He is an asset without question and without question can be difficult to deal with by others but he can be and has been managed. In my opinion he is absolutely worth having available for all the weird, oddball items and projects that seem to come forward at a steady clip. Estimating and bidding projects, that historically have consistently changed and evolved as they move along is not within his tool bag, so to speak.
