She organized private film screenings that doubled as social engineering events. And she simultaneously performed the same functions for Harvey Weinstein.

Epstein, in turn, provided Siegal with substantial financial support — a $100,000 birthday gift, funding for Venice and Cannes travel, estate legal assistance, and ongoing financial advisory services. The relationship was symbiotic: Siegal provided social access, and Epstein provided money.

In the same thread, Siegal pitched the then-26-year-old creator of HBO's Girls:

Siegal framed her role explicitly:

Siegal attended Cannes annually, with Epstein funding her travel. Her reports were comprehensive:

May 2009 — She saw Jane Campion's Bright Star with Matthew Modine as her "date," attended Charles Finch's dinner with Ralph Fiennes, Rachel Weisz, Darren Aronofsky, Mick Jagger, and Martin Scorsese. Oscar Weekend

February 2012 — The dispatch that captured her frustration with Ghislaine Maxwell:

"Have not stopped running. Have much to report. Networking every second...and people have been so kind and receptive to me. How do I get rid of Ghislaine Maxwell! She is NOT in the film business. She is so pushy. Running up to me every time I am talking to important filmmakers. Always asking me to get her invited places. I really can't stand her."

Venice Film Festival

Epstein paid for Siegal's Venice trips — a $25,000 PR services invoice [EFTA02184960] plus additional travel costs including a $3,003.80 Delta flight Naples-Venice-Brussels [EFTA01816138].

September 2011 — Reports from seeing Polanski's Carnage, Madonna's W.E., Al Pacino being honored, George Clooney's opening night. [EFTA01992707]

St. Barths — New Year's

January 1, 2011 — The New Year's dispatch that captured the full social ecosystem:

"Dinner last night at record producer LA Reid's home on mountain top overlooking the harbor. So dramatic, like in a movie." She then reported: dinner with George Lucas, Abramovich's party (Black Eyed Peas, Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Salma Hayek, Rupert and Wendi Murdoch, Martha Stewart, Jean Pigozzi, Peter Brant, Stephanie Seymour, David Geffen). "Was on Harvey Weinstein's yacht this morning."

Part 6: The Pattern

The Peggy Siegal pipeline operated on a consistent cycle:

1. Reconnaissance: Siegal attended events worldwide (Cannes, Venice, Oscars, St. Barths, BAFTA, Palm Beach galas) and identified individuals of potential interest to Epstein.

2. Assessment: She evaluated targets using a consistent framework — wealth, cultural influence, intelligence, physical appearance, social utility. Her pitches consistently included net worth, cultural credentials, and personal attributes.

3. Introduction: She either brought targets to Epstein-hosted events (screenings, dinners) or recommended them via email with explicit biographical profiles.

4. Social Engineering: Film screenings created contained environments where encounters appeared organic. Epstein could meet actors, directors, journalists, and financiers in a cultural context rather than a financial one.

5. Reporting: After events, Siegal sent detailed dispatches cataloguing who was present, what they discussed, and what social dynamics were in play — providing Epstein with intelligence even from events he didn't attend.

6. Dual Service: Siegal performed the same functions simultaneously for Harvey Weinstein, creating a bridge between two men's social networks and giving each access to the other's contacts.
