ER gave a blanket next day JE asked for 2 extra blankets down Sylvia + [unclear: "got in"] — JE said pls cut light at midnight so I can sleep so he did that — first night when they came for count they d/n wake JE up they asked ER if JE was ok [REDACTED] — 10pm count — don't make you stand up, [REDACTED] will say I gotta see you move — he waved (07) — regular counts at 12, 3, 5 — know you're ok smoke at night + majority of COs who wake him up — ER freaked out on them — if you're in the box, officers are supposed to come every 30 min. when Epstein came = — only ones who do it are Cornell + Washington then guy who's fat w/ short hair, black, dark skinned, looks like [REDACTED] — in the daytime they don't do 30 min counts — [REDACTED] did all the counts 30 min — on top of his job — before Epstein came, no one did 30 min checks, officers sleep at night. When you're in 220, you look right down at the desk and you can see if sleeping. Have seen officers w/ orange blankets wrapped around them sleeping. Wake up at 5 to smoke + saw [REDACTED] + told JE look they're using our blankets they're sleep — he said fucking incredible. — watched Noel, she d/n sleep. she's the A man, she has the key w/ slot key, one opens tier, the other goes in tier — she was the one who would open — one Noel worked w/ [REDACTED], she did 30-min check overnight only an 1-2x at night — during the day Epstein wasn't there so Noel d/n do 30-min checks

Named officers: Cornell + Washington did 30-min checks, most COs did not. Officers slept with orange blankets at desk — visible from cell 220. Noel had the key ('A man'), didn't sleep, did 30-min checks only 1-2x at night. Counts at 12, 3, 5. Before Epstein, NO 30-min checks at all. Epstein got lights cut at midnight as accommodation.
