From: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> To: Lesley Groff Subject: Date: Tue, 16 Apr 2013 14:34:15 +0000 Thank you for your panel selections. You may change them at any time by logging back in and returning to the panel selection page. Please note: The program is subject to change, and we suggest you revisit your plan before the conference starts. Important notes: I. Your attendance at lunch is noted below. Your tickets will indicate whether you are seated in the International Ballroom or Beverly Hills Ballroom simulcast. For any lunch you do not plan to attend, please return tickets to the Lunch Ticket Desk located near registration. Tickets are required for lunch seating in the ballrooms and will be issued only to those who use the Online Panel Selection Tool by April 24. Lunch tickets indicating your ballroom assignment will be available at registration check-in. Tickets are not required for dinner sessions, but please indicate whether you will be attending. 2. Your selections for other sessions do not bind you nor guarantee your admittance to those panels. This information helps us choose rooms with the proper seating capacity for each session. If a session is of particular interest to you, make sure you arrive early to secure a seat. Once these sessions are full, no one will be admitted regardless of whether it was selected as a preferred panel. Simulcasts are available for many panels, including the lunch sessions. We look forward to seeing you at Global Conference.
