Pursuant to a Proffer Agreement, EFRAIN REYES was interviewed at the Southern District of New York (SDNY), 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York. In attendance for the Proffer interview were Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) Rebekah [REDACTED], FBI Special Agent (SA) [REDACTED], FBI Task Force Officer Detective [REDACTED].
