From my initial estimate, it will take 2 full days to get the cable spliced with the new manhole in place. Once that takes place tomorrow we will then test the cable (Hi-Pot test) and then leave the cable energized for at least 24 hours. After that period, we will then go through the steps to put LSJ back on WAPA's Grid. HH EFTA00921170
