Additionally, we understand from having spoken with certain victim counsel since our conversation yesterday that they have been told by Bennet Moskowitz that Mr. Moskowitz represents the Epstein estate (and also that discussions between Mr. Moskowitz and at least some victim counsel may have already effectively broken down). Would it be necessary or productive for us to have a call that included Mr. Moskowitz as well, or otherwise could you clarify his role—including whether victim counsel should be communicating with you both or Mr. Moskowitz in the first instance?
