Q Was it while President Clinton was still in office, or was it after? A No, it was after he left office. Q And could you approximate what year this was, early 2000s? A Oh, yeah. No. I think it was, I think, 2001 or 2002, to the best of my recollection, but, again, it was 25 years ago. Q You said it was a dinner. Can you just describe the circumstances under which you met him, this dinner? A Again, I have a vague recollection of him having dinner with Mr. Epstein at the Carnegie Deli, and I was staffing President Clinton and attended, sat at the table with him. Again, I don't remember much about it. Q Do you remember who else was there? A I vaguely remember that Ghislaine Maxwell attended with him. But again, it was a long time ago, and I don't have a great recollection of it. Q And was this in New York? A It was, to the best of my recollection. Q And you don't remember anybody else besides Ms. Maxwell being present? A Again, I have a vague recollection of it happening at all, and I don't remember exactly who was there. Q Do you remember the nature of your conversations at this dinner? A I don't recall having any conversation. My recollection is President Clinton was having conversation with Mr. Epstein, but I don't remember the conversation. Q And was this the first time that you met Ms. Maxwell? A I believe so, if she was there. Again, I don't recall specifically. Q But you did say that you do remember her being there; you just don't know if that was the first time that you had met her?
