Q Were there any women or young girls present at this dinner? A I don't recall. Q I will report to you that there is an email exchange between you and Ms. Maxwell where she states to you that you should know that the people who are going to be serving along with my staff are five models. Did any female models attend this dinner? A I don't remember whether they did or they didn't. Q You don't recall if there were any women or young girls attending this dinner? A No, sir, I do not. Q Finally, just on the last part of that email, it seems that you're talking about -- talking to Ms. Maxwell saying, "We figured you would come. Maybe a late night burgerfest again." What does "burgerfest" mean? A I have no idea. I mean, as I sit here today, I like to go to Melon's on the Upper East Side in New York City. It's open very, very late. It's one of the only places. So it possibly could have been that, but I don't remember anything. I don't remember this email or anything about it. Q Ms. Maxwell replies saying how happy she is, contemplating how lucky she is being with her two favorite men. Why would Ms. Maxwell consider you one of her favorite men at that time?
