Epstein and Maxwell Rape and Sex Traffick Survivor - Former Client of David Boies, Sigrid McCawley, Stanley Pottinger and Brad Edwards. 06 September 2022 When I was seeking legal representation to advocate for my rights as a sex trafficked victim of Epstein, Maxwell and their co-conspirators, David Boies and his firm informed me that they would re me only if I provided a deposition in support of one of his other clients, for use in her civil case. I did not want to provide the deposition as I knew I would have to disclose very personal details that I did not feel ready to tell at that stage. However, I wanted to secure legal representation, so I agreed. Boies and his firm promised me that the deposition would remain sealed entirely and confidential. The deposition transcript, which I can produce, is clearly labelled "HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL". I was asked to do the deposition on 17 February 2017. Still, according to my records, I did not sign a retainer with Boies Schiller until 24 February 2017, which shows that they were waiting for me to do the deposition before representing me. They filed my civil claim on 26th January 2017 — before they were even formally my lawyers. On January 10, 2017, I wrote an email to Stan.
