Also, based on some outstanding information from main DOJ on the previous victims I wanted to make sure that any of the former victims you are pulling into the current case (and subsequently into VNS) receive outreach from you directly before they receive a VNS notification. I expect as a common practice you are already doing this but wanted to make sure these victims are afforded their right to notifications (and option to decline) rather than receiving an unexpected notification.
