Also present for this interview was LOUTHAN's attorneys Jay Musoff and Brandon Zamudio. After being advised of the identity of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, LOUTHAN provided the following information: LOUTHAN grew up in Scotland. He went to high school at "Millfield" school which was located in Somerset (south of England). LOUTHAN did not attend college. LOUTHAN started working as a PA in New York in 1979. He then moved on to work in production management and now works as a producer. He has a home in Hollywood but spends lots of time in Europe. He is currently in Los Angeles. LOUTHAN first met GHISLAINE MAXWELL at Millfield school in the early to mid-1970's. LOUTHAN was not that close with her but he knew of her. She was well known because of her status and she would often have helicopters pick her up from school. LOUTHAN left for New York after finishing school and didn't have contact with her for many years after that. He began to know her socially at some point by seeing her at events. They would say hello to each other and joke about school. LOUTHAN did not have much knowledge of the details of her life at this time. This was around late 2001. During the summer of 2016, MAXWELL reached out to LOUTHAN. LOUTHAN had been dating someone that MAXWELL knew named . MAXWELL asked LOUTHAN about and if she was involved with EPSTEIN. This call was about and was not about LOUTHAN. MAXWELL wanted to know if she was involved with an investigation or with EPSTEIN. MAXWELL asked LOUTHAN to talk to about it.
