On August 12, 2019 Senior Inspector (Sp= spoke with the US Virgin Islands AUSA's office in regards to this case. Based upon the above information all parties agreed this case would be dropped. As such the search warrant for EPSTEINs phone was cancelled, the MLAT requests for all countries were cancelled, and all investigative activities were cancelled. This case is now closed.
