| Whether she has answered | Yes. Reached by telephone in February 2026 by Brookline.News and asked to speak about her relationship with Epstein, she said, “I don’t think I can do that.” She did not answer a list of written questions. In 2019 she publicly denied the allegation made against her late husband14 |
Gloria Rudisch, MD, MPH was for nearly fifty years a physician in the employ of the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts, latterly as its Director of Child Health. Her own signature block in these files gives that title in her own words.67 She held a one-year consulting agreement with Jeffrey Epstein’s foundation, she was the person Epstein’s office dealt with when it wanted to arrange a meeting in Cambridge, and she was the point of contact for a conference his office was organising in 2011. She was also the wife of the computer scientist Marvin Minsky, who died in 2016.
Nothing read for this page alleges wrongdoing by her, and the page says so at the outset rather than letting a long document count do an allegation’s work. Holding a consulting agreement, answering an assistant’s e-mail, being listed on a schedule and being named on a guest list are ordinary acts. A review by her former employer, reported in February 2026, “found no evidence of professional wrongdoing or illegal activity on the part of Ms. Rudisch”.14 The one adverse finding that report attributes to the review is set out in The outside record below, in the town’s own words.
An allegation in these files was made against her husband and not against her. This page does not retell it, does not rest on it, and does not treat her proximity to it as evidence of anything. It is mentioned once, below, only because she answered it publicly and because a page that omitted her answer would be the worse for it.
The name the record uses is not the name she uses, and that has to come first
The obvious search for this subject is her surname as she spells it. It is the wrong search, and it reaches about a fifth of the record.
Counting distinct documents in the released corpus, as phrase queries against the extracted text:
| form | documents | sheets |
|---|---|---|
"Rudisch" | 48 | 54 |
"Rudish" | 142 | 142 |
"Gloria Minsky" | 59 | 61 |
"Minsky Gloria" (the surname-first form) | 77 | 77 |
"Gloria Radish" | 10 | 10 |
"Rudisch Minsky" | 3 | 3 |
| union of the six | 266 | 274 |
The two surname arms do not overlap at all: "Rudisch" and "Rudish" share zero documents between them. The correct spelling reaches 48 of 266, which is 18 per cent of the documents her name reaches.
Rudish is not a scanning error. It is what the people writing about her typed. On the schedule circulated for the Cambridge visit of January 2013 the line reads, at 400 dpi, 3:30 Marvin Misnky & Gloria Rudish (Confirmed) on the sheet, in the office’s own monospaced text, with her husband’s surname transposed in the same line.3 The office wrote Gloria Rudish in its subject lines for nine years.1516 In a September 2011 note an assistant wrote Marvin Minksy, a second transposition.8 A spelling generator seeded on the correct form does reach one of them and cannot reach the others. Run against Rudisch, scripts/ocr_variants.py --wide offers 21 forms and Rudish is among them, as a single deletion; an exhaustive edit-distance-1 sweep over the alphabet [a-z0-9] in a length window of five to ten characters, 539 candidates tested as phrase queries, returns five forms with any documents at all and Rudish is the large one. But Gloria Radish is at edit distance two and no d=1 sweep reaches it, and Misnky and Minksy are transpositions of a different surname entirely, which no generator seeded on hers could ever offer. Those were found by reading the documents, which is the only instrument that reaches a spelling a person chose.
Gloria Radish is the opposite case and the two sit in one line. On one schedule the extracted text reads Gloria Radish; at 400 dpi the sheet prints Gloria Rudish.17 So on that sheet the surname is wrong twice over, once by the writer and once by the scanner, and only the image separates them.
The money document names her by her forename alone. Kahn’s report of the August 2011 payment reads “Marvin Minsky and Gloria were paid jointly”, and the boat instruction of 11 December 2011 reads “our boat to pick up Marvin Gloria and Martin at 1:45pm today”.1218 No form of her surname reaches either sheet. A figure built on her surname, however spelled, does not contain the two documents that record a payment to her and a journey by her.
This page’s floor, stated with its bounds. The six forms above reach 266 documents and 274 sheets, which is the total printed under the table. A seventh form was tested for this page and is not reproduced here; it reaches three documents, one of which lies outside the six, so the floor including it is 267 documents and 275 sheets.19 That is a floor on the record’s reach and not a count of events: of those 275 sheets, a greedy comparison against kept representatives at four-word shingle containment of 0.60 or more, never transitive, reduces them to 152 distinct clusters, of which 52 are schedules and itineraries, 74 are messages, 5 are copies of the agreement, 4 are guest lists and 4 are device-message threads. Those five classes account for 139 of the 152. The remaining 13 clusters fall into none of them and are not characterised here. The 52 schedule clusters are themselves repeated circulations of a much smaller number of journeys. No sheet in the floor exceeds 4,397 characters, so no container row is in play in it and the counts above are counts of sheets. Forms reaching her by forename alone, or by the plural “Minskys”, were measured and deliberately excluded from the floor because they sweep in other people and can only be settled by reading; they are named as an open hole below.
Brookline
Her own signature block of 8 December 2011 reads Gloria Rudisch MD, MPH Director, Child Health, and she wrote from a Town of Brookline municipal account. By June 2014 the same block reads Gloria Rudisch MD, MPH Director, Child Health , Brookline Health Department. Both were read at the image.67
Nothing else read for this page speaks to her employment. What is known about its length and shape comes from outside the release and is set out below.
The consulting agreement
A four-sheet instrument headed CONSULTING AGREEMENT stands in the file between “Gloria Rudisch, MD” and “Enhanced Education (a/k/a J. Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation)”. At 400 dpi its opening line reads “CONSULTING AGREEMENT effective as of the 1st day of August 2011”; the superscript ordinal is lost in the extracted text, which prints no day at all.1
It engages her as “a liaison between the Foundation and each of the scientific community, the academic community and the philanthropic community”, and requires her to “[s]eek out, identify, investigate, evaluate and recommend proposals for the Foundation to fund research projects”, to “[c]ollect curricula vitae from, and compile bibliographies of, the professionals engaged in such projects”, to “[a]rrange for and organize informal meetings between the President of the Foundation and such professionals”, to “Organize and conduct at least one scientific conference a year”, and to report at least every six months, “with the first report to be provided not later than January 31, 2012”.110
It provides for the Foundation to pay her “a fee of $50,000”, which the clause goes on to call the Consulting Fee, “said consulting fee to be paid in monthly installments of $4,166.67 no later than the first day of every month during the term of this Agreement”, with expenses reimbursable on the Foundation’s prior written consent. The term runs from 1 August 2011 to 31 July 2012 and is terminable by either party on “twenty (20) business days’ prior written notice to the other party hereto whether with or without cause”.10
The instrument is drafted for her specifically rather than adapted from a template: clause 6 reads “In performing her obligations hereunder, the Consultant shall at all times act in what she reasonably believes to be in the best interests of the Foundation”.10
The copy in the file is unsigned. Read at 600 dpi, the rule above the printed name “Gloria Rudisch” under the heading “THE CONSULTANT:” bears no mark, and the rule after “By:” above the printed name “Darren Indyke” under “THE FOUNDATION:” bears no mark either.11
A parallel agreement in identical terms stands in the file for Marvin Minsky, and the live page on the foundation sets it out; the two run consecutively in the production, hers at the earlier Bates numbers.120 The organisational file index lists the pair together as “Consulting Agreements w/Marvin Minsky & Gloria Rudish”.21
The agreement was unsigned in the file and it was being paid
On 31 August 2011 Richard Kahn sent Epstein a numbered “discussion topics” memorandum. Item 15 reads, at 400 dpi:
- Marvin Minsky and Gloria were paid jointly 8,333.33 in August and =ext payment will be paid September 1 - Is there anything you need me to =ollow up with them on.
The =ext and =ollow are transmission damage printed on the sheet itself, not introduced by the digitisation.12
The arithmetic matches the two instruments. Each agreement provides a monthly instalment of $4,166.67; two such instalments are $8,333.34, against the $8,333.33 the memorandum states, a difference of one cent. The joint payment is the memorandum’s own statement and not an inference from the figure; the arithmetic corroborates it and does not establish it.
So the file holds two unexecuted copies and a contemporaneous report that both consultancies were being paid in the first month of their term. Whether an executed copy exists anywhere is not answered by anything read for this page.
The termination
A letter on Enhanced Education notepaper over Darren K. Indyke’s name, dated “February , 2012” with the day left blank, confirms “the notice terminating that certain Consulting Agreement dated as of the 1st day of August 2011, by and between you and Enhanced Education (a/k/a J. Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation) and that neither you nor Enhanced Education shall have any further obligation or liability to the other thereunder”. It is addressed to “Gloria Rudisch, MD” and is unsigned. An identical letter to Marvin Minsky sits on the facing sheet.2
The agreement’s stated term ran to 31 July 2012, so a February 2012 termination is some five months early. Nothing read for this page states a reason, and the documents do not record whether either letter was sent.
The 2011 conference
On 14 September 2011 Lesley Groff wrote to Cecile de Jongh:
Hi Cecile. Jeffrey will be planning another conference soon and has enlisted the help of Gloria Rudisch and Marvin Minksy.
Jeffrey has asked that you assist Gloria in the research and details of the travel,
The spelling Minksy is the sheet’s.8
De Jongh’s part of the work is recorded through the autumn. On 19 October 2011 she reported to Epstein: “Spoke to Gloria Rudisch. She said she did not get any of my emails. I fowarded them to her while we spoke and she now has everything. I sent her all the phone numbers of the participants so that Marvin can call them personally.”9 A separate note to Epstein, forwarding a list of questions she had put on 23 September about dates of “December 9-12”, invitations and travel, records: “As of now, we have eight participants plus Gloria Rudisch.”22
Rudisch herself wrote to de Jongh about recruiting the participants. On 20 October 2011, under the subject “Re: Fw: Future in Computing Conference”, she wrote:
Hi Cecile —
Thanks for the update. Mavin may have let you know that he did reach Watson yesterday —Jim is trying to rearrange something so he is a Maybe. Also he requested an actual letter (which should be immediate)as he doesn’t use e-mail. Does the letter come from Jeffrey or from Marvin? If from Marvin we can get it out in the next couple of days.
Marvin has not yet reached Parker, and Krauss ,whom he did reach, is checking into a possible conflict. Can the final hotel reservations be delayed for a few days.
and, lower on the same sheet:
Marvin had the idea of asking each of the academic people to bring along one of their brilliant future looking students. I’m not sure he discussed this with Jeffrey, as he just thought of it. This would get some more young scientists in the mix. I wonder if this might also work for the business folks.
closing “Look forward to hearing from you — all the best,” over “Gloria”. Mavin is the sheet’s own spelling, the missing space in “(which should be immediate)as he” is the sheet’s, the space before the comma in “Krauss ,whom” is the sheet’s, and the line breaks are the sheet’s. She attributes the suggestion to her husband and the page adds nothing to it.23
On 8 December 2011 she wrote to de Jongh under the subject “return trip”:
Of course we’d very much like to return with Jeffrey. Am not sure if Marvin has any “obligation ” to stay the few more hours. One other queston - will Jeffrey be flying to NY area or to Boston?
Please e-mail reply to Marvin, cc me.
queston and the space inside the closing quotation mark after obligation are the sheet’s; the released text additionally loses the apostrophe from we'd.6
On 11 December 2011 an office exchange records, in full: “Karen just confirmed with the dock master that all is good for our boat to pick up Marvin Gloria and Martin at 1:45pm today”. It answers a question lower in the same thread: “Yes, Lisa said there is no boat scheduled for today for the Minskys it is for tomorrow. Is one of our boats getting them?”18 That is an arrangement recorded on the day; nothing read for this page records the journey taking place.
A separate reminder item in Epstein’s mail client, with an alarm set for 5 July 2011 at 12:00:00 AM EDT, is headed “Gloria Rudish to call re conf in Dubai spring of 2012”.24 Nothing read for this page records that call or that conference.
The Cambridge and Boston schedules
After the office messages, the largest class of documents reaching her name is Epstein’s own travel schedules for visits to Cambridge and Boston, circulated by his office and repeated across many near-identical sheets. A meeting with her and her husband is a recurring line in them.
These are arrangements. They record what the office intended to happen. Nothing in them records a meeting taking place, and this page does not treat a calendar entry as attendance.
The line takes a standard form. On the tentative schedule for Saturday 26 January 2013, quoted inside a thread with Martin Nowak, it reads:
3:30 Marvin Misnky & Gloria Rudish (Confirmed)
Both misspellings are on the sheet.3 On another schedule the entry reads “5:30pm w/Marvin Minsky & Gloria Rudish” followed by “JEFFREY TO GO SEE MARVIN AND GLORIA AT THEIR HOME…” and a Brookline location.17 The schedules carry telephone numbers for both of them, and those are not reproduced here.
Dates printed on the schedule sheets that also name her fall into runs around September 2010, February 2011, June 2011, January 2012, June 2012, January 2013, June 2014 and March 2016. A further 38 sheets carry a timed appointment naming her with no parseable date on the sheet, so the number of distinct journeys is not established here; the eight runs are a lower bound on the clusters and an upper bound on nothing.
One March 2016 schedule carries the line “3-5:30pm Celebration of Life Gathering for Marvin Minsky at the Media Lab (reception following)”.25
She was the one proposing the meetings as often as the office was. On 8 June 2014 she wrote to Lesley Groff:
Thanks for your legup on Jeffrey’s visit. We will be returning from overseas ( Marvin’s award in Madrid ) on Saturday the 21st, so we would like to schedule a visit with Jeffrey on Sunday the 22nd. Would early or midafternoon work ?
We look forward to seeing Jeffrey --- probably at Harvard as usual.. Just let us know time and place … I guess brunch would be another possibility in case Jeffrey is leaving relatively early in the day on Sunday.
signed “All the best, / Gloria and Marvin”. Groff replied the same day: “excellent! I will schedule you for the Sunday June 22…still working on timing..Take care and I will be back with you soon. Lesley”.7 legup is the sheet’s word and the six full stops after “time and place” are the sheet’s.
On 22 January 2013 she wrote to Groff, “hi Lesley - / Sounds great — we look fonvard to the visit”, with a note about her husband’s e-mail address; Groff’s reply addresses her as “Gloris”.26
Guest lists
Her name stands with her husband’s, as “Marvin Minsky/Gloria Rudisch”, in at least two circulated guest lists for John Brockman’s Edge dinners, among a column of names.27 She is one of fifteen names in a quoted invitation of January 2019 that the Brockman page already sets out, and that page’s treatment of the sheet is adopted here rather than repeated.28
A name in a list is not a claim about the name.
The later traffic
The earliest dated item located is an office note of 14 September 2009: “Gloria Minsky left me a voicemail wondering if it would work for you for them to come visit this Friday and leave Saturday evening or Sunday morning.” Epstein replied, “ask me tomorrow at the end o f the day”.4 This is some five months earlier than the start of contact reported in either published account of this material, and it is reachable only by her married-name form.
On 3 February 2010 Groff relayed a message from her beginning “Just thinking about you. Hoping things are better…are you able to travel now?” and continuing “We Would love to come down and see you again… maybe in March.” The remainder of that sheet is an account of a named individual’s medical treatment and is not reproduced here.15
On 11 February 2014 an assistant wrote to Epstein:
Gloria Rudish and Marvin Minsky are hoping they could set up a time to =peak with you tomorrow together…they are asking if you will be coming =o Boston anytime soon (and if so they would love to see you) and =econdly, Marvin is to be presented with a substantial monetary award =nd they would like to speak with you about what to do…Gloria said it =s over a million :)
The = characters are transmission damage printed on the sheet. A further line on that sheet concerns a named individual’s health and is not reproduced here.29
On 19 August 2016 Groff told Epstein, “Gloria Rudish was calling to check in. She says she hasn’t heard from you as of yet.” Epstein replied, “Remind me later”.30 Two calendar days later, on 21 August 2016, Epstein wrote to Robert Lawrence Kuhn, “fyi, spoke to gloria minsky , to check up on her two days ago.”31 Both produced headers carry an explicit +0000, so the order of the two is a measurement and not a convention: the Kuhn message is the later, by 1 day 19 hours 20 minutes and 36 seconds. Epstein’s “two days ago”, written on 21 August, is 19 August on its face, which is the date of the message in which Groff reported that she had not heard from him.
On 20 January 2017 an assistant relayed: “Gloria called to wish you a happy birthday! She hopes you are doing well and is asking if you will be coming up sometime soon…[…]She also said she would be happy to try and put something together sometime for you…” Epstein replied, “tell her i will cal her next time”.32 One clause of that message, describing her own circumstances, is not reproduced here; the ellipsis in square brackets marks where.
On 27 February 2019 Groff wrote to Epstein under the subject “Gloria Rudish”:
Gloria Rudish called to say she is thinking about you…she hates =hat is going on…and if you come up to Martin’s office =o please let her know. She would love to see you.
The =hat and =o are transmission damage on the sheet. Nothing read for this page states what she understood “what is going on” to refer to, and this page does not supply it.16
On 17 June 2019 an iMessage thread with Steve Bannon about a film project carries, on the device user’s side of the conversation, the line “Minskys. Wife. gloria. Should be done asap”, following Bannon’s question “How many more like him” and the answer “Most dead”, and followed by Bannon’s “We can pull footage — just get me names whether living or dead”. The device user’s name label is barred on that sheet and this page does not supply it. Bannon is the other party and is named on the sheet. The act recorded is the device user’s, not hers.13
The outside record
She is living. In February 2026 Brookline.News reported that it had reached her by telephone and asked to speak about her relationship with Epstein, and that she said: “I don’t think I can do that.” The paper reported that she did not respond to a detailed list of questions sent by certified mail. A second outlet reported later the same month that she could not be reached by it for comment.1433
That report sets out her employment: a pediatrician who worked for the Town of Brookline’s health department from 1972 to 2021, first as Director of School Health and from 2006 as Director of Child Health and Medical Director, the later role held as an independent contractor rather than as an employee; she retired in 2021, and served for many years on the town’s Commission for Women, retaining emeritus status. A second outlet adds that she graduated from New York University’s School of Medicine in 1949 and trained in the New York and Boston areas.1433
Her former employer’s review. A town spokesperson, Christina Metcalf, is reported as saying that there is no indication that other town employees knew of the relationship and that no complaints were filed on the subject; that a review found she had used her municipal e-mail account for “personal, non-work related communications” with Epstein, which the spokesperson said is a violation of town policy; and that the review “found no evidence of professional wrongdoing or illegal activity on the part of Ms. Rudisch”.14
Her answer on the allegation against her husband. Brookline.News reports that Marvin Minsky “was accused in 2019 of sexually assaulting Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most prominent victims, who said in a deposition that she was forced to have sex with the scientist”. The allegation was against him and not against her, and this page neither retells it nor rests on anything. Brookline.News reports that she denied it publicly at the time, and that she told the New York Post that she and Minsky had visited Epstein’s residences in New York and Palm Beach “three or four times at the most” and that they always went as a couple. It gives her words as two quotations separated by an attribution: “We were always together,” she said, and “We didn’t stay at his house or anything.” The New York Post item itself was not reached for this page, so those words are given here as that paper reported them and as Brookline.News reports them, and not as a reading of the original.1434
Where the published accounts and the documents differ. Patch writes that “[t]he communication between Epstein and Rudisch in the documents begins in early 2010”, and the earliest item Brookline.News cites is of February 2010; the earliest item located for this page is 14 September 2009, and it is reachable only by her married-name form.41433 The published account reports meetings and a conference that happened; nothing read for this page records either. Brookline.News reports that the documents show her to have been “in direct, regular contact with Epstein, including at least 14 in-person meetings and two dozen phone calls with his staff”, and describes the December 2011 conference as one that “took place on Little St. James, Epstein’s island”. On the telephone calls the documents read for this page corroborate the account in kind. The sheets set out above carry five records of telephone or voicemail contact reported as having happened rather than arranged: a voicemail relayed in an office note of 14 September 2009; a call Lesley Groff reported to Epstein on 19 August 2016; Epstein’s own statement of 21 August 2016 that he had spoken to her two days before; a call an assistant relayed on 20 January 2017; and a call Groff reported on 27 February 2019. Four of the five are relayed to Epstein by someone else and the fifth is his own account. The quantity is neither corroborated nor contradicted here: five is the number this page located, which is a floor on the record and not a count of the calls that took place. It is the in-person meetings that the documents read for this page do not reach. Every schedule entry located for this page is an arrangement written before the event, and nothing read for this page records any meeting or any conference taking place. The forename-and-plural material this page excludes from its floor was searched the same way and records no meeting of hers either.35 That is a divergence between an account and a search, and not a refutation of the account: an absence of record in the material read for this page cannot establish that a meeting did not take place. Brookline.News describes the December 2011 conference as one “on the subject of ‘threats to earth’”; that phrase returns no documents in the released corpus, and the thread located for this page carries the subject line “Future in Computing Conference”.2336 It reports an invitation to the couple to share “birthday stories”; that phrase likewise returns no documents, and no such invitation was located.36 It attributes the June 2019 message to Epstein; the sheet’s own name label for that side of the thread is barred, and this page does not supply it.13 The two outlets also differ from each other on the date of the deposition: Brookline.News gives none, Patch calls it “a 2019 deposition”.1433 Only the first of these differences is settled here, by a document; the rest are differences between an account and a search, and a phrase search cannot establish an absence.
What this page does not establish
- Whether any meeting on any schedule took place. Every schedule entry read for this page is an arrangement written before the event.
- Whether the consulting agreement was ever executed. The copy in the file bears no mark on either rule; a report of payment is not an execution.
- Why the agreement was terminated five months before its stated term expired, or whether the termination letter was sent.
- What she knew. Nothing read for this page speaks to it, and the page draws no inference from the dates of her messages.
- The content of the forename-only and plural forms.
"marvin and gloria","Marvin & Gloria","Minskys","Gloria M"and"Dr Gloria"together reach 149 documents outside the six surname-bearing arms, on 161 matching sheets. They sweep in other people and can be resolved only by reading. They were not read for this page, and the floor above excludes them. Container rows are in play in this material, which they are not in the floor: fourteen of those 161 rows are aggregates of stored text running from 10,000 to 2,357,962 characters, on five documents whose stored page numbers run into the thousands, and the co-presence of two names anywhere inside an aggregate of that size establishes nothing about either.35

Richard Kahn to Jeffrey Epstein, “discussion topics”, item 15. EFTA02543666 p.2; the run is 3 sheets, and p.2 carries Bates EFTA02543667. Read at the image at 400 dpi, and the header of p.1 read at 600 dpi. The produced header reads
Sent: Wednesday, August 31, 2011 9:31 PMand prints no offset, so it is unzoned on its face. The run’s own Appledate-receivedinteger on p.3 is 1314826248, which is 2011-08-31T21:30:48Z, agreeing with the printed 9:31 PM to within a minute and establishing that this produced header is UTC. 21:31 UTC on 31 August 2011 is 5:31 PM Eastern daylight time on the same day; there is no date rollover. iMessage thread with Steve Bannon, 17 June 2019. EFTA01615944 p.5. Read at the image at 400 dpi. The sheet is a rendering of chat bubbles in two columns. The line “Minskys. Wife. gloria. Should be done asap” sits in a blue, right-hand bubble on the device user’s own side of the thread; Steve Bannon’s messages are in grey left-hand bubbles under his printed name and an “SB” avatar. The device user is not identified on this sheet, and this page does not identify him. The order of the messages is read from the image and is: “How many more like him” (Bannon), “Most dead”, “Minskys. Wife. gloria. Should be done asap”, “We can pull footage — just get me names whether living or dead” (Bannon). No clock time is given here for any individual message in this exchange, because the exports of this thread in the release do not agree on which stamp belongs to which message; the date, 17 June 2019, is common to them. The reasoning behind that withholding is not set out on this page. ↩ ↩2 ↩3

Gloria Rudish; the extracted text printsGloria Radish, and also reorders the lines so that the location and the names interleave. The two quoted attributions beneath it, “On Dec 11, 2011, at 12:09 PM” and “On Sun, Dec 11, 2011 at 11:05 AM”, carry no offset, and the “1:45pm” in the body is likewise unzoned; none of the three is converted here and no interval is stated between the zoned header and the unzoned attributions. The sender and the recipients of all three messages are barred on this sheet and nothing is supplied here from any other copy. Floor method, run for this page on 18 October 2026. The six forms in the table above are counted as
text_contentphrase queries over the released corpus, distinctefta_numberfor documents and distinct(efta_number, page_number)for sheets. Their union is 266 documents and 274 sheets, which is the total printed under the table, and each arm’s own contribution in the order printed is"Rudisch"48,"Rudish"142,"Gloria Minsky"59,"Minsky Gloria"16,"Gloria Radish"1 and"Rudisch Minsky"0, which sums to 266. A seventh form was tested and is not reproduced here: it reaches three documents, of which one lies outside the six, so the floor including it is 267 documents and 275 sheets, and the clustering described above was run over all 275 sheets. Ten negative controls returned no documents at all, among themRudischzzz,Rudisc,Rudish MD,Minskey,Minksy GloriaandRadischzzz. An edit-distance-2 sweep over the index vocabulary was not completed for this page, so the six forms are a floor on the form space and not a closed list of it. ↩ -

Jeffrey Epstein to Robert Lawrence Kuhn. EFTA00820650 p.1; the run is 2 sheets. Text layer. Produced header zoned:
Date: Sun, 21 Aug 2016 13:43:54 +0000. This header and the stamp at[^aug2016]both carry an explicit offset, so the interval between them is a measurement and not a convention: 21 August 13:43:54 UTC less 19 August 18:23:18 UTC is 1 day 19 hours 20 minutes and 36 seconds, and this sheet is the later of the two. Eastern daylight time was the offset in force on both dates, United States daylight time having run from 13 March to 6 November 2016, so locally the two stand at 2:23 PM on 19 August and 9:43 AM on 21 August, and neither crosses midnight. A quoted attribution lower on this sheet carries no offset and no interval is stated against it. The words quoted are Epstein’s and the page draws no conclusion from them about anyone’s circumstances. ↩ -

The New York Post item in which those words were given was not reached for this page. Two attempts on 18 October 2026 returned HTTP 410 on the paper’s own search path and HTTP 404 on a constructed article path; neither code is evidence that the item does not exist, and no further attempt was made. Occurrence-language probe run for this page on 18 October 2026 over the 149 documents reached only by the forename and plural arms, on their 161 matching sheets. Fourteen of those rows are aggregates of stored text running from 10,000 to 2,357,962 characters, on five documents whose stored page numbers run into the thousands. These are figures about the stored extraction, not readings of any sheet. The co-presence of two names anywhere inside an aggregate of that size establishes nothing about either, so those fourteen rows were set aside rather than counted. The remaining 147 sheets, 164,572 characters of extracted text, were searched for fourteen past-tense patterns: that it was good to see someone, thanks for a visit, we met, met with, were here, enjoyed, he or she arrived, came by, stopped by, had a good visit, it was a pleasure, as discussed at the meeting, and the like. One sheet matched, and its match is about other people: its writer reports a good time with one named person and a meeting with another, and says nothing of her or her husband. The same fourteen patterns return nothing on the floor’s own 274 sheets. The patterns were proved able to fire before any zero was believed: six of six written positive cases fire, and three negative cases stay silent, among them a schedule line of the form this page quotes above. A probe that finds nothing is a floor on absence and not a proof of it: the 147 sheets were not read, and a record of an occurrence may stand in wording these patterns do not carry or on a sheet whose extraction is damaged. ↩ ↩2

Phrase queries against the released corpus run for this page on 18 October 2026, as
text_contentphrase matches counting distinct documents:"threats to earth"returns 0;"birthday stories"returns 0. A zero from a phrase query is a floor on absence and not a proof of it: the phrase may stand in a sheet whose extraction is damaged, or in wording the query does not carry. The divergence is reported and is not resolved. ↩ ↩2
