Re Tartaglione ('killer cop'): JE said he 'did a attack him' but 'had no problem, didn't talk much.' Thursday night (before Reyes left) Washington + Silva did 30-min checks. Female officer with braids was sleeping. Both had bottom bunk passes. Silva previously enforced no-corner rule but Epstein allowed in blind spot. Orange cloth + strings on bed ladder used as clothesline — Reyes left these materials in cell when he departed Friday.
