ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL ANSWERS TO PLAINTIFF'S FIRST REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon Plaintiff, L.M.'s, Motion to Compel Answers to Plaintiffs First Request for Production, and the Court having reviewed the Motion and being fully advised of the premises, it is hereby: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. In regard to Plaintiff's Request No. 1, Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED, in accordance with Magistrate Judge Johnson's well reasoned Order [DE 462] of Case 9:08-cv-80119-KAM attached hereto and incorporated herein. See Exhibit "A". Defendant, Epstein is required to produce the ENTIRE FILE (including discovery) provided to Defendant by the State Attorney's Office, and/or Palm Beach County Department and/or U.S. Attorney's Office and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation relating to the Defendant, Jeffrey Epstein within twenty (20) days of the entry of this Order; and 2. In regard to Plaintiffs Request No. 2, Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The request is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to all the documents hand selected from the Palm Beach State Attorney's Office by Jack Goldberger, as these documents may be protected be protected by the work-product privilege; however, Defendant must file a privilege log, within fifteen (15) days of the entry of this Order, which shall include the general nature/description of each document or compilation of documents, the number of documents in total and in each separate compilation/group of documents, and the date of each document if there is a date on the particular document. As to the remainder of Plaintiffs Request No. 2, in accordance with Magistrate Judge Johnson's well reasoned Order [DE 462] of Case 9:08-cv-80119-KAM, (attached hereto and incorporated herein
