— when you come off suicide watch (Bonmacarri was bunkie)
you're not supposed to be in a cell by yourself once you have
a yellow card — every 30 min checked
— b/c he was in suicide watch, ER says your yellow
card and the [unclear: "staff"] says John
[unclear: "it is protocol"] to become a
year [unclear] one inmate in suicide
— when ER left that Friday said don't worry you going to be alright
they won't put you w/ a young guy

he's leaving the building. JE looked [unclear: "sad"] + ER said
yeah + told guy I was leaving. Talked 2 hours don't let me
go + hear something happened to you. He said it was going to
be alright.
— Thursday night JE was in a good mood. He got 2 kosher
meals. They charmed. Said "damn you fucked me bro" + JE
says "how, this is not beef but its good." Joked the whole night.

was shaking. Saw [REDACTED] throw TP across. That pissed off

ER kept yelling to plug in machine + [unclear]. 45 min — 60 min later
JE asked + [REDACTED: "SILVA"] plugged it in.
— oh [unclear: "thought/think"] JE was paying guards. They were doing minimal.

Yellow card = suicide watch indicator requiring 30-min checks + cellmate. Reyes left Friday morning (Aug 9), talked with Epstein 2 hours before leaving. Epstein 'looked sad.' Thursday night good mood, joked until 1am over kosher meals. CPAP machine incident: guard refused to plug in, shaking with anger, took 45-60 min for Silva to plug it in. Reyes believed Epstein was paying guards.
