The 53 Missing Pages — Fully Traced

Addendum to DS12 Expansion Briefing Date: March 5, 2026

Additional sub-file items (outside the Bates gap, status mixed)

From the Maxwell 3500 material index (EFTA00095751 page 7), the full 3501.045 sub-file has 15 sub-documents. Beyond the 53-page gap:

The bottom line

The DOJ released 16 of the 53 missing pages in the March 5 DS12 expansion — the three FD-302 interview transcripts that contain the Trump allegations. They did not release the 37 pages of agent notes (3501.045-002, -004, -006). Those notes likely contain:

  1. Raw agent observations not in the formal 302s (body language, credibility assessments, inconsistencies noted)
  2. Unredacted identifying details that were sanitized in the formal 302s
  3. Corroboration leads — the 18-page notes from Interview #2 are particularly notable given the 10-page 302 covers Trump, Jim Atkins, the mother’s embezzlement, acid distribution, multiple assaults, and the Rick James concert in Savannah
  4. Pre-interview prep (the -002 notes are dated July 14, ten days before Interview #1 on July 24 — likely the initial phone contact after the NTOC tip was routed to Seattle FO via Serial 159)

So: DOJ released the headlines (the 302s with Trump’s name) but withheld the investigative workpapers.
