AMENDMENT TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT This AMENDMENT TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ("Amendment") is entered into effective as of [DATE] (the "Amendment Effective Date"), by and between "Jane Doe No. 102" (defined below) and Jeffrey Epstein ("Epstein"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, "Jane Doe No. 102" is the plaintiff who filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida styled Jane Doe No. 102 v. Jeffrey Epstein, Case No. 9:09-cv-80656 (the "Lawsuit"); WHEREAS, Jane Doe No. 102 and Epstein settled the Lawsuit and memorialized the terms of their settlement in that certain [Settlement Agreement dated as of [DATE]] (the "Settlement Agreement"); WHEREAS, [Section of the Settlement Agreement provides [that the Settlement Agreement may be amended by written instrument signed by each of Jane Doe No. 102 and Epstein]l I i; and WHEREAS, Jane Doe No. 102 and Epstein desire to amend the Settlement Agreement as provided herein; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual agreements herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Jane Doe No. 102 and Epstein hereby amend the Settlement Agreement, effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, as follows: 1.
