Ms. Kellen, When he started working. | know he replaced -- there was a different accountant when| first started working, and he replaced him a few years into my employment. Mr. Timmons. How regular was your interaction with Kahn? Ms. Kellen, Again, pretty much the same thing. He worked in the Madison Avenue office. So it wasn't super regular. Mr. Timmons. So, again, you were not represented by an attorney when your name was put into a nonprosecution agreement by the Department of Justice? i Ms. Kellen. Were.you aware that Epstein was considering pleading to something in an effort to wipe away all.of the crimes he had committed as of 2007? Were you aware that he was being investigated?
