Specifically, the Court has specially set for hearing on May 12. 2016, non-party Supplemental Motion to Strike and for Sanctions against Defendant Dershowitz. See Exhibit A. The parties agreed that the settlement between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant would in no way affect the right of non-party to have her pending Motion to Strike and for Sanctions heard by the Court.
