When did you find out that your name was included in that nonprosecution agreement? Ms. Kellen, When it was publicly released. Mr. Timmons. Around what time? Around what year? a5 Ms. Kellen. | think it was probably, like, a year or two after it was executed. When| think there was, like, a fight -- a legal.fight about undoing it or something, and it had been -- or not keeping it secret anymore, and it was ‘released to the public. Mr. Timmons. You've met Darren Indyke? Ms. Kellen. “Yes. Mr.eTimmons. When did you first meet him? Ms. Kellen. Beginning of my employment in 2002. Mr. Timmons. How regular was your interaction with him? Ms. Kellen, Not super regular. He worked out of the main office on Madison Avenue in New York, and then eventually they moved offices to 301 East 66th Street. So | didn't go to the main office very often.
