Mr. Timmons. So he did represent you. Has Richard Kahn ever done any work for you? Has he prepared your taxes? Ms. Kellen. | don't know. | did my own taxes in the beginning. Mr. Timmons. Did you ever submit any documents to Kahn's firm forthe purpose of review? Ms. Kellen. So | don't know if Kahn -- how much he was involved, but it was another accountant, who took -- like, managed all of the banking for SLK Designs and all the i associated -- Mr. Timmons. And you were one of the plaintiffs that sued the estate? Ms. Kellen. Yes. Mr. Timmons. Did Indyke ever provide you any legal advice prior to -- outside of the LLC, has a5 he ever provided you legal advice? Ms. Kellen. He was kindof like the liaison for hiring attorneys for me in some of the civil cases. He basically was, like,"These are your attorneys," connecting me with them. He was the one who helped schedule-the dates for my deposition. He's the one that would give me documents to sign, not my ex attorneys, who were supposedly my attorneys. He was going to do it. No. | remember he told me one time to, | think -- | don't know how -- | was ‘subpoenaed for a deposition, and he told me to get my own attorney and that Jeffrey would pay for it. And then Jeffrey was upset with how much it cost, and he didn't want to pay his fees. So then he sent Darren and | an email that said, you know, "Can somebody tell me why we have this goofball lawyer involved at all?"
