At the time of the FBI's arrival to Little Saint James, Attorney was present with an assistant and informed New York FBI's Assistant Special Agent in Charge that he heard from "your attorneys" last night about the search. Also present on the island were two armed security personnel. The four individuals departed the island for the duration of the search.
