April 4th ? Customs is not enforcing Overflight, as long as operator has obtained Overflight in the past, (as we have), we are allowed to fly into any AOE (Airport of Entry). with prior approval. Phoenix Customs hours of operation Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm only, no overtime according to officer on duty. Phoenix will approve overflight after they review passengers listed on EAPIS for this flight on April 4th and we must land between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
