I returned from a run to find the below. I am stunned. They have decided not to allow you to proceed with your application. Please see email from Zumwalt below. I have a call into Hunt to find out what happened and see if the decision is appealable. Apparently my ability to read people was off this morning as I did not have a sense from any of the Board members that I spoke to that they would summarily dismiss the application. Hunt has been candid with me throughout the process and I'm hoping he will continue to do be so forthcoming. I would prefer at this time to work through normal channels as we figure out what our options are. Let's see if we have any options in the normal course of business to get the decision reviewed if that is the direction we want to go. Otherwise I think we need to step back and reevaluate if it is a good time to take FII to the EDC for approval. It will be less costly to you in the long run as you will not have to deal with the quid pro quo. -Erika Erika A.
