Law Enforcement Officer From 'Outside Agency' Accidently Fires Gun in Downtown High-Rise NJ (12/01, Zeitlinger) reported that a law enforcement agent accidentally fired a gun inside their Jersey City high-rise home that went through a wall and into a residence next door Tuesday afternoon. According to the article, Jersey City spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione described the person who discharged their weapon as an "outside agency officer." Police said in radio transmission it was an FBI agent who worked out of the agency's New York office. The article noted that no charges were filed and no injuries were reported in the incident.
