UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY NEW YORK FIELD OFFICE INSPECTION VIOLENT CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN PCOR QUESTIONNAIRE PCOR: SSA Inspection Period: 10/16/2019 — 10/25/2019 Review Period: 01/07/2018 - 07/06/2019 The PCOR Questionnaire is designed to provide the Field Office with an opportunity to expand on the Program information provided in the Request for Information (RFI). (U//FOUO) Strategy Development (TRP, Resource Allocation, & FOSP): Ql. Describe the field office's TRP process. As a PCOR, what specifically was your role? Provide any specific examples of decisions you made or direction you provided throughout the process. (U//FOUO) The TRP process at NYO was a collaborative effort between Intel and ops. Prior to the official TRP session, the ASAC addressed the TRP during his bi-weekly management meetings. Specifically, he discussed the TRP process, led discussions of preliminary assessments as to the existing threat picture and potential banding modifications, and he set forth his expectations (that each PCOR brief their respective threats during the official TRP session and that all SSAs were mandated to attend) of each SSA. As needed, the ASAC also engaged the SSAs in one on one meetings to ensure banding decisions were based on the mutual perspectives of Intelligence and Operations personnel. (U//FOUO) The VCAC PCOR has been responsible for maintaining awareness and enhancing the state of the program throughout the year. With the expertise obtained through day-to-day operations, coordination with our task force partners and NY intelligence components, the VCAC PCOR developed an effective strategy to address the variety of violent crimes against children violations in the NY AOR. During the TRP process, the VCAC PCOR presented the strategy and justification that resulted in robust discussions as well as addressed all EM questions. For both FY18 and FY19, sufficient justification was articulated to maintain the VCAC program as a Ba
