The file which is responsive to this request is 31E-MM-108062 and it is listed as pending. The subject made a previous request in Sept. Of 2008 through a different lawyer. At that time, we generated a B7A letter and closed the case because the case was pending and we were given specific answers to pending questions that would allow us to do so.
