PLAINTIFF'S REPLY IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE PURSUANT TO FRCP 41(a)(2)I Plaintiff submitted a letter to this Court on February 4, 2021 (ECF 94) requesting that this Motion be continued and ruling on it deferred in light of new information concerning the Epstein VCP's uncertainty in making settlement offer payment to victims. However, upon review of the Epstein Estate's letter of today's date (ECF 95) and subsequent confirmation from the Epstein VCP's Fund Administrator, Plaintiff has been assured that her settlement will be funded promptly upon the Fund Administrator's receipt of the dismissal in this action. For these reasons, Plaintiff hereby withdraws her request that the Court continue this Motion and respectfully requests that the Court grant her Motion, together with such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
