Provided to Morrison Foerster for review on 5/22/2026 for Victoria's Secret. Jeffrey flew me to L.A. for a casting in his Shutters on the Beach hotel room. Although he did not sexually assault me that day, he made me think he was a model scout and told me to undress for him, which | did. Months later, while working at a hotel, a young woman| worked with became friends with me and knew | was desperately trying to leave Hawaii. She said she knew of a couple in New-York looking for an assistant and asked if | would be interested in the job. That couple was Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Unfortunately, | got the job. The first time Jeffrey Epstein assaulted me, | was on Little Saint James, his private island. This was not a vacation destination; it was isolation. He told me he was taking me on a tour of the island. He drove me on a four-wheeler to his bedroom. He locked the door behind us. He approached me i and lifted up my shirt. To this day, | cannot remember exactly what happened in the minutes that followed. My mind shut down. | have since learned intherapy that this is called dissociation. It became how| survived. There were many events-during the time working with Jeffrey and Ghislaine that my mind shut down and doesn't allowme to remember the traumatic details. a5 | was then flown to Palm Beach.in Jeffrey's private 727, then to New York City. | was surrounded by unimaginable luxury, private jets, designer clothing, lavish homes, the largest townhouse in Manhattan, was told. After a week of traveling with them, | was sent back home to Hawaii. About a month later, Ghislaine called me and told me to come to Palm Beach right away to start working. They bought mea flight for the next day, and | immediately started training, traveling, and working for them 24/7 with no pay. | was too afraid to ask even how much | would earn, terrified-of jeopardizing my only chance at survival and stability. | have read articles online labeling me as Ghislaine's lieutenant. That is a gross misrepresentation. | was a literal indentured slave. In fact, she even referred to me as her slave and minion. | had zero power or authority. | was there only to serve and to submit. Only after Jeffrey confirmed that | would submit to his sexual abuse did he begin paying me. After months of unpaid
