I just looked at the invoice for the laundry and it was $ 6,780 and the total square feet was 677.91 which make it a $ 10 cost per square foot. And we supplied all the material so this was purely labor only. And as I understand he has also been awarded additional work to tile the steps and deck above the laundry and the tiki hut and repair coral stone tiles around the main compound.
