Medical Professionals Investigation: Epstein's Doctor Network

Executive Summary

Jeffrey Epstein maintained a network of at least 48 identified physicians, dentists, therapists, and medical providers who collectively appear in over 23,000 EFTA documents. This network served three distinct functions:

1. Personal medical care — Two primary care physicians (Dr. Bruce Moskowitz, 1,251 docs; Dr. Bernard Kruger), a urologist (Dr. Harry Fisch, 588 docs), a cardiologist (Dr. Rony Shimony), an internist (Dr. Woodson Merrell), an infectious disease specialist (Dr. Cahill), a chiropractor (Dr. Perry Bard), and 15+ specialists on referral including spine surgeons (McCance, Hartl, Qureshi), allergists (Gupta, Busse, Lighvani), a physical therapist (Gage), and regional providers in Palm Beach, USVI, and New Hampshire
2. Cosmetic and dental services for young women — A dermatologist codenamed "Dr. Evil" (Dr. Steven Victor, 337 docs) who provided $20,000+ in free treatments to Epstein's "friends," plus Dr. David Orentreich (17 docs), Dr. Ellen Marmur (94 docs), Dr. Gervaise Gerstner, Dr. Chen (oral surgeon), Dr. Michael Reed (hair specialist — $725 paid by Epstein for young woman), Dr. Lee Ellen Morrone (appointments paid on "JE's Black Amex"), and a dental education pipeline through Dr. Thomas Magnani, Dean Ira Lamster, and Dean Christian Stohler at Columbia
3. Institutional access and social capital — Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin (6,750 docs), Dr. Melanie Walker (221 docs), Dr. Boris Nikolic (13,969 docs), Dr. Mark Landon (6 docs), Dr. Henry Jarecki (psychiatrist sued by an Epstein accuser), Dr. Jess Ting and Robin Solomon at Mount Sinai, Dr. Mehmet Oz, and a science network including Deepak Chopra, Dean Ornish, Elkhonon Goldberg, Stuart Hameroff, and Ted Kaptchuk

The most significant finding is a January 2018 text exchange in which Dr. Moskowitz explicitly advises Epstein to send two women with gonorrhea to the JFK ER rather than treating them himself, stating: "That way I do not have to report the cases to health department including contacts" (EFTA01613870, p.3). This is the most direct evidence in the corpus of a physician deliberately structuring care to evade mandatory STI reporting requirements.

The EFTA corpus also reveals zero medical/forensic subpoenas were issued during the federal investigation — one of seven investigative tracks in the Prosecutorial Query Graph that received no subpoena activity whatsoever.

What This Report Does NOT Show

This report does not establish that any physician named herein had knowledge of Epstein's sex trafficking operation. Providing medical care to a patient — even a convicted sex offender — is not inherently wrongful. The report documents the evidence as it appears in the corpus, including contexts that raise questions about mandated reporting obligations, but does not make legal conclusions about any individual's liability.

1. The Mandated Reporting Failure

1.1 The Gonorrhea Thread (January 11-13, 2018)

The most important medical document in the corpus is an iMessage thread between Epstein ([email protected]) and Dr. Bruce Moskowitz, extracted from Epstein's devices.

Moskowitz: "DNA test will tell"
Moskowitz: "Answer 2 gm azithromycin plus 1 gm rocephin and culture in two weeks"
Moskowitz: "Will check with friend at cdc"

Later that day:

Epstein: "I think to be safe my two friends should get shot by you tomorrow or send them somewhere close"
Moskowitz: "Yes JFK ER North"
Moskowitz: "That way I do not have to report the cases to health department including contacts"

January 12, 2018:

Epstein: "Same"
Moskowitz: "They say a friend overseas"
Epstein: "Sorry, do they say their friend had gono"

January 13, 2018:

Epstein: "Gonorhea rash?"
Moskowitz: "Unlikely"

Analysis: Epstein refers to the infected women as "my two friends." He asks Moskowitz to administer antibiotic injections, but Moskowitz redirects them to the JFK ER, explicitly citing his desire to avoid health department reporting. In New York, gonorrhea is a mandatory reportable disease under the NYC Health Code, Article 11, Section 11.03 and 10 NYCRR 2.10 — physicians must report cases to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, including information about contacts. By redirecting the women to an ER where he was not the treating physician, Moskowitz avoided triggering his own reporting obligation.

What this does NOT show: The text thread does not identify who the "two friends" are or their ages. It does not show that Moskowitz knew how the women became infected or whether they were trafficking victims. Gonorrhea transmission can occur through any sexual contact. The thread does show that Moskowitz's concern was specifically about the reporting obligation, not about the women's welfare.

Corroborating context: On March 26, 2019, a Business Insider article titled "super-gonorrhea is antibiotic resistant" was shared with Epstein in a separate iMessage thread (EFTA01618036, p.4). On May 19, 2019, Epstein shared a UW Medicine article on "antibiotic-resistant-gonorrhea" in a Skype conversation (EFTA01619006, p.3). This indicates sustained concern about STI exposure over at least 16 months.

1.2 Victor's Free Treatment Pipeline

The second mandated reporting red flag is Dr. Steven Victor's arrangement with Epstein. Victor treated multiple young women sent by Epstein at no charge, in exchange for Epstein's ongoing financial support of Victor's businesses.

The deal (EFTA01779967):

Epstein to Victor (June 10, 2010): "the last time I bailed you out we agreed I would never see another bill for my friends"
Victor to Epstein: "So two more girls. According to my records I have done $20k on your group of friends. Need you to help now let me know"

Victor was a dermatologist seeing a rotating cast of young women referred by a convicted sex offender, performing cosmetic procedures for free as part of a financial arrangement. Under New York law, physicians are mandated reporters who must report suspected child abuse or maltreatment (N.Y. Soc. Serv. Law § 413). Whether Victor's patients included minors is not established in the corpus, but the pattern — a stream of young women sent by a man convicted of soliciting a minor for prostitution — raises serious questions about whether Victor had an obligation to inquire further.

What this does NOT show: The documents do not establish that any woman Victor treated was a minor or a trafficking victim. Victor's treatments appear to have been cosmetic (laser, acne medication, dermatology). The "friends" arrangement could reflect ordinary concierge medicine for wealthy clients. However, the volume (20+ women), the financial coercion (treatments contingent on Epstein's payments), and Epstein's criminal history create a pattern that should have triggered professional scrutiny.

1.3 Zero Medical Subpoenas

The Prosecutorial Query Graph identifies seven investigative tracks used in the federal Epstein investigation. One of these — Medical & Forensic — received zero subpoenas. No medical records were subpoenaed. No physician was called before the grand jury. No hospital records were sought.

This is notable given:
- Moskowitz's role as Epstein's primary physician with knowledge of STI infections
- Victor's treatment of numerous young women
- The OB-GYN charges on Epstein's AmEx (see Section 6)
- The existence of victim medical records that could corroborate trafficking timelines

2. Tier 1: Personal Physicians

2.1 Dr. Bruce Moskowitz — Primary Care Physician

Medical relationship: Moskowitz was Epstein's primary physician from at least 2013 through 2019. The corpus documents extensive medical correspondence:

• Blood work and hormones (EFTA01752742): "calcium was normal could not do PTH since it was weekend," Moskowitz discussing diet, exercise regimen, vitamin tests
• Endocrine issues (EFTA01939761): Epstein texting at 2 AM: "low cortisol might be as a result of the scans last week?"
• Parathyroid condition (EFTA01613898): Ongoing calcium fluctuations, PTH levels, referral to Dr. Robert Udelsman (parathyroid surgeon) for 4D CT scan
• Lab results via Dr. Lighvani (EFTA01739395): Karen Samuels forwarding results; Moskowitz recommending pneumonia vaccine
• ANA positive result (EFTA01754871): Epstein asking "should we do auto immune, hepatitis? differential on the ana?"

Financial relationship: Per Miami New Times reporting, Epstein contributed at least $220,000 to the Bruce and Marsha Moskowitz Foundation between 2014-2017. Epstein also offered Moskowitz stays at his properties, use of his car and driver, and apartment access.

VA/Political influence: While serving as Epstein's physician, Moskowitz was reportedly shaping policy at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs during the first Trump administration, per Miami New Times reporting.

What this does NOT show: The corpus does not establish that Moskowitz treated Epstein's victims or was aware of trafficking. Outside the gonorrhea thread, Moskowitz's medical correspondence appears routine. His recommendation to send women to the ER could reflect a physician's practical judgment about STI reporting rather than active concealment of trafficking.

2.2 Dr. Harry Fisch — Urologist

Medical relationship: Fisch was Epstein's personal urologist from at least 2015, per the Cornell Daily Sun investigation. Key medical findings in the corpus:

• Clomid prescription (EFTA01738959, Dec 31, 2015): Fisch asks "How long have you taken clomid?" and "Any more headaches?" Clomid (clomiphene citrate) is a fertility drug prescribed off-label to men to boost testosterone levels.
• Stem cell referral (EFTA01616198, May 9, 2017): An iMessage thread involving "Sultan" and Harry Fish references stem cells: "Sultan said you are putting stem cells in Dick??!!" / Fish: "No. Not in Dick. He wants that but not me." / Epstein: "That's Steve victor" / "VICTOR7777! n000000"

Professional relationship: Fisch negotiated a Mount Sinai term sheet with Epstein's help (EFTA01739370, EFTA01738880). Fisch needed $500K in office expenses covered plus $65K for a medical assistant and $50K for an ultrasonographer. Epstein assisted with the negotiation.

Social relationship: Per the Cornell Daily Sun, Fisch attended multiple dinners with Epstein and Woody Allen beginning November 2015, shared a sitcom script seeking an introduction to Allen, and received an Apple Watch from Epstein (December 2018).

What this does NOT show: The documents do not establish that Fisch treated any of Epstein's victims or was aware of trafficking. His role appears to be that of a personal physician and social friend who leveraged Epstein's connections for career advancement.

2.3 Dr. Perry Bard — Chiropractor/Osteopath (Palm Beach)

Bard made regular house calls to Epstein's Palm Beach residence, coordinated through Lesley Groff. Appointments documented in 2013-2015:

• Dec 7, 2013: "Dr. Bard wanted to know how Jeffrey was feeling. Also if he would like him to come over tomorrow for another adjustment" (EFTA01754996)
• Jan 25, 2014: Confirmed at 5pm at PB house (EFTA01940256)
• Feb 26, 2015: Appointment at his Delray Beach office at 4:30pm, same day as Leon Botstein phone call and Moskowitz dinner (EFTA01746741)
• Aug 30, 2014: 2pm at PB house (EFTA02097671)
• Sep 20, 2014: 3pm at PB house, same day as Boris Nikolic, Peter Thiel, Bill Burns, Leon Black meetings (EFTA02097678)

2.4 Dr. Bernard Kruger — Primary Care Gateway

Kruger was arguably Epstein's most important medical gatekeeper — the doctor who referred him to nearly every specialist. The relationship was deeply personal, spanning Epstein's incarceration.

• Passover in jail (EFTA01780389, April 8, 2009): Kruger: "Wishing you a Happy Passover can't help thinking about you on this holiday of freedom. Hopefully next year in Jerusalem, New York or anyplace you want." Epstein replies: "Thank I put an x on my cell door"
• Referral hub (EFTA01616758, Jan-Apr 2018): iMessage thread shows Epstein consulting Kruger about multiple specialists: "Your office is sending me to Schwerin??? Gastric?" / "smallberg?" / "Hartl nice wants new mri" — referring to Dr. Schmerin (gastro), Dr. Smallberg (neuro), and Dr. Hartl (spine)
• Prescribing authority (EFTA01616760, Feb 2018): Kruger prescribed cough syrup, Medrol dose pack ("take 3Am and 3 at 6pm with food on 1st day"), and managed Epstein's cold remotely via iMessage
• Painkiller consultation (EFTA01941491): Epstein: "friend 76 yrs old with a painkiller problem, should I send to you"
• Ruemmler referral (EFTA01616762, April 11, 2018): Epstein texts Kruger: "Kathy Ruemmler former white Hyde counsel. 47 yrs old hasn't seen doctor in years. Want a new patient?" — referring former White House Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler as a patient

2.5 Dr. Rony Shimony — Cardiologist

Shimony had a detailed medical relationship with Epstein, managing his cardiac health via extensive iMessage exchanges.

• Cardiac imaging (EFTA01616676, Aug-Sep 2017): "Your last CT was September 6, 2016 non-obstructive plaque involving the left anterior descending (LAD). Should have a follow up stress test this October"
• Lipid management (EFTA01616677, Sep 2017): Epstein: "Ordsher wants me to see Rosenson re lipids." Shimony responds with options: "Diet Ex, statins, Tricor, Zetia in combo, PCSK9 inhibitors"
• Pre-metabolic syndrome (EFTA01616678, Oct 2017): Shimony: "Pre-metabolic syndrome and we're not treating you.. Well do what you can"
• Introduction via Robin Solomon (EFTA01943378): Connected through Mount Sinai fundraiser Robin Solomon
• Schedule entries: Echocardiogram Oct 2013 (EFTA01755649), appointment Sep 2014 (EFTA02097678)

2.6 Dr. Merrell (Woodson Merrell) — Integrative Medicine

Merrell was Epstein's internist for routine blood work and physicals.

• Blood work scheduling (EFTA02006952, EFTA02007545, Sep 2012): Fasting blood work appointments
• Lab results (EFTA01873399, Apr 2012): "Please call Dr. Merrell so he may go over your blood test results"
• Schedule (EFTA01755390, Nov 2013): "9:00am Blood Test at Dr. Merrell's office"
• Referred women patients (EFTA02040931, Oct 2016): Merrell requests "90 minutes with her" for a woman Epstein is sending: "Ideally her staff would connect with mine to fill out my health information forms before coming"

2.7 Dr. Cahill — Infectious Disease Specialist

Cahill treated Epstein for parasitic infections and also saw Epstein's associates at his direction.

• Parasite diagnosis (EFTA01613818, p.2, Jul 2016): Epstein's comprehensive medical summary to Moskowitz includes: "two cahill parasites positive, whipworm and hisiliyita. medicines to date - medrol, claritin, zantac"
• Treatment coordination (EFTA01613818, p.4, Jul 2016): "Cahill wants me to take tinidazole. Ok?" — Epstein checking with Moskowitz before taking Cahill's prescription
• Associates sent to Cahill (EFTA02045350, Aug 8, 2016): "Jeffrey would like you both to see Dr. Cahill. Your appointments are currently scheduled for Monday Aug. 15th at 8:30 and 9am...Eva Andersson is trying to help..." Groff's follow-up email (EFTA02045093) asked Eva for help getting same-day appointments

This is the same pattern seen with Victor and Orentreich: Epstein directing associates to specific doctors, with Eva Andersson-Dubin leveraging institutional connections.

2.8 Additional Personal Physicians

The Moskowitz Medical Summary: The most comprehensive single document of Epstein's medical status is his own iMessage to Moskowitz (EFTA01613818, p.2, Jul 2016): "Bruce. lets summarize. angioedema. belly pattern, brain fog. sinus swollen. apnea - lumbar stenosis 1415, greatly reduced urine stream. low libido bladder ultrasound negative, blood tests - low testosterone, high trigyclerides. all cultures neg. semen urine. two cahill parasites positive, whipworm and hisiliyita. medicines to date - medrol. claritin, zantac. magnesium supplement for constipation. can't figure it out. tawari found little, but suggested mri prostate, as no downside. cystoscope. possible stricture from years ago." This single message names three doctors (Moskowitz, Cahill, Tewari) and reveals the scope of Epstein's medical network.

3. Tier 2: The Cosmetic Pipeline

This tier documents physicians who provided cosmetic and dermatological services to young women at Epstein's direction. The pattern is consistent: Epstein controlled the women's access to healthcare, selected their providers, paid (or arranged free treatment), and in some cases directed specific procedures.

3.1 Dr. Steven Victor — "Dr. Evil"

Identification: "Dr. Evil" is confirmed as Steven Victor through multiple corpus documents. The smoking gun is EFTA01991050 (March 7, 2012), where the same person is called "dr evil" and "victor" in the same email thread on the same day. The full identification chain spans 30+ EFTA documents across scheduling emails, financial records, and iMessage threads.

Financial relationship: Victor owed Epstein regular wire payments of $2,500-$5,000 (EFTA01856432, EFTA01798499, EFTA02020142). He also sought $150K for LaserSculpt from Epstein (EFTA01780682). In Epstein's will (EFTA01266403), Victor received loan forgiveness alongside Karyna Shuliak.

The free treatment arrangement: As documented in Section 1.2, Victor treated "20k+ on your group of friends" for free. Named women sent to Victor include:

Accutane and iPLEDGE control: Victor prescribed Accutane (isotretinoin) to multiple women, which requires enrollment in the FDA's iPLEDGE program — a mandatory system requiring monthly pregnancy tests before each prescription refill. When Groff asked Victor to refill prescriptions for a woman and Anastasia Kopet, Victor replied: "Impossible since accutane is computer controlled n they MUST come in next wk" (EFTA02184651, Aug 30-31, 2011). This means Epstein's staff were managing the FDA-mandated pregnancy testing schedule for these women through Victor's office.

Polina pregnancy check: In September 2011, Lesley Groff tried to schedule Victor appointments for Polina, Sue, and Anastasiya simultaneously. Polina's message states: "I need to start my treatment as soon as possible but I can't because they need to check my pregnancy and give me an prescription" — the context identifies this as a pregnancy check that was required before starting certain medications (such as Accutane/isotretinoin, which causes severe birth defects). This is standard medical practice, but the context — a young woman sent by Epstein who needed a pregnancy test before dermatological treatment — adds to the pattern.

Polina money for Victor: On November 22, 2011, Epstein, Groff, and Bella Klein coordinated payment: "Polina and money for Victor...$500 or $600?" (EFTA02009733). Despite the "free treatment" arrangement, some payments flowed for specific women.

The blonde girl incident (June 22, 2019): One month before Epstein's arrest, Victor asked Karyna Shuliak for a blonde woman's phone number, alarming Epstein's staff: "mr evil asked karyna whr ws the blonde girl from the other day. ? and then asked kayrna for her phone number !! oy" (EFTA01620097). The response: "Just tell her he's crazy."

IntelliCell BioSciences: Victor's stem cell company received an FDA Warning Letter on March 13, 2012, citing 16 violations of cGMP and Good Tissue Practice related to adipose-tissue-derived stem cell products used for wrinkles, osteoarthritis, and breast augmentation. Epstein discussed the FDA letter with Victor: "what fda letter?" (EFTA01873341).

3.2 Dr. David Orentreich — Dermatologist

Orentreich is the son of Dr. Norman Orentreich, first president of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and co-director of the Orentreich Foundation for the Advancement of Science.

Epstein paid for young women's Orentreich appointments. Key emails:

• "My dr Orentreich" (EFTA01753068, Nov 26, 2013): A woman emails Epstein about skin problems: "I need to see a dermatologist for pimples and pigmentation. Who do you think for the pigmentation? My dr Orentreich or dangene?" Epstein responds: "not sure why foot has any relation to accutane? more concerned about depression anxiety" (EFTA01947933)
• Appointment scheduling (EFTA02058553, Mar 4, 2016): A woman emails Lesley Groff: "hello Lesley! Could you make an appointment with dr. Orentreich for me please." Groff confirms: "appointment w/Dr. Orentreich for Wed. March 9th at 2pm. The appointment will cost $350 which you must pay the day of" (EFTA02058274)
• "Jeffrey wouldn't approve" (EFTA02058274, p.2, Feb 27, 2016): In the same email chain, the referring woman writes to the patient: "I am telling you all of this because I don't want to recommend anything Jeffrey wouldn't approve of and I don't know which one he would prefer and which treatments he would think would be good/bad for you." This is direct evidence that women in Epstein's orbit understood he controlled their medical decisions — even the choice of dermatologist required his approval
• Epstein paid (EFTA01797358, Mar 9, 2016): "Thank you so much Jeffrey!" — the woman thanking Epstein after the Orentreich appointment

AmEx charges show Orentreich Medical Group at 212-794-0800 appearing on pages 260, 306, 531, 776, 830, 7819, 7892, 8043, 8091, 8707 of EFTA01671962, spanning 2012-2017, with amounts from $34 to $473.

3.3 Dr. Ellen Marmur — Dermatologist

Marmur Medical appears extensively on Epstein's Centurion AmEx card, with charges ranging from $25 to $1,420:

The frequency (10+ visits in 2017-2018) and high dollar amounts suggest ongoing cosmetic procedures. No public reporting has linked Marmur to Epstein. It is unclear whether these charges were for Epstein's own treatments or for women in his orbit.

3.4 Dr. Gervaise Gerstner — Cosmetic Dermatologist

Referenced in the Orentreich email chain (EFTA02058274): a woman writes "I now use a different one — Dr Gervaise Gerstner... she cleared my skin with combination of topical treatments including retin A." Gerstner appears on Epstein's AmEx statement: $575 charge on 09/22/16 ("GERVAISE L GERSTNER MD, NEW YORK NY") (EFTA01671962, p.8187). This confirms Epstein paid for Gerstner's services directly.

3.5 Dr. Chen — Oral Surgeon (Wisdom Teeth)

Chen extracted wisdom teeth for women in Epstein's orbit, with Epstein paying:

• Scheduling (EFTA02079288, May 2015): "You will see Dr. Chen who is the oral surgeon"
• Extraction appointment (EFTA02078727, May 17, 2015): "Her apps w/Dr. Chen for wisdom teeth extraction is Mon. June 8th" — the same email notes the woman "has to leave the country by July 31st," indicating she was on a visa
• Invisalign coordination (EFTA02078727): After wisdom teeth, the woman asks about Invisalign with Dr. Magnani. Epstein responds: "she shoud have it done in lithuania as it needs constant adjustment and rview"

3.6 Dr. Thomas Magnani, D.D.S. — Primary Dentist

Magnani was Epstein's primary dentist and also treated women in his orbit:

• Epstein's own appointments (EFTA01927528, EFTA02098564)
• Shuliak dental education (EFTA02032372, Mar 2012): Magnani connected Karyna Shuliak to Dr. Richard Lichtenthal at Columbia for dental school. Lichtenthal later arranged for Shuliak to "sit in on classes" (EFTA02020113) and coordinated instrument kits for her (EFTA01873960)
• Shuliak boards (EFTA01928605, Apr 2014): Epstein emailed Magnani and "Ira Lamstein" that "Karyna passed her part 2 boards"
• Peggy Siegal (EFTA02032715): "I have a 10:00am dentist with Magnani" — Siegal also used Magnani

3.7 Dangene — Skincare/Aesthetician

Referenced in scheduling emails alongside Orentreich (EFTA01899327): "I checked in to see if Dangene is back up and working with patients...and she is. She is available Mon-Thursday's before 2pm." This appears to be Dangene, a luxury skincare clinic on the Upper East Side. The woman in the Orentreich email (Section 3.2) asked about "my dr Orentreich or dangene" — suggesting both were used interchangeably for skin treatments.

3.8 Dr. Michael Reed — Hair Specialist

Reed treated women in Epstein's orbit, with Epstein paying directly:

• Merrell referral (EFTA02087676, Dec 2014): Groff to a woman: "I have the name of a hair specialist from Dr. Merrell — Jeffrey would like you to go and see him"
• $725 consultation (EFTA02087620, Dec 18-30, 2014): "JUST the consultation is $725.00 He takes no insurance. Please advise if I should make an appt for [redacted]." Groff then: "I am paying for this appt today on JE's amex....will send receipt once I receive after her appt." Confirmed in EFTA02088050: "Bella, I have paid for the consultation on Je's amex ($725.00)"
• Same-day grooming (EFTA02086613): The same day as the Reed appointment (Dec 30, 2014), Groff booked the woman a 5:45pm blowout at Fekkai Salon with Kenji: "You will be looking beautiful tonight!!" — doctor visit followed by salon, all paid by Epstein

This follows the Tier 2 pattern: Epstein selects the doctor, Epstein pays, and the visit is embedded in a grooming schedule.

3.9 Dr. Lee Ellen Morrone, MD — Physician

Epstein paid for young women's appointments with Dr. Morrone on at least two occasions:

In the same email, Groff offers to bring the woman money ("will pick up the money for you that Jeffrey wants you to have") and coordinate an Equinox gym membership. The woman mentions school schedule conflicts (class 9-7)
• Black Amex receipt (EFTA02195877, Nov 18, 2016): Groff forwards a receipt from "Morrone MD Lee Ellen" to Epstein, marked "On JE's Black Amex." Epstein replies "ok"

What this does NOT show: The documents do not identify Dr. Morrone's specialty or establish that any patient was a minor. The pattern — Epstein paying for a young woman's medical care, offering her cash, arranging her gym membership — is consistent with the financial control structure documented elsewhere in the report.

3.10 The Dental Education Pipeline

Dr. Magnani (Section 3.6) was not the only dental professional facilitating Karyna Shuliak's education. Two Columbia University dental deans were involved:

Ira B. Lamster, D.D.S., M.M.Sc. — Dean, Columbia University College of Dental Medicine

• BSMU advocacy letter (EFTA01989641, Mar 5, 2012): Lamster, then Dean, wrote directly to the Rector and Vice-Rector of Belarusian State Medical University on behalf of Shuliak: "One of your former students (Karyna Shuliak), who now lives in the United States, has expressed interest in completing her training in dentistry in the United States. Karyna withdrew from your school at the end of August 2010, having completed 4 of the 5 years of study required for the dental degree." He asked whether Shuliak could take Columbia courses to complete her 5th year and receive her BSMU degree. Magnani forwarded this letter to Epstein
• Regular dinners with Epstein (EFTA01764325, Oct 23, 2012): Lamster (by then Dean Emeritus) emails Epstein: "Jeff, Are you back in NYC? If so, Tom and I want to take you to dinner." Confirmed dinner at Epstein's home Dec 5, 2012 with Lamster and Magnani at 7:30pm (EFTA01764872)
• Shuliak boards celebration (EFTA01928605, Apr 2014): Epstein emailed Magnani and Lamster that "Karyna passed her part 2 boards"

Dr. Christian Stohler — Dean (Columbia Dental)

• Dinner with Epstein and Magnani (EFTA01755249, Nov 7, 2013): Groff schedule lists "7:00pm Dinner w/Dr. Magnani and Dean Christian Stohler"

The pipeline: Magnani (Epstein's dentist) → Lamster (Dean, writes letter to Belarusian university) → Lichtenthal (professor, arranges classes and instruments) → Stohler (successor Dean, socializes with Epstein). Three Columbia dental officials facilitated Shuliak's dental education while socializing regularly with Epstein.

What this does NOT show: Facilitating a student's education is not inherently improper. However, the involvement of a university dean writing to foreign officials on behalf of a student whose education was funded by a convicted sex offender raises questions about institutional due diligence. The corpus does not show whether Columbia was aware of Epstein's role.

4. Tier 3: The Medical Establishment

4.1 Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin — Physician, Former Miss Sweden

Andersson-Dubin is the highest-volume physician in the corpus by document count. Her relationship with Epstein spanned decades, from a romantic relationship in the 1980s to continued socializing after his 2008 conviction.

Medical referral role: The corpus shows Andersson-Dubin acting as a medical gatekeeper, recommending doctors for Epstein and his associates:

• Podiatrist recommendations (EFTA02023023, EFTA00913468, June 23, 2011): Eva Dubin provides a ranked list of podiatrists: Dr. David Levine ("unfortunately he does not take insurance"), Dr. Macabee ("takes most insurance, he is OK"), Dr. Louis Galli ("takes care of all the rockets"), Dr. Rock Positano ("Podiatrist to the stars. He is probably a rip off"), Dr. Bryan Markinson
• "Breast doctor" referral (EFTA02033127, Aug 25-26, 2011): A woman asks Epstein: "can I email Eva to see if I can see a breast doc while I am in NYC?" Epstein forwards to Eva Dubin: "this is [name] who needs to see your best breast doctor." Eva asks: "Is this the doctor in Seattle?"
• Doctor recommendations shortly before Epstein's death (EFTA02281842): Dubin recommended doctors to Epstein in April 2019, three months before his July 2019 arrest (also reported by Daily Beast)

Jess Ting coordination: Per the Daily Beast, Dubin coordinated Dr. Jess Ting's availability after a reported "accident" involving a Russian student on Epstein's island.

Trust beneficiary: Andersson-Dubin is named as a trust beneficiary in text-layer remnants under PDF redaction boxes in trust documents — standard survivorship language ("if she survives") alongside Maxwell, Brunel, Shuliak, Kahn, and Visoski (see Hidden Text Review).

"Whoops" (EFTA01884457, May 16, 2012): Eva Dubin emails Epstein: "Mary Kennedy found dead in her backyard...." Epstein replies: "whoops"

Mount Sinai investigation (March 2026): TMZ reported on March 8, 2026, that Mount Sinai Hospital opened an investigation into the nature of ties between Epstein and Andersson-Dubin. The Dubins donated approximately $19 million to establish the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai (per Dubin Family Foundation).

Maxwell trial testimony: Andersson-Dubin testified for the defense on December 17, 2021, at the Maxwell trial, denying participation in sexual activity involving Epstein/Maxwell and stating she never observed inappropriate behavior with minors. She acknowledged memory issues on cross-examination. She was never charged.

What this does NOT show: The corpus does not establish that Andersson-Dubin treated Epstein's victims, participated in trafficking, or witnessed abuse. Her role appears to be that of a longstanding friend and medical referral source. The Maxwell trial jury heard her testimony and convicted Maxwell on other evidence.

4.2 Dr. Jess Ting — Reconstructive Surgery, Mount Sinai

Ting visited Epstein in New York and on his island:

• Schedule entries (EFTA01899677, March 19, 2013): "12:15pm Dr. Jess Ting to arrive STT via AA0655, Carlos to pick him up and take him to St. John"
• Treated women at Epstein's direction (EFTA01975732, May 2, 2013): "Below from Dr. Ting re seeing [name] tomorrow after 4pm: 'I could come by at 5 pm tomorrow. Does that work? Should I go to his home?'"
• Breast cancer research funding (EFTA01949643): Press release: "Science Financier Jeffrey Epstein Funds Pivotal Breast Cancer Research at Mount Sinai." The press release does not specify a dollar amount; the $50,000 figure was reported by the Daily Beast
• Press coordination (EFTA02007381, April 15, 2013): "I sent the press links to Dr. Ting" — Epstein's staff coordinating publicity for Ting's research
• Reporter inquiry (EFTA01746861, Jan 29, 2015): "FYI, that reporter never got back to me" — Ting updating Epstein on press

Per the Daily Beast, an image allegedly shows Ting performing stitches on a woman at Epstein's apartment. Ting denies the photo depicts him and claims patients were adults with no knowledge of illegal activities.

4.3 Dr. Mark Landon — Head of Gynecology, Ohio State University

Per NBC News (February 2026), Landon received quarterly payments of up to $25,000 from Epstein, totaling $75,000/year, from 2001-2005 through Epstein's New York Strategy Group money management firm. He also received at least 10 packages from Epstein or his associates between June 2001 and April 2005.

Landon told NBC4 Columbus he was "a paid consultant for the New York Strategy Group regarding potential biotech investments" and had "no knowledge of any criminal activities." He states he provided no clinical care to Epstein or his victims.

Ohio State University opened an investigation in February 2026. Landon is cooperating. The university stated no information received to date contradicts Landon's account.

What this does NOT show: The corpus does not contain evidence that Landon — the nation's leading gynecology department chair — provided gynecological care to any of Epstein's victims. His payments predate Epstein's first arrest (2006) and fall within a period when Epstein cultivated relationships with academics through consulting fees and research grants. However, paying $75,000/year to the head of gynecology at a major university — during the peak trafficking period (2001-2005) — is a fact pattern that warrants investigation.

4.4 Dr. Gloria Rudisch — Director of Child Health, Brookline

One striking name appears in the scheduling emails. Dr. Gloria Rudisch, identified as "Gloria Rudisch MD, MPH Director, Child Health, Brookline Health Department," socialized with Epstein at Harvard with her husband Marvin:

"We look forward to seeing Jeffrey --- probably at Harvard as usual. Just let us know time and place. I guess brunch would be another possibility" (EFTA02104253, June 8, 2014)

A Director of Child Health at a municipal health department socializing with a convicted sex offender "at Harvard as usual" is notable, though the corpus does not show any further connection.

4.5 The Mount Sinai Network

Epstein's Mount Sinai connections ran far deeper than Ting and Andersson-Dubin. The corpus reveals a multi-layered institutional relationship:

Robin Solomon — Mount Sinai NICU Fundraiser: Solomon was the connective tissue between Epstein and Mount Sinai. She facilitated introductions to at least three doctors (Shimony, Stadtmauer, Carlin/Worldclinic) and received direct donations:

• $25K NICU donation (EFTA01832468, Dec 22, 2010): "SO appreciate the 25K donation for the benefit I do that supports our NICU renovation (sick newborns). I'm fully underwritten so every dollar goes to the bottom line." The same email connects Epstein to Clinton Global Initiative: "your generosity in making it possible for me to attend the CGI in 06 has had very long legs and saved many lives"
• Anesthesia residency (EFTA01871480, Apr 2012): Solomon helped someone get into the Mount Sinai Anesthesia Residency Program
• Shimony introduction (EFTA01943378): Connected Rony Shimony to Epstein

Dr. Dan Adler — Recommended by Eva Dubin for Epstein's associates. In April 2019 — three months before Epstein's arrest — Eva Dubin recommended both Adler and Krumholz to Lesley Groff (EFTA02282226): "Jeffrey is asking if you could please give us a recommendation for a [name redacted] for [name redacted]." Eva responds: "Dan Adler, Michael Krumholz."

Mount Sinai President's Office intervention: When Epstein needed an allergist appointment, the president's office at Mount Sinai personally intervened: "Chasity in the presidents office of Mt. Sinai has called Dr. Busse's office asking them to please fit you in" (EFTA02047697, Jul 2016). The email chain also names Dr. Gary Stadtmauer, recommended by Moskowitz as another senior allergist option.

What this does NOT show: Institutional VIP treatment for wealthy donors is standard hospital practice. The Mount Sinai president's office intervention, while notable, does not by itself indicate knowledge of Epstein's crimes. However, the depth of the relationship — Ting visiting the island, Solomon facilitating multiple connections, Eva Dubin's dual role as associate clinical professor and Epstein referral source, Epstein's donations — creates an institutional entanglement that warrants scrutiny.

4.6 Dr. Mehmet Oz — Television Physician

Dr. Oz had direct contact with Epstein:

• Direct email (EFTA02476629, Jan 1, 2016): Email from "Dr Mehmet Oz" ([email protected]) to [email protected]
• Social guest lists (EFTA01762318): "Dr. & Mrs. Mehmet Oz" on Epstein event guest list
• Dean Ornish event (EFTA02590902, Oct 2014): Ornish invited Epstein to "a dialogue I'm doing with Dr. Mehmet Oz" at Lenox Hill
• FBI victim briefing inquiry (EFTA00037405, Oct 2019): After Epstein's death, Dr. Oz show producer Jillian Gonzales inquired about the FBI victim briefing

4.7 Dr. Henry Jarecki — Psychiatrist / Commodities Trader

Jarecki is the only physician in the corpus who was personally sued by an Epstein accuser. An FBI internal news alert (EFTA01657244, Jun 5, 2024) references a Reuters article: "Jeffrey Epstein accuser sues prominent psychiatrist, [alleging he] making her sex slave." The document was flagged in an FBI "Open Source News Search - HT" email.

Correspondence with Epstein: Jarecki and Epstein exchanged personal emails over multiple years:

• Guana Island invitation (EFTA01779994, Jan 12-13, 2010): Epstein asks about scholars' work. Jarecki invites Epstein to visit on the way to Guana Island
• United Nations University webcast (EFTA01780504, Apr 20, 2009): Epstein responds to a UNU Scholar Rescue webcast forwarded by Jarecki's assistant
• Intellectual correspondence (EFTA01779874, Sep 3, 2010): Epstein writes dismissively about universities: "no serious science achievement has come out of hunter college"
• Family involvement (EFTA01866170, Jun 6, 2011): Epstein writes to Jarecki: "I have watched money be the wedge, in gloria nick, tony, natalia, julia, alana...if i can be a friend i would like to be" — inserting himself into Jarecki family dynamics

Gloria Jarecki appears in the corpus forwarding family news (son Eugene's media appearances) through email chains that reach Epstein.

What this does NOT show: The corpus documents Jarecki's social and intellectual relationship with Epstein. The lawsuit referenced in the FBI alert is an external legal proceeding — its merits are not established by the EFTA corpus. The documents do not show that Jarecki's psychiatric practice was connected to Epstein's victims.

4.8 Dan Carlin / Worldclinic — Concierge Medical Service

Robin Solomon (Section 4.5) recommended Carlin's Worldclinic concierge medical service to Epstein:

• Solomon endorsement (EFTA01853357, Oct 7-8, 2011): Faith Kates (modeling agent, Next Management) asks Solomon: "What is the name of the dr in new Hampshire!???" Solomon replies: "Dan Carlin and his company is Worldclinic and he can google him but tell him he's passed MY litmus test." Kates forwards to Epstein. Epstein replies: "obviously either for you or robin, I do anything"

The referral chain — Solomon (Mount Sinai fundraiser) → Kates (modeling agent) → Epstein — illustrates how medical access, philanthropy, and the modeling industry intersected in Epstein's network.

4.9 Regional Medical Providers

Epstein maintained medical relationships in each of his residences:

5. Tier 4: The Science Network

These physicians were part of Epstein's broader science patronage network. Their medical credentials gave them access to institutions and people Epstein sought to influence.

5.1 Dr. Melanie Walker — Neurosurgeon ("MEGAMELSY")

Walker met Epstein in 1992, introduced by Donald Trump at the Plaza Hotel (per Rolling Stone). In a September 2018 email, Walker wrote: "I've known Jeffrey 28 years and this isn't a joke — Donald Trump introduced us" (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_032803, available at wikiepstein.com). She maintained a decades-long relationship with Epstein while building her career at the Gates Foundation, WHO, and World Bank. She served as the primary bridge between Epstein and Bill Gates.

What this does NOT show: Walker's role was that of a science advisor and social connector, not a treating physician in Epstein's medical network. No evidence in the corpus connects her to victim care.

5.2 Dr. Boris Nikolic — Physician/Investor

Nikolic co-founded Biomatics Capital, a healthcare venture firm. He told Bloomberg he was "shocked" to learn of his inclusion, stating: "I was not consulted in these matters and I have no intent to fulfill these duties, whatsoever." He declined the role. His corpus presence is extremely high (13,969 docs) reflecting extensive correspondence about biotech investments, Davos, and the Gates network.

What this does NOT show: No evidence connects Nikolic to Epstein's medical care of victims or to any knowledge of trafficking.

5.3 Additional Science Network Physicians

These physicians were part of Epstein's intellectual and scientific circle. Their medical credentials are secondary to their roles as scientists, authors, or academic figures whom Epstein cultivated.

What this does NOT show: None of these physicians are documented providing medical care to Epstein or his associates. Their roles were intellectual — science discussions, conference attendance, research relationships. The corpus does not establish that any of them had knowledge of Epstein's criminal activities.

6. AmEx Medical Charges: Full Inventory

The 9,824-page AmEx statement (EFTA01671962) contains charges across multiple Epstein cards spanning 2012-2019. Medical providers identified:

The OB-GYN Charge

The most significant individual AmEx medical charge is the OB-GYN visit on March 9, 2016: "LIF EVEN OB-GYN HEALT" at 212-460-4800, $290, on the Centurion card ending 0-13001. The same statement page shows an Orentreich charge of $473 on the same date. The phone number 212-460-4800 corresponds to a women's health practice in Manhattan.

An OB-GYN charge on Jeffrey Epstein's personal credit card raises questions about who the patient was. This could be a charge for a woman in his household (Shuliak or another), but it also represents the kind of medical control documented elsewhere in the corpus — Epstein paying directly for women's gynecological care.

7. Medical Control as a Pattern

7.1 The Investigative Gap

The prosecution issued zero medical subpoenas during the federal investigation — one of seven investigative tracks in the Prosecutorial Query Graph that received no subpoena activity. No medical records were subpoenaed, no physician was called before the grand jury, no hospital records were sought. This is notable given the evidence of STI infections (Section 1.1), the volume of cosmetic treatments for young women (Section 3), and the OB-GYN charges on Epstein's AmEx (Section 6).

The EFTA corpus itself contains no victim medical records. This is expected — such records are protected by HIPAA and basic privacy considerations, and their absence from a public document release is appropriate, not suspicious. What is notable is that the prosecution apparently never sought them through sealed subpoenas either.

7.2 The Breast Surgery Thread

One of the most detailed medical narratives in the corpus shows Epstein directing a woman's cosmetic surgery through Dr. Victor:

1. Initial referral (Jan 25-26, 2011): Epstein directs a woman to "see dr victor re breasts" — original email truncated in EFTA01800591 but preserved in the quoted reply chain at EFTA01833409
2. Fat transfer proposal (EFTA01833409, Jan 26, 2011): Epstein: "yes, of course. he will send you to his partner that takes fat from your ass and puts in your breasts"
3. Doctor's assessment (EFTA01799311, Jan 27, 2011): The woman: "I just been to doctor. He cant do anything. He sad [sic] if i really want to do something it can be only breast implant. may be i can change my pills"
4. Post-surgery complications (EFTA01865024, Jun 28, 2011): Epstein: "please take photo, even with your phone. I want to see the problem, is it you left or right breast"
5. Ongoing recovery (EFTA01860510, Jul 10, 2011): Epstein: "If it is not healing properly you need to deal with it asap, or it will heal and then you will have to start all over again"
6. Implant safety article (EFTA01985509, Dec 23, 2011): Epstein sends the woman a NYT article: "breast-implants-removal-recommended-by-france.html"

The pattern — Epstein selecting the surgeon, proposing the procedure, monitoring recovery, requesting photographs — illustrates the degree of control he exercised over women's medical decisions.

7.3 The Gynecologist Email

One email captures a woman discussing her gynecological care with Epstein:

"I went to my gynecologist this week, just a regular check up and she made me consider [an IUD]"

Epstein responds with a medical opinion: "you will not like it, very heavy period. I will be back in ny the 19th?" (EFTA01927289, June 7-8, 2014). The OCR renders "IUD" as "RJD" but the context makes the intended word clear.

The woman then discusses a skin condition ("pityriasis rosea") and medical options with Epstein (EFTA01927431). That a woman in Epstein's orbit discussed contraception and dermatology decisions with him — and expected his input — reflects the dynamic documented throughout this report.
