Subject: Question Re: New Emails From Victims/Witnesses/3rd Parties Regarding Epstein Investigation Date: Fri, 02 May 2025 21:50:16 +0000 Importance: Normal Boss, At some point next week can you circle back with OD regarding the question that brought up to her during our meeting with C20 regarding documentation and storage of ongoing email communications received from Victims, Witnesses, and 3rd Parties to FBI SA's and TFO's. The NYO ADC suggestion was to create a subfile within the 50D case to house these, however this would change the case file and would likely need to be communicated to ODAG and the Director, which I think would be confusing and misleading as it would increase the total number of Serials in the case. Unless they created a subfile for all new documents that come in after a specific date but that would have to be properly explained to EM. Per recommendation, the CID case file for the redaction project is an option, as well, but may not be the ideal place for these emails. During our meeting with OD she stated that she would provide written guidance as to how she would like us to proceed. Until then, Agents/TFOsNS are maintaining all emails received in their inboxes.
