Methodology: Every query was run against ALL databases. Results were cross-referenced and each finding was categorized by evidence strength. Updated February 2026 with results from the full text corpus (1.42M documents), which expanded coverage from ~519K to 1.42M documents. Where counts changed significantly, both old and new figures are noted. In all cases, the expanded corpus reinforced rather than contradicted the original findings.
