Clinton first and then two musicians and an airline as honoured partners; the gala is given as 19 June 2014 at Cipriani 42nd Street.22
What this is and is not. It is an invitation to a fundraising dinner, sent to a mailing list that included Jeffrey Epstein, which named a former President as its principal honoree. It is not evidence that Epstein attended, was invited personally, bought a table, or had any contact with any honoree through it. Nothing read for this page records a reply, an acceptance, a payment or an attendance.
Three other places the charity appears in his files
A magazine article, on the money that reached her charity from someone else. A copy of the New York magazine feature “Billionaires Are Free”, by Vanessa Grigoriadis, sits in the release in more than one place. Its fourth sheet reports that Ron Burkle “has anonymously underwritten model enthusiasms, like his $200,000 contribution to Petra Nemcova’s charity benefit for tsunami victims.” The copy cited here carries no date on its face. The same document’s third sheet carries the magazine’s own account of the Palm Beach allegations against Epstein; nothing on this page rests on that sheet and it is not quoted or described here.31
A biography, on who sat on the charity’s board. An undated two-sheet biography of Russell Simmons in the release ends: “He also serves on the Board of Directors of Petra Nemcova’s Happy Hearts Fund, which gives aid to children throughout the world who are victims of natural disasters.”32 Nothing read for this page records why the biography is in Epstein’s holdings or who sent it.
A photograph of a presentation. A single-sheet photograph in the release shows a screen displaying a Happy Hearts Fund slide headed “Happy Hearts Fund / Inspiring Capital / June – August 2015”. Nothing read for this page establishes who took it, who sent it, or why it is in the release. No person appearing in the frame is named or described here.33
What the files do not show
- No contact from Epstein to her. Not one document read for this page is from him to her, or records him writing to her, telephoning her, or meeting her. The November 2010 sheet records an attempt, made through someone else, and does not record its outcome.8
- No reply from her to him. Every message from her side is bulk mail to a list.
- No money to Epstein, and no second gift from him. The only payment in either direction in anything read here is the $100,000 of 8 September 2006.7
- No record of what Happy Hearts Fund knew. No document read for this page is from the charity’s staff, board or counsel about Epstein, his gift, or his place on its list. Its own view of any of this is simply absent from the material read here.
- Nothing after 10 December 2015. The searches described below located no document of this subject dated later, and this page makes no claim about any period they did not reach.1
- No claim about whether she, or anyone at the charity, knew who he was. The files read for this page do not settle it, and this page does not guess.
How these documents were found, and what the search could not reach
A search of the released files for the surname, correctly spelled, returns 26 documents. That is one search form, and both of the documents this page is actually built on fall outside it: the record of the $100,000 payment never prints her name at all, and the sheet of 22 November 2010 misspells it. The union across six search forms is 38 documents, of which 3 were opened, read and set aside as a different charity or a different body, leaving 35, and 35 is a floor and not a closed total. The method, the controls, the forms that returned other people, and the limit beyond which the search cannot see are set out in full at the end of this page.1
Footnotes
Footnotes
-
Searches of the released files were run on 26 October 2026, each a phrase or token search of the full-text index: “nemcova” 26 sheets in 26 documents; “happy hearts” 21 in 19; “be the light new york” 13 in 11; “bethelightny” 9 in 7; “happyheartsfund” 4 in 4; “nemkova” 1 in 1. Searching the surname with its Czech diacritics, in both the “nemcová” and the “němcová” forms, returns the same 26 documents as the bare form, because the index folds the accents. The surname-first printing “nemcova, petra” returns 6 documents, all of them already inside the 26. The six sets overlap; their union is 38 documents, from which 3 were removed after being opened and read, leaving 35. The three removed, and why. One is a biography of an executive whose affiliations list a differently named body, “Happy Hearts Foundation”, which nothing read here establishes to be this charity. Two are sheets of a judicial opinion in terrorism-financing litigation naming an unrelated entity, “Happy Hearts Trust”. All three were opened and read before being removed, and none is counted in the 35. Five further search forms were run and each returned documents that are not this subject. The phrase “happy heart” in the singular is a greeting in an idiom with nothing to do with any charity. The token “be the light” without the rest of the name returns furniture-order correspondence about a wood finish and a casting call. The initialism “HHF” returns 11 documents and every one of them was opened and read: they are an oil-services equity note using it for a unit of horsepower, aircraft-maintenance estimates, and unreadable binary inside large containers. Not one concerns this charity, and it is reported here because a three-letter arm looks like a finding until it is read. The forenames “Petra” and “Poppy” are each borne in the release by other people who are not this subject, and the forename arms were run and read for that reason; nothing they return is counted above and no result list for them is published here. The index was also enumerated by term, and this is what found the single most important document. Every indexed word beginning “nem” was listed, 751 of them, and the nine within two character-edits of the surname were tested. One is the surname itself. One was “nemkova”, a single sheet, which is the surname with a k, and which no search for the correct spelling reaches. That sheet is the one at
[^poppy], and it is the only document in the release in which Epstein is recorded reaching toward this subject’s charity rather than receiving something from it. The other seven were each opened and every sheet read. One is a form the machine produced from a name that is not printed that way on the paper at all, discussed at[^invite]. One is a different surname borne by a person who has nothing to do with this subject and is not named or described here. The remaining five are damage: a mangled surname in a law firm’s printed list of attorneys, a place name in a telephone-call log, an abbreviation table of Florida city codes, and two runs of unreadable boilerplate on a bank statement and a tax form. Not one of the seven is a person of this name. The release’s commonest form of transmission damage was tested and found absent. A flattened quoted-printable encoding in this release can remove the first letter of a name. Searches for the beheaded forms of this subject’s forename and surname, and of the first and second words of the charity’s name, each return no document bearing them: the token that a beheaded forename would produce occurs in 49 documents and every occurrence of it was read, finding only the word “extra” in damage, a different surname, and scanning noise. A control phrase invented for the purpose returned nothing on every run, and a control phrase expected to return a substantial population returned 97 documents, so the searches were running. The honest limit. The whole index holds more than twelve million distinct words and cannot be listed in one pass, so the enumeration above is a range of it rather than the whole. A damaged form of the surname containing none of the letters “nem” at its start would still be missed. The 35 figure is a floor, and it is a measure of how far these strings reach, not of how many documents are about this subject: of the 35, nineteen are bulk mailings, five are copies of one magazine article, four are copies of two sheets of one gala invitation, four are records of one payment, and the remaining three are a biography, a photograph and the sheet at[^poppy]. Why the headline figure is not 26. The “nemcova” arm alone returns 26 documents, and that is the figure a single-form search produces. The two documents this page is built on, the record of the $100,000 payment and the sheet of 22 November 2010, are both outside that arm, because the first never prints her name and the second misspells it. ↩ ↩2 ↩3 ↩4 ↩5 ↩6 -
E-mail to Jeffrey Epstein, Subject “Poppy Cotterell”,
Sent Mon 11/22/2010 5:07:13 PM, a bare label field carrying no time zone. EFTA02409933 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch, and the printed stamp EFTA_R1_01470416 was read from the native scan rather than from a re-rendering. The recipient field prints “Jeffrey Epstein[[email protected]]”. The body is quoted above in full as printed, without elision. The surname is printed “Nemkova” on the paper, which the image confirms and which no search for the correct spelling can reach; it is reproduced here as printed and is not repaired. The ellipsis after “children charity” is the sheet’s own punctuation and is not an omission by this page. ↩ ↩2 ↩3 -

The sign-off reads “Petra Nemcova / Ambassador at Large for Haiti & Founder and Chair, Happy Hearts Fund”, which is the source of the description in the infobox and of the description in the lede. The sheet prints “90 save-resilient schools” in one paragraph and “100th safe-resilient school” in another; both are as printed and neither is repaired here. The C.O.U.Q. Foundation, Inc., Form 990-PF for the tax year 1 March 2006 to 28 February 2007, Statement 6, “PART I, LINE 25 AND PART XV / CONTRIBUTIONS PAID”. EFTA00190062 p.17; the run is 19 sheets. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The schedule has four columns, headed Date, Name, Amount and Purpose in that order, and the row quoted above is reproduced in that order. The machine-read text of this sheet reverses the apparent reading of the date column, because the text is extracted column by column and the date of each row arrives before its payee; the column order was settled at the image and confirmed against the cheque register at
[^register], which gives Hunter College, Martha Graham, Little Flower and Robin Hood the same four dates in the same order. The sheet’s own heading gives the year as “Y/E 2/28/07”; the machine-read text gives “V/E”. Further copies of this return exist in the release and are not cited. The Foundation itself is treated at the C.O.U.Q. Foundation, whose page prints the same schedule in full from the same sheet. ↩ ↩2 ↩3 ↩4 ↩5 -
Cheque register headed “COUQ - 2006”, one sheet. EFTA00804104 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. Its columns are method, date, cheque number, payee, memorandum and amount, and its Happy Hearts Fund row gives the method as “Check”, the date as “09/08/2006”, the cheque number as “2371” and the amount as “100,000.00”. The foot of the register prints “TOTAL COUQ - 2006” against “958,000.00”. This is a separate document from the Form 990-PF and not a copy of it: it carries cheque numbers and a payment method, which the return does not, and it is scoped to calendar 2006 rather than to the fiscal year. ↩ ↩2 ↩3

This is a statement about the documents read for this page. None of the 35 records a payment, fee, invoice, retainer or benefit from her, from Happy Hearts Fund or from Be The Light New York to Jeffrey Epstein or to any entity of his. None records a second contribution from him or from any entity of his to Happy Hearts Fund: the C.O.U.Q. Foundation’s contributions schedule for the year ending 28 February 2007 names the charity once, and no other year’s schedule or register read for this page names it at all. ↩ ↩2 ↩3

This is a statement about the documents read for this page. None of the 35 is from Jeffrey Epstein to this subject, records a meeting between them on any date, records a telephone call between them, or records a reply from her to him. The message of 22 November 2010 at
[^poppy]records that he had been “trying to reach” a third party about her charity event and does not record that he reached anyone, or what followed. The two addresses do not stand on the same footing here, and the difference is one of sourcing.

E-mail, Subject “Join me at Bergdorf Goodman on Saturday!”,
Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2013 20:10:22 +0000, to [email protected]. EFTA00651542 p.1; the run is 2 sheets. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The body is “Dear friends, / I hope that I get the chance to see you at Bergdorf Goodman on Saturday. / Lots of love, light, and laughter,” and the sheet’s copyright line reads “Copyright © 2013 Be The Light New York, All rights reserved.” It is attributed above to Be The Light New York, on that copyright line. ↩ -

E-mail, Subject “10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY HAPPY HEARTS FUND GALA.”,
Sent: Thur 5/8/2014 2:05:46 AM, to [email protected]. EFTA01927101 p.1; the run is 3 sheets. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch, and the printed stamp EFTA_R1_00374369 was read from the native scan rather than from a re-rendering. The image corrects the machine-read text of this sheet in four places that matter: the machine text gives “Hi sunshine.” for the image’s “Hi sunshine,”, “June 19th.” for the image’s “June 19th,”, “46.000” for the image’s “46,000”, and drops a name from the honoree sentence entirely, rendering “will.i.am” as “an,”. The salutation was re-read at the image for that reason and the comma above is the paper’s. The passage quoted above is reproduced from the image and is given in full from “It is hard to believe” to “on the day of the anniversary”, which is where the paragraph ends on the sheet without a full stop. The invitation block beneath it is quoted in full as far as “after disaster strikes”; the sheet continues with a second honoree heading. The gala date and venue are printed on sheet 2 of the same document. ↩ ↩2 ↩3 ↩4 -
E-mail, Subject “Join Me at Bergdorf Goodman!”,
Sent: Wednesday, November 12, 2014 5:29:22 PM, to [email protected]. EFTA01749695 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. Nothing is quoted from it above. ↩ -
E-mail, Subject “Join Me Today at Bergdorf Goodman!”,
Sent: Saturday, November 15, 2014 2:01 PM. EFTA02396085 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The recipient field of this sheet resolves to nothing — it carries an empty encoded-word value — so this page does not state to which address it went, only that it is in this production. Nothing is quoted from it above. ↩ -
E-mail, Subject “Soulful Thursday with Donna Karan and Petra Nemcova”,
Sent: Monday, December 15, 2014 2:34 PM. EFTA02339344 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The recipient field of this sheet resolves to nothing, as at[^bergdorf2014b]. Nothing is quoted from it above; the body carries heavy transmission damage and is an invitation to a retail event. ↩ -
E-mail, Subject “Event Reminder: Donna Karan & Petra Nemcova invite you”,
Sent: Thursday, December 18, 2014 4:03 PM, to [email protected], sent on behalf of Urban Zen Events. EFTA02396960 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The machine-read text gives the subject line as “Event Reminder.” with a full stop; the image prints a colon, and the table above gives the image’s. The sheet carries no body text at all beneath the header. ↩ -
E-mail, Subject “Donna Karan and Petra Nemcova Invite You…”,
Sent: Thursday, December 18, 2014 8:10:29 PM, to [email protected]. EFTA01747625 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The machine-read text of this sheet renders the name as “Petra Nemcovall”. No such form is printed on the paper, and the doubled letters are an artefact of the extraction, not a variant anyone wrote. Nothing is quoted from it above. ↩ -
E-mail, Subject “Donate by Midnight in Memory of the 10th Year Anniversary of the Tsunami!”,
Sent: Wednesday, December 31, 2014 5:14 PM. EFTA02363300 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The recipient field of this sheet resolves to nothing, as at[^bergdorf2014b]. Its body is one sentence asking for a tax-deductible donation before midnight and is damaged in transmission; it is not quoted here. ↩ -
E-mail, Subject “Angels Are Missing”,
Sent: Wednesday, December 2, 2015 12:54 AM, to “Jeffrey-vacation”. EFTA02676876 p.1; the run is 2 sheets. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch, and the printed stamp EFTA_R1_01970403 was read from the native scan rather than from a re-rendering. The subject line as printed ends with a decorative smiling-face glyph, which the table above renders as nothing because it does not transcribe. The body of this sheet carries heavy quoted-printable transmission damage on the paper itself — it prints “Children=of Nepal”, “Giv= wings”, “Nepal=2C” and “Happy He=rts Fund” — so it is described rather than quoted: it is an appeal for donations to rebuild schools after the April 2015 Nepal earthquake, naming a matching partner, and this page repairs nothing in it. ↩ -
The point is settled inside the 26 June 2013 run itself. The sheet at
[^contact1]carries a full header stamp with an explicit zone,Wed, 26 Jun 2013 17:56:03 +0000. The sheet at[^contact2]carries a bare produced label with no zone,Wed 6/26/2013 5:56:04 PM, one second later and to the other address. Read as a local time on a United States Eastern clock the second would fall four hours after the first; read as UTC it falls one second after it, which is what a mail merge over two addresses produces. The bare labels on these sheets are therefore UTC, and the times in the table above are given as printed. ↩ -
“Billionaires Are Free”, by Vanessa Grigoriadis, New York magazine, a five-sheet print-to-file copy. EFTA00013635 p.4. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The words quoted above are reproduced in full as printed, and run to the full stop the sheet prints; they begin part-way through the sheet’s sentence, and nothing inside the quoted span is elided. The copy cited here carries no date on its face, and this page does not date it. Further copies of this article exist in the release and are not cited. The third sheet of this same document carries the magazine’s account of the Palm Beach allegations against Epstein, which this page does not quote, describe or rely on, and from which nothing above is taken. ↩

Biography of Russell Simmons, two sheets, undated. EFTA01117397 p.2. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The sentence quoted above is the second-to-last on the sheet and is reproduced in full as printed. The document carries no header, no sender and no recipient, and nothing read for this page establishes who sent it or why it is in the release. ↩

Photograph, one sheet. EFTA01191834 p.1, the whole run of one sheet. Read from the page image at 96 dots per inch. The only text on the sheet is the text on the screen it shows: a Happy Hearts Fund logo, the title “Happy Hearts Fund”, and beneath it “Inspiring Capital” and “June – August 2015”. Nobody appearing in the photograph is named, described or reasoned about on this page, and nothing read for this page establishes who took it, who sent it, or why it is in the release. ↩
