• "Everyone knew I was friends with Jeffery Epstein"
• Visited Epstein's house, boat, flew in helicopter
• Served CBP Pre-Clearance St. Thomas 7+ years (2008-2015+), "clearing his aircraft"
• Female acquaintance filed DOJ complaint accusing him of being "known associate" who "assisted Mr. Epstein for conducting human trafficking"
• Separate complaint to Charleston County Sheriff for "predatory behavior, targeting widows"
• FBI conducted dedicated investigation (Oct-Nov 2020) with 2 agents focusing on CBP topics
• Witness (via Crowell & Moring attorney Glen McGorty) proffered about CBP employees helping Epstein bypass customs

• Real Marius Fortelni is Austrian living in Southampton, NY, formerly lived in Saudi Arabia
• AUSA asked FBI CEHT to determine if birthdays match and contact Fortelni
• Same safe contained: 48 diamonds (with individual appraisals), $72,083 cash, $100 AMEX traveler's check, foreign currency, expired US passport
• Separate finding: photos labeled "nudes 1" and "Girl pics nude" in locked safe, some appearing to be of underage girls (EFTA00024584)

4. Bannon Phone Evidence (EFTA00027290, EFTA00025553)

• Text messages between Steve Bannon and Jeffrey Epstein found on Bannon's iPhone 7
• Found April 12, 2021 during WBTW (We Build The Wall) responsiveness review on Cellebrite
• AUSA: "They aren't responsive to our warrant" - texts could not be used
• Trump-Maxwell photo also found on Bannon's iPhone 7 (June 11, 2021)
• Prosecutor response: "no need to do anything with this one"
• Same SDNY team worked both Epstein and WBTW cases, creating extraordinary evidence access
• No evidence of separate warrant obtained for Epstein-related content on Bannon's phone

5. MC2 Model Management Recruiting (EFTA01728258)

• MC2 website stated "Age: Between 13 and 20 years old" for submissions
• Offices in New York, Miami, and Tel Aviv
• Founded by Jean-Luc Brunel (October 2005)
• "International scouting division constantly searching for future new faces across the globe"
• This was the publicly advertised recruitment age range

6. Richard Taus FBI Agent Letter (EFTA00006036, EFTA00038276)

• Former FBI Special Agent and decorated Lt. Colonel (Vietnam War helicopter pilot)
• Currently incarcerated at Clinton Correctional Facility (inmate #91A1040)
• Attorney Anthony V. Lombardino (Lombardino & Nektalov, Richmond Hill, Queens)
• Claims information about Epstein's death, Ghislaine Maxwell, and "J. Doe" prison visitor

• Sent just 2-5 days after Miami Herald "Perversion of Justice" series began (Nov 28, 2018)
• Government cited as evidence of witness tampering/obstruction
• Victim's parent was driven off the road by private investigator during original investigation
• Victim told: "Those who help him will be compensated and those who hurt him will be dealt with"

9. Victim Trafficking Infrastructure

• Weekly cycling pattern: Teterboro-Palm Beach-USVI
• Epstein ordered pilots to stop recording passenger names circa 2010/2011, resulting in incomplete flight records (per EFTA02731168 p.7: Rodgers would NOT go back to add names -- prosecutors cited this to explain incomplete records, not tampering)
• Victims tracked using database for "availability and proximity" (EFTA00016836)
• Model agency visas used as legal cover for international movement
• CBP officer facilitated customs bypass at St. Thomas for 7+ years

• "Foreign president" = Most likely Ehud Barak (14+ direct contact documents)
• "French hotel chain owner" = Accor hotel chain appears in redacted files, but no individual named

• Bezos-Epstein: ZERO direct connection (only 2004 Indian Summer dinner via Brockman)
• Musk-Epstein: DS9 contains 1,038 documents mentioning "Musk" (mostly news articles in email corpus). The categorical "ZERO" from redaction databases was an artifact of limited search scope. Substantive direct Musk-Epstein connection remains unestablished.

12. Prosecution Failures Analysis (PROSECUTION_FAILURES_ANALYSIS.md - 35KB)

• Architecture of Impunity: NPA co-conspirator immunity clause was not in original draft, expanded during negotiations by the Kirkland & Ellis defense team
• Acosta deposition (EFTA00009016): "I did not recall focusing on the coconspirator provision"
• Dershowitz and the co-conspirator immunity timeline: Dershowitz was part of the defense team that negotiated the NPA. Allegations against him emerged publicly in 2014 — years after the 2007-2008 NPA. Whether the blanket immunity was designed to protect any specific individual cannot be established from available documents.
• Defense team pressure (EFTA00009116): Acosta stated "the book reference was that I might be personally embarrassed" — the defense team raised the threat of a book chapter on prosecutorial overreach (specific team member not identified in transcript)

16. Ruemmler Deep Intelligence Findings

• EFTA02575359 (Oct 29, 2017): Epstein to Ruemmler: "why would they file a sealed indictment? if it is true" - sent the day before Manafort indictment unsealed (Oct 30, 2017). The timing suggests Epstein may have been aware of the sealed indictment before it was publicly unsealed, though the source of his information is not established by this email (he appears to be asking Ruemmler about it, not receiving confirmation).
• EFTA02570921 (Nov 4, 2017): Epstein to Ruemmler: "your Nigerian is a lefty. predisposed to empower women. minorities etc.. its yours to lose" - coaching on corporate placement, treating racial identity as strategic lever
• EFTA02513986 (Jan 12, 2015): Ruemmler: "had assumed you were exaggerating a bit about Benjamin. Wrong assumption."
