The most important of all, a rare one, the kind that comes once in a generation — is the opportunity to establish a regional agreement. It is all the more important in light of the "Arab Spring" and following "Operation Protective Edge". There 1s an opportunity to establish a regional agreement that fundamentally changes the realities of the region and Israel's future and status within it.
