The decision was made to place Inmate Epstein on psychology observation upon his return from court pending a mental health evaluation. 5:49 PM - Inmate Epstein returns from court.: 5:49 PM - SENTRY shows a cell change transaction from 202-201LAD to the same cell. There is no documented explanation for this peculiar change. 6:03 PM - Inmate Epstein is placed on psychology observation in cell H01-001L.
