A That's the only thing that I was aware of going on when I was there. Q Okay. So to clarify, did you have any involvement at all in DOJ's review of the Florida investigation that took place during your second tenure? A I don't recall playing a role in the review of that. In terms of whether it was a proper? I didn't play a role in that review. I think there was discussions when New York was moving forward with the prosecution. People wanted to be careful that it didn't run afoul of any of the provisions in that agreement. Q And I can be more specific. So it's my understanding that the DOJ's Office of Professional Responsibility undertook an investigation in 2019 -- A Right. Q -- into the circumstances surrounding the Florida plea deal. A Right. I didn't -- I wasn't hovering over that or involved in that. I learned about their conclusions, you know, from when they concluded, when they reached them. Q After they issued the report?
