If he doesn't hear from us soon, he says he will be forced to borrow another $1M from Kosoy ((to be added to the existing second) to establish an interest reserve through June and then look for other ways to survive until 1220 sells. He says Kosoy and TD have agreed to that. I think the risk of loss from making the loan is slight and the upside is substantial. We can vary the terms from what I earlier sent or make him an offer.
