All three documents that I sent you will be sufficient and gladly appreciated. Going out now to dinner with Madonna's manager. Speak later. This is allowed to be shown. I have another Court document that accompanies this, which I am also allowed to show. This will be reflected in the Court documents. You can forward them Christofs sworn declaration and the other declarations, I sent you today. The Caltech ID and Feynman thing is ok too. The rest of the libel/slander case, details, depositions, testimony, transcripts, etc., were sealed at the close of the case. If I reveal any information about the details in regard to that case, I may have broken the seal agreement not to discuss it, and I don't even want to go there and risk losing my settlement. I do appreciate your trying to get me help with funding on the educational project, but would like to interact with these people directly, and they also need to look at the others involved. If they want references of leading academics who are very familiar with me and my work product, I can gladly supply them. I am just worried about the register's office, as they may give a similar off putting response like Kosslyn did, because I never went in there after the case was settled, to clear it up. That libel case went on for about 2 years. BTW, he wrote to both Caltech (everywhere President, register, provost, my lab partners, colleagues), etc. t
