All the panels are currently communicating through the BMS. However, there was another application which was being utilized by yourself in order to monitor the entire household remotely that requires a more advanced operating system. The name of the application is APOGEE GO. the new APOGEE GO works only in the following windows platform, windows NT, 2000/2003/2008 server. Due to several issues we had encounter during the installation of the new Insight revision with the new PC which was provided by the site. the old PC was used as a front-end. Prior to this project, I had provided a PDF spec sheet for the new Insight revision. We emphasized in the past, we prefer to purchase and provide for the PC by installing the operating system and our Insight software in-house. Once the installation is complete, our specialist will bring the machine back to the site so it could be communicated with the controllers. This was suggested by the executive salesman Bradley Rickert. By purchasing the machine from us, it insures you if there are any issue
