U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Correctional Programs Division MEMORANDUM FOR FROM: Counter Terrorism Unit May 17, 2021 SUBJECT: Implied Threats - eGuardian RE: David Grazette Background On April 26, 2021, the Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU) was made aware that an individual by the name of David Grazette entered MDC Brooklyn via the West Lobby and advised that he wished to visit inmate Ghislaine Maxwell, Reg. No. 02879-509. The Special Investigative Lieutenant that was on duty at the time reported to the front lobby and explained visiting procedures. It was reported that Mr. Grazette asked if he could "ring her bell and ask her can she please see me." The Lieutenant advised Mr. Grazette of the visiting procedures, again, and he stated he would write inmate Maxwell and request to be placed on her visiting list.
