It wasn't -- it had a period of slight reprieve when he was in jail for a short period of time, and then he got out on work release. It wasn't as bad in the years that followed his -- when he got out of work release. But it was still -- it still continued, just not to the frequency as much, the last few years. Q_ When is the first time he abused you? A | don't remember exactly what happened the first time on the island. The first time | met him he gave me a tour of the island and then took me to his bedroom, and|just have a visual of him walking up to me and starting to pull at my shirt, but | don't know’exactly what happened after that. i Ms. Tolan. And you were how old at that time? Ms. Kellen. Twenty-two. BY MS. BRIGNAC: Q___Did Ms. Maxwell abuse you? a5 A Yes. Q_ Can you tell us more? A We were on theisland, and it was in their bedroom, and | remember Ghislaine just being on the bed naked. And | was not expecting her to be there, and | was just very surprised and extremely uncomfortable. And | just remember her kind of like touching me and showing me how to touch Jeffrey and what he liked. Q>* Did anyone witness when Maxwell would abuse you? A No. Jeffrey.
