VNS is the Victim Notification System which allows us to meet our legal obligation to notify and provide rights to victims of federal crimes. The system is tied to FBI, USAO, BOP, USPIS and the Marshalls. Victims only need one login and password to track the entire legal life of the case. The contact report shows all the information that is currently recorded in VNS. The TOTAL VICTIM list is fronl and contains all victims that have been identified. The review is what I was working on, on the high side. The details I need are on the high side email I will send you shortly after this email. Our goal on the victim services side is to make sure all victims are in VNS and thaMas worked her magic with them. The 'math' is the Total Victim sheet (all victims) minus contact report victims (already in VNS) equals the review spreadsheet (still need to be added to VNS, and has missing data).
